I have been familiar with the project for a long time, even before the opening of the first cafe in Minsk-mir. She was very fond of desserts and, in particular, chocolate-covered strawberries. I periodically looked into the coffee shop and in any situation when they asked "what to give for a holiday?" She didn't hesitate to tell me about her favorite fruits.
Therefore, when the dates of the last master classes were set, it was very quickly decided to get in and try to feel everything yourself.
The bells started at the stage of agreeing on the details. The prepayment bill had to wait a day. And, if at the first second I wanted to run to pay for everything urgently, then understanding that this is more for show, no one will specify and prescribe payment terms... It's a very strange feeling. It just so happens that due to my work, I am directly connected with the service and just online management. Such long waits suggest that you are not really needed as a client.
The second bell was in the banal attitude of the employees before and during the master class. It feels like when you turn to the girl at the checkout, you pull her out of her main job, either in documents or on the phone. Did she smile at least once during her stay?... Honestly, I don't remember.
According to the master class itself. It is possible to combine children and adults into a single unit profitably from the side of money, but not from the side of visitors. It was very unpleasant when they literally shouted at you across the table with the intention of taking something from under your hands. At the same time, it was clear that the girl leading the class either did not know how to coordinate such diverse visitors, or was already tired of perceiving.
Which finally finished off the impression. The realization that neither my friend nor I remember point-blank whether we offered to disinfect our hands with soap / antiseptic in front of the class itself. When all the people were already gathered at the table, it was not specified for sure.
And also there were no new beautiful "Instagram" aprons, nor ordinary cellophane ones. More precisely, we later noticed that something similar was lying on the windowsill. But, attention to the question, after paying the money, do you still need to clarify about hygiene while working on your own?
It seemed to me that such things are included in the concept of service. If there is one, of course.
To summarize. It seems that the mood is not spoiled, the set turned out delicious, but the sediment remained. There is no desire to get acquainted with new products anymore. To advise acquaintances and friends too.
