So it's time to write a review. We came for a test drive in Mycar on Kulzhinka. We made an appointment in advance, drove with anticipation, and chose a car.
We arrived and how we were greeted. Just a tin can!!! The manager who came up to us showed by his whole appearance that he was not happy with our presence, answered questions in monosyllables, reluctantly, and with a look, don't you know yourself? But the question about lunch, he asked another manager quite proactively, apparently the manager was hungry and thought only about food, and here we are with our questions (well, these are my assumptions)
During the conversation, the manager bluntly said: we don't care about customers, we don't hold on to them, we already have good sales. Of course, this completely knocked me out of the dialogue, and I just walked around and looked at the cars.
After the test drive, we made our choice! we bought the car, but as you know, in another place. But that will be another story!
And I wish the managers at Mycar on Kulzhinka a good New Year!

If I were the management, I would fire everyone. Prices, conditions and range of cars, the interior, of course, is good. But cadres decide everything. Get better.

The service , or rather the service center , sucks .
Everything is slow and long . When they sell a car , they sing such songs and praises .
And in the case of 0.0 .
I bought a car in May, they did not provide me with a second key, they said that it was lost . We will make it for you within a month.
And so they still feed breakfast every week . It 's already September .
And the service is lame . They recorded it at 13.00 , took the car at 14.00. They had to change the oil for 1.5 hours , and the car was given away at 19.00 . What they are doing there is not known.
The first one was in gAktobe . That's where the service is. Just A Fire . Everything is clear , everything is coordinated .
When I said this in My Care. They had a funny argument: Well, this is Aktobe , a small city . And we live in Almaty, we have a megalopolis.
But for a moment in Aktobe, the service is 1,000,000 times less than yours .

This Mycar office looks like a five-star restaurant. Convenient to drive up, convenient to park, WiFi for guests, excellent toilet, coffee shop inside, a small artificial lake with live fish! The cars are displayed in a well-thought-out scheme, indoors, unobtrusive service. I also like mosaics and art objects.
