A good restaurant. we were looking for a place where you can smoke a hookah with food. The food is delicious, the hookahs are normal, the staff is polite, the coffee is grain. The hall is beautiful. The interior looks expensive.
The average check with a hookah for two, the first second course is 400-500 soums.
We've been there twice.

We were looking for a place in the city to smoke a hookah and have a cocktail before the train. A very pleasant place with a Moscow vibe. The hookah was made delicious. Food is also available, but we didn't order anything except salad. Special thanks to the bartender Becky, he made cool author cocktails.

So, I found the location in Yandex Maps, a familiar network in Russia, and decided to go. It looks very stylish from the street, with large windows and a garland hanging at full height. What's inside: the waiter met, there was such a surprise on his face, they say, dude, where are you going and why?😃 I say are you making a hookah? Yes, but we are until 24.00. But it was 12:12 p.m. On the clock, okay, I sat down… There is no one in the hall! I must say right away - the renovation and interior are more suitable for a restaurant than for a hookah bar. There is something pretentious. But this is also good for Samarkand. It is very cozy, it is clear that the institution opened relatively recently - everything is clean, new and there is absolutely no smoke. A spacious hall, there is a mini stage and a large screen for karaoke and some kind of broadcasts. Since I didn't know that there was a full meal here, I had already had dinner in advance. I can't say anything about the food. But I saw that the menu is quite large (in terms of the menu that the waiter brings). I ordered green tea with lemon. Very tasty.
Well, the main thing is a hookah. Prices range from 120K to 140K per cup, depending on tobacco, and from 250K to 300K depending on tobacco and fruit (instead of a bowl). Cheaper, of course, than in Moscow, but for Samarkand it is clearly not designed for students. Well, I'm glad that such a high-level institution has opened in the city. The hookah master himself turned out to be pleasant and friendly.
To summarize: you definitely need to go.

Salaam to all! I liked the place, it's not smoky like in other hookah bars. You can order a meal. Hookah guys are friendly, they will tell you according to your taste, if you don't like something, they can forget the cup. If I'm in Samarkand, I'll have to come back.

It's terrible!
Just the disgusting behavior of the waiters.
If they bring you an invoice, and there are extra 3 positions or doubled or tripled positions of what you ordered, do not be surprised. After you point out the extra positions in your bill, the waiters get offended. After retyping the correct bill, they throw it on the table and there is no hint of an apology.
Just so you know, they have a mandatory 15% service fee, which they don't have. After such a service, visitors should be paid extra!!!

But there is one thing, they don't work with the staff at all.… It all started with the fact that we were not given a bar menu. According to the waiter, it is not there, we were very indignant at this, because it was in our last visit.… The waiter's response was generally staggering, "he pointed us to the bar instead of advising us something." After his reply, we clarified which lemonades they have (he listed: sprite, fanta, cola) but it was still bearable compared to what happened after… My friend wanted a delicious steak, but unfortunately there was none left, the waiter himself decided to recommend a dish that could be used to replace it (meat in Kutaisi). I have never tasted and smelled worse than the dish, I do not advise anyone, and the waiter should not have advised such a specific dish! The berry tea was terribly sour, the cold cuts on the menu are listed in the "grilled dishes" section, but in fact the meat was like boiled🫠
After that, we found out that the waiter was only working for the second day, so there were no questions left for him. I have a question for the management - how was the waiter, who works for the 2nd day, allowed to work with the guests? We decided to talk to the manager and everything immediately became clear.…
1 They don't work with staff because they need to work with the manager himself. (The phrase the customer is always right is not about this institution)
2 He didn't even take all our complaints seriously and instead of listening, he denied and argued with us. The dishes are as they should be, the staff is new, we can't find them, they all work for a maximum of 2 days, and so on.
3 after our conversation with the manager, no one even approached us, apparently they were offended(
4 we were offered payment by transfer to some kind of card, you see, their terminal is not working. They didn't give us a QR code receipt.
