Because the flight was a long 2 days. We decided to immediately order massage courses for 7 days. I didn't regret it. The male masseur did a great massage. I recommend. We came to breakfast and there was almost nothing there. Eggs, and grass with bread. The coffee machines were not working, there was no hot water. Everything always breaks down there. In 10 days, the linen has not been changed once.The floor was washed once. There are no towels, an eternal problem. There is no sound insulation. The furniture in the room is old, there is a conditioner, and a hair dryer. Ask for a room with a key. Because with the card, the conder is turned off during the day. It is not comfortable to go into the stuffiness after the sea. The elevator has 2 doors, small, stuffy. There are queues at the restaurant, there are not enough tables. The toilets are unsanitary. Plastic cups, napkins, etc. are lying around everywhere. The food is monotonous, everything is not tasty, not salty. Only chickens are made of meat, once there was mutton. The fruits are apples, grapes and melons are green, there was rice and pasta, fries, sauces, and grass. Coffee, tea, cola, upi juices, beer. The only thing that tastes good is pastry, pies. Queues are everywhere, everything must be occupied immediately in the morning, even for shizlong. To the sea 5 min. The sea is clean and warm. Sand and pebbles. We had a rest in September 2023, we didn't go hungry, there were no frills. The sea is not far away, there were enough sun beds, so the hotel was inhabited by 1/3 rooms at the end of the season. The bar had beer, vodka, gin and wine, and various sodas. Beer often ran out. Very tasty coffee from vending machines.

We returned from this terrible place two days ago. During our stay at the hotel, they cleaned once at our request, cockroaches are running around in the room. Two bath towels for two, towels for the face were asked for, but they did not wait for the legs. According to the agreement, the room was booked for 2 adults and 2 children. In fact, there are 2 beds (double and single). They refused to give me a cot or anything else for sleeping. Food: chicken, pasta,rice. Once a week, some meat., cucumbers, tomatoes, watermelon, apples, orange. You have to stand in the dining room and wait for the table to be empty, you won't sit down right away. In 3 weeks, the room was cleaned 2 times, and then at the urgent request, the towel and sheets were changed themselves, taking them from the cart with clean linen. You can't interrogate a bottle of water at the reception. The only thing that saved me was the sea-clean, warm. But in the end, everyone on the beach was smeared with used engine oil. How it got there is unknown. The hotel does not pull at 4 stars in any way.

We took the tour the day before departure on onlinetours.ru who deleted my review:) But I can't keep quiet.
For those who need nothing but the sea and the beach, the hotel is suitable, but if you want to get more, for example, what is included in the hotel services: daily cleaning, animation and meals according to the specified schedule - look for something else.
We were checked in at about 15:00, an hour later than the time indicated at the reception, the room was given in block C and, probably, the cleaners did not know about its existence, since no cleaning was done during the week. When we came to clarify when it would be, we were told that once every 3 days, that's it. Toilet paper is given out in the same place if it is over :))
The room itself had seen the sights: the plinth was torn off, there were wires hanging on the wall where the TV should hang, but the air conditioner was working.
We rested as a couple and were allegedly given a double room, in their understanding it is 2 beds of different heights shifted.
What about nutrition: the variety is only in pasta))) after the first lunch at the hotel restaurant, we felt sick, we went around half of the pharmacy and on the same day found the only good restaurant in the area. The prices there are quite high, but since we went there every day for lunch and dinner, leaving generous tips, the owner remembered us and also began to make all sorts of amenities - custom cocktails, tea, coffee, watermelon and portions became 2 times more. In general, the top for their money.
Also, the vacation was brightened up by car rental. We have been looking for a long time, they wanted to immediately arrange a car and receive payment everywhere, but there is no car itself)) in general, we found the F.B.I office and there, day in, day out, everything was arranged after examining the car. They rolled in all directions.
I forgot to write about animation. About a day later, I still didn't understand the exact schedule. In general, the duration is 2 songs, always the same. All the children are herded onto the stage and they repeat the same movements behind the animator. That's some fun. In general, that's it.

in general terms: the hotel is a maximum of 2 stars, this is in fact: to drink water, you need to look for it in the service rooms for cleaners, otherwise no one will give it to you, the same story with toilet paper and shower products, the rooms are usually open and there is no one inside, so feel free to come in and take it what you need, of course, is not arrogant :)

-the main bar, you can only drink beer, the rest is dangerous for your health, their cocktail is: aniseed vodka + sprite / fanta / pepsi and THAT's IT, THERE is NO OTHER, the wine is just terribly powdered
beach bar: once there were French fries at the beach bar, a couple of times watermelon, always vegetables in a pile of butter, a couple of times they gave pies with cheese, it was happiness

I rested at this hotel from 06/29 to 07.07.22. we stopped by at 23:03, we didn't even feed anything from the road. The concept largely does not correspond to the stated one. The shower in the room is very small, the entire toilet is flooded, the sink is running, the door handle is broken. There is no iron anywhere in the hotel!!! Drinking water and room cleaning are provided upon request. Alcohol is only available at the pool bar and then intermittently. There is no toilet by the pool, you have to go to the second floor of the hotel. The beach is very small. I am not happy with my stay at this hotel, I will not go there anymore and I do not advise anyone!!!

This is a ***, not a hotel. We stopped by on 06/27/2022 - there is a dried loaf and a jar of nutella in the refrigerator) - apparently a bonus upon check-in, there is NO toilet paper!!!
In general, this is a superior dorm only in Turkey - I would say even minus four stars.
There are no restaurants near this hotel - it will be problematic to have lunch and generally eat - because the food from the dining room will get boring for you at one time.
It seems to me that even in some guest houses in Abkhazia it will be more comfortable to live.
Everything is greasy and dirty.
The pool and beach bar is thrash

I am currently vacationing at this hotel. Of course, there are a lot of shortcomings, and it's impossible to list them all. I will not list it, everything has already been described before me and more than once. I suggest improvements.
1). In the shower room, lay out small sides for draining water into the shower drain, and do not allow water to fill the entire floor of the toilet room, localized at the entrance and near the toilet. Hang up the curtain.
2). Hire more maids and demand high-quality cleaning from them.

In general, I can rate the hotel at 3.
Cleaning is normal, floors are wiped from above, a towel is changed, water is given, that's all the cleaning. Upon request, or if the bed linen is really dirty, it is immediately changed.
The food is monotonous, in the morning boiled eggs, scrambled eggs, fried, sometimes pancakes, cereals with milk, rolls. Sometimes, coming to the middle of breakfast, milk could run out and it was impossible to feed the children with cereals.
At lunch, there are always cereals, potatoes, many different vegetables, salads, soup. The food is ordinary, but you can eat. Honestly, I've had enough in 10 days
