The order arrived almost 2 hours later (but the girl warned about the time), when my husband and I opened the package, we were just horrified. Hot shawarma was put on the rolls, everything spread out and turned into porridge-it was a shock.... Everything was icy, the shawarma fell apart, and the rolls turned to mush.… You know, it was unpleasant.… We paid money for it (30.70) and wanted to get decent food. We need to treat people and their orders humanly!!!!

We ordered food at about 12:30 p.m. local time. The delivery time is 13:45-14:07. At 14:30, we call the restaurant, specify the delivery address, and ask how long to wait. To which the girl replies that our order only left 15 minutes ago and will be in 10 minutes! Another half hour passes and there is no order! We dial the restaurant again, and they throw off the tubes twice! The third time we took it, and we start to find out... the girl says that it already turns out they called us and couldn't get through, so the courier went to another order. My friend didn't have any money on her phone, so they probably didn't get through! But the order contains two numbers, mine and a friend's! Well, I don't understand why the courier should call us if the delivery address, all codes and so on should be indicated! And they call in the most rare cases! Usually the order is delivered silently without calls!
Then he arrived, brought a torn pocket, soaked, this package stuck to the shawarma! He opened the package with his dirty hands to prove that the food was in its normal form, laying it all on the desk at the reception.... Accordingly, we said we would not eat this! Thank God that the order was made in cash!
