It's a cool place.
Of the advantages:
Menu
Service
Delicious)
Of the cons:
A bad summer
It's a little cramped in the place
A terrible staircase
But I'm glad to come here almost every day. 🔥
It's beautiful, but there are always a lot of people. I went twice, both times the dishes were cold, and not very tasty. Coffee and desserts are delicious. You can go, but to go on purpose, I don't see the point🫶🏼
Today we visited this institution.
Among the advantages: beautiful interior, delicious cream soup. But that's it.
Of the big cons:
1) The strangest service system I've ever seen.
"You can sit at any available table, the menu is on it, but to order, you need to go to the bar yourself. We were not the only ones dissatisfied with this factor, sitting on the second floor."
2) payment is made immediately, apparently, so that it is impossible to return the tartlet that has been lying for more than a day. (you can't knock on it, but it won't break).
3) very small tables, there is only one place where there is a more or less large table. Customers order tea and dessert, there is no place to put it, about the rest..... on the air or the floor. (people just huddle at these tables).
4) there are waiters. They are after your order (at the counter!) They'll bring it to your table. But passing by more than once, the dishes will never be taken away, only after you leave and new visitors come AND ASK to clean up.
5) as for food, if you're lucky. In addition to the delicious soup, we ordered tartlets: Snickers and with an apple. The Snickers tartlet was delicious and broke well. But with the apple, it remained on the plate, since the tartlet itself was tougher than "beer croutons".
We drove to this place from the other side of the city and, frankly, we were disappointed. I hope something will change with them and we will come back someday.
The quality of the baking is shikardos. But there are big problems with the service. You stand at the entrance, huddle in line. You need to find a table on your own, they don't really teach you about greeting guests here. The second floor looks very inviting and atmospheric, but when you sit there, it becomes somehow uncomfortable. There is no feeling of comfort and relaxation.
A blurred impression. As an insta point, yes. You can take pictures. The macaroons are gorgeous.
A big plus is that if you take something with you, then no additional payment is required for disposable containers.
But the service discouraged the desire to return.
I ordered a bento cake for my husband's birthday.
The cake itself was delicious. But! The letters are smeared, written crookedly and obliquely. It is clear that in the process of writing they tried to fix something, because of this they got a mess. The mood was a little spoiled.
Also, in almost all pastry shops, a candle is attached to the cake box. Unfortunately, there was no candle here.
The administrator also clarified that there would be a large bill and it was necessary to prepare the change. As you can understand, there was no change either.
I had high hopes for this institution, but, alas, I will not try my luck here anymore :(
Everything is delicious ☺️ we often come with a child for strawberries ) a very beautiful place and relatively inexpensive🤍
The service is always good and polite. The place is clean
The food is ordinary, just like everywhere else. The interior, of course, is amazing, and I went there for it. But the service leaves much to be desired. The order was carried for more than 35 minutes, although the customers who came later had already been served by that time. Until she came up and asked a question, no one remembered. As soon as I asked, they brought it right away. I wonder how much longer I would have waited. Then I asked for water, they promised that they would bring it. As a result, everyone forgot about it again, after a repeated request, they only brought it. At some point, a strong smell of fish appeared, apparently from the kitchen, which is also very unpleasant. In general, for the sake of beautiful photos, you can go, but only once.
Poor waiters who have to run up this steep staircase to the second floor, in a month if you don't kill yourself, then you'll get so pumped up)
The interior is beautiful, the service is good, the menu is for 4 people)
On Saturday (03/25/2023), my child and I specially came to try the famous strawberries, but at 18.20 it was no longer available. The child was terribly upset, because they went to the strawberry cafe on purpose, for the sake of everyone's favorite berry.
Then I had to wait until the waiter clarified whether there was a honey cake...but we were lucky, we snatched the last piece. After making an order, we waited for 15 minutes.
The waiter's serving of dishes was not entirely pleased.. first of all, hot drinks and a honey cake were brought (the child was sitting and waiting for his order, looking at the adults), then only 10 minutes later, a salad and a croissant with shrimp were brought..
