As a result, the expectations of something terrible did not come true! Everything went well.
The receptionist is polite, the room is a little shabby, of course, while the atmosphere is pleasant.
The steam room itself is just great! And there is enough space, and the male part of the company praised the temperature.
The pool is really not deep, but it is warm.
The column is working! It is optimal for a company of 8 people, there are not enough seats for 12.
There is a massage chair, a hinged barrel with automatic ice water supply, a refrigerator, a cafe nearby, you can buy food right away.

2.5 is too much for this sauna.Everything is broken , the cue is generally wrapped with duct tape , beer lids were not removed everywhere .And what finished it off was that they found used condoms . The administrator was rude , threatened with a cue because they were playing music loudly and talking . In short, don't come here.

The pool is very shallow (waist-deep), despite the fact that with small debris, a bath in which it is difficult to steam normally, very little heat and illumination, as in the photo, is absent. The stereo system does not connect to the phone, but you can turn on the muz TV 👍🏻
I put a like for billiards, very good, but unfortunately only one cue.
There are no small amenities, such as slippers, but you can buy paper Flip-Flops for 5p, which will get wet in 3 minutes.

A terrible place, a bathhouse is not a bathhouse, it's clean to get warm, the bass is waist-deep, the fan is noisy as if it will explode, the speakers are for show, in fact nothing can be done with them, so take your music, in the end they were not allowed to pick up their things))) they said they say it's not ours, like we steal things, respectively, we forgot a lot of things, but there is no desire to go back for them at all after communicating with the administrator, the place needs repair, a lot of holes and broken things, in general, go here if there are no options
they typed about forgotten things, found everything, called the Yandex courier, described what they forgot, did not give it back, also yelled why we can't come pick it up ourselves, in short, the service is 0 out of 10

A very "tired" sauna. The pool is small, shallow, cold and dirty. The smell in the hammam is so musty that it is unrealistic to be there. The air conditioner is roaring so you can only talk by raising your voice. At billiards, one cue is broken, the other is crooked. With all this, the sauna is called elite!)))

We were there for the first time. A woman met us, said that everything had already been prepared and we had paid. As a result, we went to the pool to swim and there, not only was its depth waist-deep (according to the photo it seemed that it was deeper), there were still someone's beer with cups, someone's cigarette butt was lying around and in addition the water stank, it seemed that we were swimming on some kind of river and not in an elite sauna. The second point is with saunas . We wanted to stay in a hammam so that we could at least breathe, unlike the Russian one . As a result, there is so much musty smell that it was not pleasant to be there. And as a bonus, there is a problem with connecting speakers. After explaining the problem with the speakers , the woman simply said that she did not understand anything about them . As a result, after spending 20 minutes fixing these speakers (the cable in one column was broken), we still listened to music. Well, we won't go there anymore

There are no questions about the hammam, the Finnish sauna is specific: all surfaces are very hot that it is impossible to land, but the temperature of the air itself is not so high, the sweating process starts for a while. There were no arsonists, and it is better not to touch the headrests, they are knocked down with nails, you can get a burn. There are three showers, of which only one has a wall mount, the rest we hold in our hand. The pool is spacious, made entirely of tiles, often of fallen tiles and blackening in places. This is probably why the water has a slight odor. Overall, we had a good rest. Judging by our experience, such quality is still acceptable for saunas in this price segment of Minsk.

It's terrible, it's not cleaned up!!! There were cigarette butts all around, ashes in a separate room, a used condom was lying on the floor, when asked about cleaning, we were told that the previous employee had passed the shift badly ((( The showers are terrible, everything is broken, everything is rusty and in holes! We visited this wonderful "VIP" sauna with a small child on February 14th... To say that there is complete unsanitary conditions is not to say anything !!! I do not recommend it!!!

On about 05/28/2019, I booked this sauna by phone for 06/12/2019 from 6.30 pm to 10.30 pm to celebrate my birthday with friends. On 05/31/2019, I made an advance payment in the amount of 50.0 BEL. rubles. 06.06.2019 I was contacted, informing me that on the day of my reservation there will be no water in the sauna (12.06.2019). I think that the sauna administration should require the organization that rents the sauna room to it, so that this organization warns the sauna administration at least a month or earlier about any technical work that may affect the functioning of the sauna and immediately warn sauna visitors before booking time so that the client does not have to travel twice (to make a deposit prepayment and its refund), and not 6 days in advance, when everything has already been agreed with the guests and the whole event can go to the smart card.
