The area is good. There is a forest in the yard, there are many shops within walking distance. It's a pretty friendly neighborhood. It is fashionable to get to any point of the city by public transport.
A lovely, cozy, clean area! The infrastructure is very developed: shops, kindergartens, schools, nearby, one of the few in the city, a 24-hour pharmacy. In the immediate vicinity of the pine forest, the river! A strong five points!
Like. People live like in a sanatorium. Pine trees. Squirrels. The underground garage again. If you want to ski in winter, the forest is nearby! It's lovely and that's all!
I have been living here since the opening of the complex, the very first house. I can say that now to a lesser extent, but even 10-15 years ago, the residents of the MZhK were one family.