I liked the cafe itself: both the interior and the dishes themselves (delicious). But the service, it would not hurt to tighten up. It seems that the waiter is a man who accidentally wandered in to help from the street. Well, to work out the availability of desserts during the hours of high demand and customer flow.
The place is beautiful, but there are questions about the waitresses. I didn't like the service from the word at all. The mood has soured. We won't go in anymore.
As always, everything is fine!we ordered a bouquet for our daughter on September 1, delight!!everything is fresh, beautifully packaged, strawberry to strawberry!
In winter, it is completely uncomfortable on the ground floor, if you still come, try to get to the second floor.
We were on a very frosty day. I had to wait for free places and this place was near the toilet. The toilet didn't stink, but you inevitably look into the eyes of all people coming in and out of the toilet.
Any opening of the front door blows through the entire ground floor, it gets very cold, the plastic of the table freezes.
There are cool light tiles on the floor, on which dirty snow looks terrible, you have to clean every five minutes (to the credit of the staff, they clean). The problem could be solved with additional mats, but they are not ordered, I do not know why.
Against the background of expensive tiles, the rows of the first floor look like cheap plastics, which kills the comfort.
The tables on the ground floor are very close to each other: We found ourselves forced to participate in the conversation of a couple at the next table.
We ordered desserts and coffee. Coffee is expensive, but it's not worth it.
The desserts were carried for a very long time and the desserts turned out to be worn out by life. My dessert was supposed to be filled with chocolate, but the chocolate filling was chipped, apparently some of the chocolate stuck to the next dessert, I got it with holes.
There was no wonderful combination of flavors explaining the cost in the dessert, the usual taste for a lot of money.
I watched as a man ordered Viennese waffles with ice cream, tried it and did not eat it. When the waiters cleared the table 10 minutes later, the ice cream had not yet melted and was the same large ball (!).
A table was being cleaned next to me. Due to the fact that everything is very tight, the administrator was in my personal space, which annoyed me. Have you seen how in the movies the main character, the administrator or the chef, lays out the appliances on the tables under the phrase "absolutely every little thing is important"? He also squats like that, making sure everything is level and in line. It's the same here. I do not know why to put out a napkin holder for two minutes and put the menu on a round table with a diameter of 50-60 centimeters (on the ground floor), when 8 visitors are standing behind. In my world, it is more important to take care of the guest so that he does not wait standing up, but to put him in a clean place to put the guest, rather than showing the guest how a perfectionist administrator takes care of the seating area. The comfort of the guest should be more important than pathos.
Visitors do not come to talk spiritually over a cup of coffee, not to eat a crazy dessert, not to take their soul away, but to walk around the outfit and wash down the stories. A lot of positive feedback is clear: the girl spent a lot of effort to get stunningly dressed and put on makeup, comes to this plastic place through and through (perhaps on the second floor this effect disappears). The girl went for emotions, sweets and photos. She was tricked with the first two, but at least the photos... And if a girl posts a photo and writes that she didn't like it, she will be strange against the background of all the others who came only for photos. Mine didn't get photographed.
A lot of money has been invested in the interior. Too much pink. The ceiling is very pretentiously painted. There is a beautiful photo zone at the entrance. Tiles, again. At the same time, cheap cutlery and plates do not fit into the expensive pretentious surroundings.
Because of the flow of people, the waiters look burnt out. They don't care if you stay or leave: if they talk to you directly, the waiters are nice, if the conversation is over, their faces somehow resemble a concrete wall (both externally and emotionally). Perhaps they themselves are exhausted by the abundance of pink in the interior.
From the stories, it can be understood that pastry chefs are no longer touched by the desserts they make. Maybe it's professional and it should be, but it confused me.
There was no desire to take desserts with you for your loved ones.
The desire to leave was from the moment we sat down at the table, it was increasing by the minute.
The author's coffee with raspberries was no good, thanks for not being bitter.
