I've contacted Andrey and Anna twice. The first time to select a tour to St. Petersburg. This time to organize a vacation in Sri Lanka. Both times we were satisfied with the rest. We went with the company and everyone was satisfied. All our wishes were taken into account. We made a travel guide for the country, which was very pleasant. We received all the information about the transfer of the plane and the extension of the stay at the hotel from Andrey earlier than from the hotel representative of the travel company. I've always wondered if we needed any help on vacation.

In August, my husband and I started planning a vacation (after the New Year holidays), contacted this agency and described our wishes in detail to our travel agent Andrey: the sea at arm's length, a quiet, cozy hotel, gorgeous views and, of course, voiced our financial capabilities. Andrey, having studied them very carefully and in detail, provided us with a selection of 20-25 hotels in different countries. In the end, we settled on Egypt. We are satisfied with absolutely everything: all our whims are taken into account, the hotel and service fully comply with those stated in the tour, complete documentary support without delays and delays, attentive attitude to all questions that arise, as well as "spy" photos and videos from the scene literally a week before departure.
