Terrible service. Order 368337134, paid on 29.12, 30.12 filled out the offer, for customs clearance, received confirmation from the delivery service, delivery 08.01. The amount is more than 10 tr. The goods arrived in St. Petersburg on time, but the Pony Express delivery service was "fed breakfast" every day, which for technical reasons could not be delivered. I called, wrote letters, like the warehouse is full, you can pick it up yourself. I wrote to mayprotein - they opened some kind of investigation for 7-10 days and silence. I was about to leave, I received a letter that the order was being sent back!!! Why? Like we lost the offer for registration)) as if he had already arrived in the Russian Federation, as a result, the money was returned a month later. Wasted time and nerves! Buy in Russia for 300-500 rubles more expensive and get it in a couple of days! That's what I did! I do not recommend taking a British cat in a poke!!!

Order 337162651 was sent in two parcels, because there were no two items. The first package arrived without any problems.
The second package should have had two promo kits consisting of: pre-breakfast 250 g each, BCAA liquid in a jar (440 ml.) - 2 pcs., cheap plastic shaker -2 pcs. The cost of two sets is 1524 rubles
The company sent only BCAA and shakers, and took money for everything. This is even visible at the time of sending the parcel, because the entire package with a package of 1400 grams is marked at all stages of shipment and corresponds to the received parcel
I would like to note that I chose the promo set because at the time of ordering, the pre-workout complexes cost separately, like the entire promo set. There were no separate pre-workout complexes and I ordered a promo kit. I don't need BCAA in a jar (liquid) and cheap shakers separately, and even more so for money.
Now one package of pre-workout mix 250 g "Blue raspberry" with all discounts costs 950 rubles. I ordered 2 of these.
I contacted the support service, which refused to send the ordered and paid items (pre-order), and offered to return 700 rubles. Not even the cost of the order (1524 rubles). I'm not talking about compensating for the nerves of time and lost days of hard work.
As a result, they sent something that was not needed for nothing instead of my order, I spent money, time, nerves.
They cheat at the stage of assembling an order at the company!!
The support service does not solve the failures of the company, but offers to pay for what is a gift according to the terms.

I read a lot of negative reviews and decided to add my own spoonful of honey)) I made an order, there was nothing in stock, so not everything was sent, BUT what came was of awesome quality! I ordered sports tops, leggings and an Olympic shirt-this is now my love, the fabrics are amazing! The tailoring is excellent, the quality is just amazing. So I'm going to order more and more and wear these things and get high. Yes, peanut butter and a complex of vitamins came as a gift! And all this is produced in the UK, not China))

As I suspected, I am not the only one who, as they say, was thrown with the delivery of the order.
My order was lost TWICE IN A ROW!Of course, the money was returned.
I have been a client since 2016. I made about 20 orders. I liked everything very much, until the fall of this year.
I made an order in October at attractive prices. The order was not tracked. I waited a week and wrote. Lost. They offered to order at NEW prices.
I solved the issue through support: I made a new order, the price difference was compensated for me. At that time, I had been due to receive my order for three weeks.
THE repeat order WAS ALSO LOST. The track number didn't work from the very first day.
It feels like they just DIDN'T WANT to ship at the prices at which I made the initial order.
As a result, 1.5 months have passed, and I still haven't received my goodies.
It's a pity, but I couldn't stand such a service and made an order elsewhere. This simply cannot be forgiven.

The delivery deadline expired on 10.12.2021, the product was never delivered.
It is not possible to track the purchase, according to the provided parcel tracking number, writes: "Unfortunately, we don't have a record of your fingerprint at the moment."
However, the support is not responding. I was not informed about the status of the order. I've been waiting for an order for more than half a month. At the same time, it is not clear how much longer to wait.
It seems that the company does not value its customers and is not interested in regular customers.

For three years, I ordered a sports pit only from them. In recent orders, at first I did not like the pre-morning (I took my son) betaecdysterone-generally a dummy. I ordered protein, it came without sugar and the consistency is not clear, liquid when diluted. They replied to the feedback that everything was fine, but it wasn't the first time I took it and I know that it's usually cloying. Don't set foot on them anymore!