The service is strange. You study the menu, then you go and order. At the same time, the main seats are on the second floor. This is probably so that if girls of 50-60 years old come, they can run up the stairs.
I don't think we'll come here anymore.
what a wonderful cafe! my friend and I tried desserts and cocoa. everything is very tasty, especially the pink cheesecakes, I don't remember their names. they are served with cotton candy, which is already poured with some kind of syrup.
the price of desserts is from 8 to 14 rubles.
separate respect for the toilet: This room is a work of art. there are also pads and cotton pads.
Well, I was also very pleased that we were offered board games. I highly recommend the meme club. I'm attaching pictures of the game and dessert.
The interior is beautiful, it's more suitable for girls to sit with their friends. The dishes are delicious, I ordered Viennese waffles and coconut latte, the food is beautiful. The only big disadvantage is that there is little space, it is problematic to find a table and you often have to wait (keep this in mind if you go there with a company or later in the evening). As already mentioned above, payment and order at the checkout on the 1st floor, but not critical.Overall, not bad)
A wonderful, beautiful place. Very tasty desserts, especially the coconut. I liked the interior, you can take cool photos. The staff is friendly. I recommend you to visit!
We have been to this institution several times, it was not bad, but at least surprised)
We just forgot a few items from the order, I had to go down to the checkout and prove that I ordered more dishes! The waiter just offered to buy a cake instead of a full-fledged dish.
I won't come again, the next cafe is nicer)
Delicious and hearty breakfasts, good coffee.
Among the disadvantages are extremely small tables and the organization of free space, plus there is no accounting for occupied places depending on the number of guests, we had to huddle three at a table for one, at a time when the sofa is occupied by one person sitting sweetly on the phone with one cup.
A very cool place to relax on a weekday or weekend, as well as for a holiday. It's beautiful, delicious, atmospheric. It's nice to be alone in a word. I definitely recommend it and will come back again👍🏻
I was here for breakfast, I liked everything. Pancakes with two chocolates - love 🥹
The service is excellent, the staff is all attentive!
The interior is sooo cool, everything is so cute, especially for photos 😍
I will return to this institution more than once!
I liked. We came for breakfast today. The food is delicious (even a 2.5-year-old child said it was delicious): they took it. The staff is attentive and non-sedentary
A nice place in the next house! Very tasty breakfasts, everything is beautifully served. And insanely delicious strawberries in chocolate , I recommend it from the bottom of my heart )
A very beautiful and cozy place! I tried all kinds of pasta, shrimp salad, ciabatta and Viennese waffles! Everything is very tasty, cocktails and lemonades are also super! And desserts are just a dump!
The interior is for pink lovers, there is a little lack of air inside due to the location of the second floor. The prices are above the average in the city, but the desserts are very good.
Cute, stylish, great service, but there wasn't a single strawberry in the "favorite strawberry".

The place is not only instagrammable, but also very, very tasty) Excellent author's coffee, chic croissants and other dishes. During the entire stay in Minsk, we came here several times, always both the serving and the taste are at the highest level 👌🏻
I put one star for the rotten avocado in the dish. For a comment, they said they would give the information. I don't know who or where, but I paid for it 🤦🏼♀️
We were there with a friend 1 time and we liked everything, delicious desserts, and especially liked the mushroom soup, the design is cute and beautiful, we would go there again with pleasure.

Sooooooo beautiful coffee shop. Everything is very tasty. The aura is very calm and quiet. You can have a nice time. I will definitely be back 😊❤️🙏🏾
It's a pleasant place, but the service speed leaves much to be desired. There are enough employees for such a hall, but the order is just a dessert from the window, you have to wait a long time.
A very photogenic cafe with amazingly delicious and beautiful desserts. It's warm, bright, and cozy. Friendly staff. A great place to have a good time.
The food is good, presentable, delicious. The quality is excellent. The staff is polite. The choice of food and desserts is large. The coffee is very tasty. I liked the pastries.
