Good afternoon. I purchased a TV at this location and an extended warranty for it. Unfortunately, the sales consultant was incompetent and misled me about the terms of the extended warranty. As a result, the TV simply stopped working after a week of operation (in standby mode, something clicked inside and smelled burnt). I returned the TV to the salon and it turned out that the extended warranty is a regular warranty, you just need to pay an additional one-fifth of the cost of the product for it and wait an unknown amount. Employees cannot provide any feedback on the timing of repairs and the causes of the breakdown. In general, it turns out to be an unpleasant story.

I bought an iron from this store, they sent it used with cracks and asked for a refund. Be careful with this store, as you will not be able to return the product in case of breakage or poor condition.
