It was my biggest mistake to contact this organization. When giving the phone back, I was told that there would be a diagnosis for a maximum of 10 days, as a result, five weeks later I took the phone in the same condition in which I left it. Today, when they took the phone away, they threw it at me and didn't even give any comments, the guy who was dealing with the phone decided not even to personally give it to him
As I understood it, the phone was just lying on the shelf and no one cared about it.
Why couldn't I be told to look for another organization? Or not to take it up initially. 5 weeks of lost time
