We stayed in this apartment in April 2025.
Positive:
1. A fairly convenient location (it takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the main attractions and Komarovsky market at a calm pace).
2. The apartment was clean and cozy, the view from the window is also impressive.
3. Contactless check-in, plus we were checked in ahead of schedule (for an additional fee).
4. A large hallway with a mirror where you can take a full-length look at yourself before going out or make up.
5. There are many outlets throughout the apartment, no need to look for where to recharge the phone.
6. The deposit for the apartment was not charged.
7. There are shower accessories, necessary utensils and slippers.
Minuses:
1. Little red ants that crawl all over the bathroom and kitchen. A huge disadvantage, which greatly blurs the pleasant impression of this accommodation. I don't want to bring insects in suitcases from my vacation.
2. There are two televisions in the apartment. The first one in the living room is barely breathing, there are several local TV channels or a film search (there is no other alternative). And about the second one (which is in the bedroom), the manager said that it is not provided for viewing in the apartment. Then why is it hanging there raises big questions…
3. There are no necessary little things in the kitchen, such as paper napkins, towels, garbage bags, etc.
4. The dishwasher is not working and, apparently, no one has been fixing it for a very long time in order to save money. Many reviews have written about this before.
5. The coffee machine shown in the photos is missing. It's also a sad moment.
6. We didn't quite understand the conditions for issuing bath towels. There is only one large towel per person (for the body), the rest is for an additional fee. Although, by default, everyone should have 2 personal towels (for face and hands, as well as for the whole body). There's a tiny communal towel hanging in the bathroom, which is probably supposed to be for hands. The towels that were given out were already worn out and not quite fresh, it was unpleasant to dry with them.
7. One light bulb wasn't working in the bathroom, and even with the existing bulbs, it was very dark. In theory, it is possible that the mirror was illuminated earlier.
8. There is a lot of dirt on the sofa, which is very different from the photos on the website. Expectation is reality.
9. The ironing board is burnt and when you iron it, it doesn't smell very nice.
10. A small blanket, under which it is uncomfortable to sleep together, provided that the bed is king size.
11. There is no shoe spoon.
12. The electric kettle is very ancient, with a coating and rust.
13. Interruptions with WiFi, or rather very low speed, if you sit in two phones and turn on the video, then the Internet will not work for someone alone. On the morning of departure, WiFi was turned off altogether, and the local tariff was well connected to get in touch and access the Internet.
14. I can't say that the manager was in touch 24/7. I replied within an hour or two.
P.S. General information - a Soviet-style house, without an elevator. The nearest grocery store is alone and is located across the passage at the other end of the square.
Conclusion: For the price we paid, you can rent an apartment or an apartment much newer, fresher and better, where they will not save on everything they can.
