Very nice hotel, helpful and friendly staff.
Starting from the Reception and ending with the technical staff.
1. The food is always fresh, not very diverse, but there is always fish, meat, chicken, salads and snacks, fruits and sweets.
We did not arrive at the beginning of breakfast / lunch and dinner, but an hour later and never stood in line.
Sec bar with 13-15 Fries, fruits, meat.
2. The rooms are nice and spacious.Daily cleaning service.
3. The beach is the best.there is a coral reef and a huge variety of fish nearby.
4. Animation-they work perfectly on the beach.She's not by the pool.Evening showtime is not very good, it can certainly be improved.
5. Local alcohol is a delicious beer and that's it. the rest is not tasty, but it is in many hotels.We took it with us.

I definitely give a plus sign! The price-quality ratio is very good. A huge territory, furniture, plumbing - everything is quite decent. The staff is genuinely friendly. The food is without frills, but varied and of high quality.
Two buildings (one closer to the sea and more expensive, the second 300 m further and cheaper), nothing disappoints in both.
I don't know about the "Egyptian stars", but by world standards, you can safely give 3+, or even 4.

A great hotel for a relaxing holiday! They feed more than, a large clean area, a lot of greenery. The room is cleaned flawlessly, everything is constantly replenished.. the animation is so-so, but I don't need it. The hotel is located so well that entertainment can be found for every taste and all this is within walking distance. I returned only on October 11, I was 100% satisfied with my vacation))

We had a rest in April 2024, we liked everything, daily cleaning-a responsive young guy cleaned our room 652.The food is varied-they cooked delicious, there are enough fruits and vegetables, pastries are varied, meat, poultry, fish,grilled for lunch and dinner, there are no complaints to all employees of the canteen, only gratitude.The territory is clean, green, well-groomed, illuminated in the evening.The pool is clean, without heating.There are not enough umbrellas for everyone on the beach, if you do not want to sunbathe in the open sun-at 5-6 in the morning you need to take a place under a canopy.The workers on the beach are responsive-every day they helped us find a free place under the canopy.I liked the beach bar-there is always any amount of water in the refrigerator-you could take it yourself, there was a queue for the rest of the drinks.There is no evening animation.Aqua aerobics was conducted by a cool young guy in the afternoon, very positive.I really liked that this hotel has access to a beautiful promenade, along which you can go to Naama Bay Street-where all the entertainment and cafes are, as well as directly to the FixPrice store, where the most famous and budget shopping in Charm is.

Good hotel, delicious food, not much choice, fish and meat daily, shrimps, grilled kebabs, etc. only on holidays, New Year's Eve dinner 10 stars! 5-7 minutes walk to the beach, 15-20 minutes walk to the center of Naama bay.

I liked the sun and the sea. A rich underwater world, a paradise for those who like to understand and swim with a mask. The sea is warm and clean. I didn't like it - there are few Russians and Europeans, a lot of Arabs, noisy, arrogant. Service through clenched teeth, with some kind of disregard. Alcohol and cocktails should literally be begged for. There are few seats in the restaurant, you constantly have to wait and search. In general, this time he will go to see corals, fish, and sunbathe. But I don't really want to go there a second time.

We had a rest here in November 2024.
The numbers are shaky. There are few outlets in the rooms.

The wine was poured only on the territory of our hotel (2nd coastline). He was always missing from the first one, but on the beach it was like that for money.
The beach itself is not big. And the sun beds have also seen life.
Alcohol in bars is mediocre. There are very few fruits. They are not allowed to go to the beach with food, and there is a huge queue for ice cream on the beach, served by one person, occasionally several.
At 21:00 the children's program is of the same type, but the children are happy, at 21:30 the adult program begins, rarely delayed until 22:15, usually strictly half an hour. And then the hotel chooses, as well as the districts. There's nothing to do. The only thing on the beach is they invite you to a party in the desert for $ 50, you didn't go there, it's not our format.
I advise you if you are traveling with your family and children or if you are looking for a quiet vacation. In general, it's perfect. Don't count on the pool, it looks beautiful, it's not heated in place.
You can't dive in the sea, there aren't many corals there.

