On 04/18/25, an item in the amount of 59.99 was paid at the City Mall, the terminal turned off during payment due to discharge, money was debited from the card, the receipt was not issued to us from the terminal and the cash desk, we were warned that a refund to the card would not be possible after 04/20/04, since the buyer lives in another country and leaves. We immediately paid again, picked up the goods and left, they promised to contact us to resolve the situation. On 20.04 we were promised a cash refund, on 21.04 (when the buyer had already left with the card for another country) we were told that the refund was only to the card, they refused to give the paid goods. We were not offered any reasonable solution to the situation, we warned in advance about the impossibility of returning to the card later. As a result, the amount of 59.99 was donated to the store, we don't have the product, and we don't have the receipt either. They told me to come when the person with the card returns to the country, even after six months. I am sure that during this time the receipt with the rrn number for the refund will be lost by the employees. Please resolve the situation and return the paid product or make a cash refund. I attach screenshots of receipts for paid goods and banking transactions.
