We stayed here with a family of three (spouses and a one-and-a-half-year-old child) from 29.03 to 08.04.
The hotel is small, cozy, clean. Right now, the pool is under restoration, but active work was not carried out during our vacation and did not interfere. The staff is friendly and helpful, they speak excellent English and very, very good Russian (it's even awkward sometimes to try to translate them into English, they adapt perfectly). Everyone treated the child wonderfully, always with a smile and understanding. The food is varied, there is a buffet and an open kitchen, except that there is only pork for obvious reasons, the rest is in abundance: beef, a lot of fish, chicken, various side dishes, soups, salads, porridges. Everything was moderately salty, and even the baby had plenty to choose from. There are three or four high chairs in the restaurant, which is very convenient.
The animation isn't Turkish, of course, but it's decent. Activities throughout the day (exercise, darts, yoga, volleyball, mini disco, evening shows; periodically additional activities such as foam parties).
The beach is worthy of special praise, a very convenient long sandy access to the sea, with children, that's what you need. There is also a small reef, you can watch the fish with a mask, you can swim to the neighboring Novotel - there is even more reef and more fish.
But you need to keep in mind that the hotel is located in conjunction with the same one across the street: the second hotel has access to the sea through this one! Because of this, there are practically no free sun beds on the beach at 8 a.m., and this is not the high season!

Of the cons: there are very few umbrellas and sun beds on the beach, you need to borrow at 6 in the morning. You can not take food from the beach and from the restaurant, even fruits. The animation is very weak.

I was vacationing with a friend at this hotel from November 27 to December 7, 2024. 12 years ago, this hotel was called Marriott. And at the same time, I visited this hotel for the first time. The impressions of the 2012 vacation were wonderful, and the rest this season justified the quality. This year we took vouchers from Pegasus, flew through Antalya to Sharm. There was a refueling and crew change in Antalya. And in an hour and a half we are Sharm El Sheikh. Pegasus has a long flight, but the number of days of rest is 10. Nothing has changed for the worse at the hotel. Attentive staff, cleanliness on site, not to mention the promenade, order everywhere. The New Year's entourage gives a festive mood for relaxation. The weather was moderately warm +25 air, sea water +22. It's cool in the evening. A windbreaker is necessary. There was a heated pool in the past, but not this season. It's cool to swim. The rooms are clean, cleaning is timely every day, towels are replaced, shampoo, gel, soap are always new. There is a kettle in the room, sugar, coffee, tea, water for two. Yes, the hotel has good Wi-Fi throughout, it works well on the 2nd and 1st lines on the beach by the sea. There is one a la carte restaurant, Italian. We didn't rush to sign up and didn't get in. But we were satisfied with the pizza in the main restaurant. They cook well! In general, we are satisfied with the rest, the atmosphere is New Year's Eve, the weather was not hot. The resort of Sharm El Sheikh is waiting for everyone who wants to relax by the sea. Yes, the shore is great for swimming. You can go in without corals (if you didn't take them), there are places with reefs and fish nearby. But there are not enough sun beds on the beach, "prudent vacationers" leave their towels allegedly occupied and may not appear on the beach at all. The guard drops the accessories, frees up places for those who wish. Suggestion to the Hotel administration: Put up a poster "Do not occupy sun beds". Maybe it's already clear to those tenants of the sunbeds... There used to be a poster: Do not feed fish with bread. Do not attract large individuals.

Good location, the center of Naama Bay. Interesting hotel infrastructure, fountains, waterfalls, green area, large swimming pool. The beach is sand, a gentle entrance to the sea. There is a small reef, there are different fish)
The food is so good, you will not stay hungry, but it does not pull far for 5 stars.
The staff is helpful and friendly.
The rooms are cleaned, but superficially.
We were moved to the 3rd floor with two small children and a stroller (there are no elevators!) and this is also with an additional payment for early check-in, because the flight was early. All alcohol is disgusting, except beer.

Positive:
1. Wi-Fi is free throughout the hotel and even on the beach.
2. The staff is friendly. We cleaned the sand pretty well, almost every day.
3. Animation. Full-day sports events. In the evening there is a disco and sometimes a show.
4. Good sandy access to the sea. And you can see corals and fish nearby in the novotel.
5. The beach is nice. Umbrellas and sun beds are free, not close together. Always had enough. The garbage is cleaned, so the sand is clean.
6. Nice Italian restaurant.
Minuses:
1. Monotonous food. Overall, it's not bad, but it doesn't change in 11 days. Once they gave me crab paws and claws. There was no charcoal grill. By the end of lunch, there are no meat products at all.
2. During our vacation, the pool was being renovated. The entire central part was ransacked and blocked with shields. We asked for rooms away from the disco with a view of a quiet place. That's why we were given rooms at the construction site next to the disco.
3. There is no elevator. I don't even know how this could happen. When I was choosing a hotel, I didn't even ask myself this question. I've never seen a hotel without an elevator in my life. I was with an elderly man. There were 2 staircases to get to the dining room. People with strollers carried them in their arms, the staff did not help. Even the ramp at the exit to the beach was usually closed, it was unclear for what reason.
4. The diving center on the territory is very muddy. They sold us a tour, but not on their boat, and it took a long time to get there by speedboat.
5. While waiting for the settlement, they do not give bracelets, people wait half a day hungry. The same goes for eviction.

