I want to share my negative experience of visiting this store. I came to replace the protective glass on my phone.
The employee who started the process of removing the old glass used a scalpel, which led to a large scratch on the screen. Frightened by the current situation, the seller began to call a higher-level specialist. After a short conversation, I was given a phone where the head of the sector was in touch, who, instead of helping and resolving the problem, began to defend her employee, convincing me that she was a professional and knew her job, when in fact the employee had been working for less than a month and was tapping the protective screen with a dangerous object - a scalpel. Next, the head of the sector offered me a "peaceful" option, promising to install a new protective glass for free. After my refusal, she told me that I could go to court, where, in her opinion, I would lose 95% and would bear all legal costs. Responsibility for what happened was eventually removed from the employee and shifted to me. The head of the sector pompously said that there would be no peaceful settlement of the issue with me, then she said, "you can leave a complaint," and then hung up. Naturally, I wrote a complaint.
As a result, when I contacted the head center in Minsk, I was told that when watching a video shot on a video camera located high above, they were convinced that she was not to blame. I was not asked to watch this video, nor was any solution offered to the problem.
It turns out that the client is to blame for everything, who got 150 rubles due to the incompetence of the staff, and also received a lot of negativity from the seller, the head of the sector and the hotline in Minsk.
I do not recommend this store because of incompetent staff, management and unfairness towards customers.
Dear management of the chain of stores "In touch", I hope you will answer my review (although I am not sure after all this) what is my fault. The seller scratched the glass, the head of the sector accused me and hung up, the hotline removed the seller's guilt, saying that nothing was noticed on the video (how can you notice the appearance of a scratch on the video screen?).
I successfully went to the store to change the glass!

Приличный салон, девочки вежливо объяснили, нам туристам из России, какую симкарту (тариф) лучше купить. Купили симкарту оператора А1 за 10 белорусских рублей, 400 мин + 20 г интернета. Что вполне нам хватило на время нахождения в Белоруссии
