Greetings from St. Petersburg! We were in Minsk for 4 days, purposefully visited various hookah format establishments, and were shocked in a good way by a real find in the hookah industry in the form of a master named Weiss! We smoked in the CIS in a large number of establishments and nowhere, I repeat, did we smoke hookah so deliciously! From the very first minutes, he won us over, having learned all our pains and preferences, he really learned our optimal strength and girly whims. Objectively, this is one of the most powerful masters in mixology and service! Unfortunately, we are already on our way home, but we will definitely come back when we arrive in Minsk again.

A great place to come in and relax. I took a regular hookah, it is softer and not strong. And I took mint tea, cool color , mint tea , lemon and mint syrup. And I also took potato slices , a large portion can be eaten, there was not enough sauce. I was alone, I sat well, I rested for the day. The total check turned out to be 69₽ , I do not know if it was expensive or not. I was not in other local establishments....
P.S Came a day later, apparently another shift was on kalina , the coals were changed only once and the smoke disappeared very quickly. When the hookah was being watched for the first time , the coals were changed so often that I was surprised and for all the time that I was there there was always saturated smoke. I took away a star for it .

The atmosphere of the place is cool, very cozy. The food is delicious, I especially recommend the fry set. Drinks are also good, especially liqueurs. The waiting time is standard, sea buckthorn tea is for an amateur. Overall, it is a great place to spend time in a cozy atmosphere with delicious hookah and drinks.

Two people ordered dishes from the company at the same time , they were brought when ready with a difference of 5-7 minutes
I would like the waiter to clarify about the courses of dishes
Ice cream,mixed from (vanilla,pistachio,orange)
They brought berry pistachio and vanilla without specifying it before ordering
The waiter 's communication with us as such was not, the fit Back was not interesting
In general, I would visit the institution again, where the waiters would interact with the guests a little more

We booked a private room for March 4 a month in advance, after which we confirmed the reservation a couple of days in advance. On March 4, at the agreed time, we arrived at the institution and came across arrogant and boorish behavior from the administrator Irina.
We said about booking a table and heard the answer "you didn't book anything with us", Irina didn't even look at any magazine or notebook where reservations are recorded, we repeated again that we definitely booked with you, the answer was the same "you probably made a mistake, you couldn't book with us". Only on our third protest that this is not the first time we have visited you and definitely booked here, Irina said, "Okay, you can sit down." Okay, we still decided to sit down, although the surest decision was to leave this institution even then.
After about 30 minutes of our stay in the room had passed, Irina, behind this thin wall between the room and the bar, discussed with colleagues that she didn't care at all, but there was a 200p deposit at our table and we wouldn't just sit there. For understanding, we are only 30 minutes away, we have already ordered at least 100 rubles, and when and how much I will order is not up to the administrator Irina to decide. This is probably the work ethic that is taught in your organization.
During the whole evening, Irina came to us only once with a request to turn down the TV, saying that it interferes with the rest of the guests. The sound level from the TV was not loud, unlike the rest of the guests, whose drunken dialogues permeated the entire establishment. The administrator Irina did not come to us anymore, she was not interested in whether everything was fine, how she was resting.
The hookah was terrible. When we were asked for taste preferences and strength, no one asked for "standard" or "premium" we will order. It was only by the receipt that we learned that this is a "premium" hookah. It's scary to imagine what the "standard" is then.
A completely spoiled mood that day, as well as the impression of your establishment. I would not give any recommendation to acquaintances / friends. Thanks to the administrator Irina.

This is the most horrible place I've ever visited.
It was the evening from 21.00 to 22.00 - 04.12.2021. A hookah master comes up to us and looks at us! Then the question with the hit -and -run from him : are we going to smoke ? I'm already in shock, I'm saying let's go: he looks at me and answers :
- are we going to play peek-a-boo here or am I leaving?
And then I fell into a precipitate!
I came to the establishments for relaxation!
And here it feels like I owe someone something! The hookah master must come up to INTRODUCE himself! Ask if you would like to smoke a hookah! ? And then find out the light strong , sweet sour .
It feels like you just put the first one there!!
A person does not know what tobacco is from the word at all!!! And what is a hookah!! After a couple of questions to him, I realized that HE is ZERO IN HIS FIELD, the only thing he knows is a couple of tobacco brands, and does not even distinguish them by strength!! I characterize the personality itself as Stupid, non-contact, and not experienced
Maybe he's a good guy, I'm not saying anything! But it 's still very, very early for him to go out to the hall to the guests !
As for the hookah itself ! He was disgusting! And not because I don't know how to buy, but because the master scored the cup like that, changed the coal 1 time in 40 minutes, I asked him at the very beginning to leave the hookah tongs, he said no and left!
THE MANAGER OF THIS CAFE, PAY ATTENTION TO THIS! AND THE STUDENT, REMOVE THE COAL MINER FROM THE POSITION OF HOOKAH MASTER!
I will say for myself: this is the last time I went to this place!
Minuses :
- terrible service
- Sooo loud music
- the hookah died almost immediately , the hookah man too
- the place is dark enough
- staff move like sleepy flies
- the place stank of fish sharply and very strongly , and we had to leave
There are advantages :
A waitress with black hair and tattoos on her hands , this evening she worked as if alone , ran around the hall , talked to everyone , asked periodically how are you , and what can I tell you . She served dishes , drinks , made tea, counted people, and most importantly did it all with a smile and a positive attitude .