If you are going to this hotel, when buying from a tour operator, specify more precisely so that there is a first line. We were accommodated in a 775 hotel room. I am writing a number for those who want to travel in the summer in the heat, it will be cool in this room. The room is cold, we were wearing warm socks, and most importantly, there is no hot water. When the reception complained, we were told to cover yourself with a second blanket. They didn't say anything about hot water (the water is warm, but it's impossible to wash in a cold tub) and did nothing. We washed in the next room with friends. The room was cleaned every day, towels were changed. There was a kettle, tea, coffee, and sugar. Bottled drinking water was left after cleaning.
The food is normal for four people. 2-3 types of fish, beef, chicken. Strawberry season was given only 2 times in 10 days. The pancakes were delicious this morning, and the scrambled eggs. Another disadvantage is that there are no buns in the cafe near the beach, children often have a bad breakfast, and lunch is 13.00, and in the main restaurant it is 12.30. The beach is nice and sandy. There are rocks in the sea. But the sea is clear, so you can go around and swim. It's cool when you go into the sea. In general, apart from some points, we were satisfied with the trip. After bathing, I want to wash.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND A HOTEL!!!! This is the sixth time in Egypt, but this is the first time we have encountered such an attitude, as in this hotel. We were from March 10-19, 2025!! The pool is being renovated at the hotel and they don't say a word about it anywhere!! At sea, everyone walks past the fenced-off pool fence! At 6 a.m., workers start working, noise, dust, the rasp of cutting tiles… The number, as everyone writes now, is really tired!! I am attaching a photo of the wooden floor, as we were told. The water is running badly. It must have been good 20 years ago, but now it's very sad.… The food was good!! But there are not enough dishes, the waiters do not know whether to bring drinks to the guests, or to remove the dishes from the tables. Wine is served only in the restaurant, on the beach - for a fee! Bottled water is also provided only on the beach from 10 a.m. to 22:00, if you do not have time to take it, there is nowhere else. Drinks in bars are poured into small glasses. But no one forbids pouring into their containers. We poured beer and Coke into thermoses. The cleaning is normal, towels were changed often. Toiletries are in abundance: gel, shampoo, and conditioner. The room is simple, but everything is in it and everything worked, we left late at night, the bracelets were not removed from us, so we could use all the services. You can walk down the street, you can walk along the street along the beach. There is a bazaar nearby, 10 minutes away. There is shopping and hookah. I chose this hotel myself for a long time, read reviews. I have never regretted it. The main thing is to go with a positive attitude, otherwise you can always find flaws

On the very first day, animator Irina from Moldova was rude. The lack of tact and culture of communication is incompetence for an animator. Let him go to Russia for advanced training.
The other disadvantages of the hotel have already been mentioned in the reviews: there are not enough sun beds for everyone, towels too, and umbrellas even more so. The room cards are demagnetized in a day. Bartenders on the beach pour drinks into dirty glasses, they are harmful, tips do not help.
Now about the advantages:
Thanks to Anna Guest Relay for trying to resolve the situation with the animator. But it didn't help us much. After we filed a complaint, at about two o'clock in the morning, someone was knocking insistently on the door of our room. And the next day, an unfriendly Arab animator with a ponytail tried to find out which room we were from. As I understand it, you need to file a complaint before leaving, so that the revenge of the aborigines would not be caught. Anna guest relay, a Russian girl from St. Petersburg, works at the front desk of the first line, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., with a lunch break.

Hello! The hotel is more for family and middle-aged people. We were at this hotel from 14 to 24. The rooms are normal and cleaned every day more or less. I really liked the interiors of the main building, where there is a reception and a restaurant: a waterfall, bridges, a stream between the tables, a light ceiling in the form of a pyramid! Very beautiful! The room was given a good one with a view of the pool and the sea for an additional fee. Beds, pillows (4) pieces are very comfortable. Cleaning every day. The food is simple, modest, but you will not stay hungry. Several times there was lamb, turkey, grilled quail, but very much! rarely. The territory is well maintained, an English lawn in the middle of the desert! Very clean. Grotto and waterfall by the pool! The trouble with umbrellas and sun beds on the beach! It really spoils the rest. Put more umbrellas and upgrade the old mattresses on the sun beds and you will be the best! The hotel in the bay!
