I was disappointed as much as possible!!!
I came to buy a gift item, the consultant guy couldn't tell me anything about the product, he waited for 15 minutes for some information from him.
Nevertheless, I decided to purchase the product in this store, and asked in advance to check the performance of the Aerogrill.
We connected to the network only after payment and a lot of information from the store. After unpacking, significant defects were found on the main screen, to which the consultant girl said with a grin that this was why no one was buying it.
As a result, I spent 30 minutes finding out everything about the product myself and making a refund.

There is a friendly, polite girl at the checkout. I quickly and carefully replaced the protective glass on the 11th iPhone. Advice to the management of the company - appreciate such employees.
The price of the glass (pasting service included) was 30.90. I didn't even expect it to be so cheap.

We bought a Samsung with an additional warranty a year ago, rode a scooter and accidentally ran over it, the guys in the cabin were shocked that we brought the phone, the guys delved into the situation and explained that the phone was most likely not recoverable and said that they would dial in 2-3 days about a refund. As a result, we were refunded the money for the warranty and we took the iPhone 11 with a small surcharge.
