It is located on one of the central streets of the city. There is an interesting composition of forged lanterns on this street, which you can enjoy walking along Gogol Street. And of course this is a very beautiful place for tourists, walking you can get acquainted with a lot of sculptural compositions, both literary and advertising. I recommend it for a visit
I really like this park, it is well done, it reminds me personally of my childhood :)
I like such green areas around the city,
They give you time to relax and unwind
Gogol actually drove through these places when he was on his way to Warsaw. The monument is symbolically located on the street with that name. It was erected in 1962, on the 110th anniversary of his death. The author of the monument is the Sculptor A. E. Shmakov.
The kids and I were delighted with the walk along the boulevard!!!! It is so interesting to recognize the works of the great writer in each lantern!!!!!
one of the attractions of the city of Brest, the bust of Gogol located at the intersection of Gogol and Lenin streets is one of the iconic pedestals of the city and also marks the beginning of the Millennium Alley art project, where lanterns in honor of the great creations of this author are located on the next 2 blocks.
It was very cool to beat Gogol Street with lanterns based on his works. It turned out to be a good tourist destination. And at the same time, Brest enterprises were involved in the development of the city.
