Beware of this store!
I ordered an iron from this store, they sent me a product of poor quality with scratches and cracks, and they refuse to make the product. They've been dragging their feet for 2 weeks now. I will write a statement on them.

At the moment, this is still the only place (the electronics store "IN TOUCH") in which, with an obvious defect in the tavara (the senior administrator examined it during the return and confirmed it), they refused to refund money for the goods and appointed an examination. I am writing a claim for the rejection of the product, and then we will see, I suppose we will have to file a lawsuit. Have a nice shopping, people.