Let's change the number, otherwise there will be an achtung here now. I'll explain right away, this is what they do to EVERYONE, so that they can be given from $ 20 with documents, then you will immediately get a normal number. In my subjective opinion, a very good hotel. We lived in the depths of the territory, respectively, for lunch and it was further to go to the sea. But there were practically no complaints about the room and there was a private pool right next to the building. The food, as for me, was great for Egypt. The beach and the entrance to the sea too. Attention, this particular hotel is located on the second line across the street. We'll have to walk a little way to the sea. The small disadvantages for which it would be possible to reduce the rating is a small dining room (restaurant) in which there was a full house and had to look for a place. A poorly functioning TV, but this is the case everywhere. Purity, but the Egyptians have their own ideas about it. Another good thing is the landscape, which is constantly closely monitored by at least five gardeners a day.Overall a good hotel at an adequate price. And therefore there are a lot of guests, especially Saudis.

Location across the highway from the 1st, sandy beach, convenient entrance to the sea, lots of fish. The hotel itself is similar to all Egyptian ones, the impression is falling apart, but it is being renovated in moderation. I won't tell you about the food, I ate on the 1st line. But the lobby is beautiful, with a view of the pools near the main building. It's not very far to the beach. At the end of summer, many sunbeds are broken, mattresses and towels are badly damaged. And it's a stupid fashion for vacationers to take a sunbed with a towel and not come to the beach. The local staff is ready to find you a place for the money))

There were a lot of people, because of this it was stuffy. This hotel is on the second line, because of this it is cheaper. The first one is more expensive, so it's quieter there. We had to pay extra to move to the second one, but we didn't… The bar is free from 10 to 22. The room was given at first a bad one, then a normal one when $ 20 was paid. Animation from 21 to 22 is so-so adult. It was very cold in the evening. The contingent is a pension fund, keep in mind!!!

Very nice, big hotel! Lots of flowers, greenery. Pools are available, sun beds. The menu is slightly monotonous, but, on the whole, delicious. This is a review about the Resort hotel on the shore, not the Mountain. This is a technical problem.
So. It's super. This is the most ideal option. The entrance to the sea is excellent, and next to the beach there is a gorgeous beer and fish. You definitely won't want to take a paid tour when there is such a variety nearby. The food is great. There was always fish, chicken and beef, rice, pasta and potatoes. And also great soups. A separate guide spoils everything. But we didn't have to communicate with him more than at an info meeting. I highly recommend it. I've been choosing for a long time, reading reviews. My husband and I were at the hotel from 25.11 to 30.11.23. The impressions are only positive. The rooms are clean and pleasant. The food is quite varied, very tasty eggplants. Meat of two types is beef and chicken + fish. Salads, fresh fruits. I liked beer among the drinks. Although I don't drink beer at home. We lived on the second line, it didn't bother at all, it was even good to walk.
The staff is very friendly, speaks a little Russian. The hotel is 90% populated by Russian speakers. So you will feel at home.
We arrived in the morning and were immediately checked in. And when they left, they were also allowed to stay until the transfer. It was very nice that we were not kept in the lobby until the set time.
The beach is sandy, with a gentle approach. There are reefs where you can see fish. The sea is awesome! I recommend you to choose. We want to go back.

We had a rest in August 2024, we liked the hotel. It consists of 2 hotels, the territory is large. There are 3 pools. The beach is clean, there are enough sun beds for everyone, at any time. Towels are provided on the beach and at each pool. The cuisine is varied. There are always 2 types of meat, 2-3 types of fish, grilled. There are just a lot of salads and vegetables in different forms. Different coffee, hot chocolate from the coffee machine always! There were no interruptions. I was very surprised that you can have lunch, breakfast and dinner 2-3 times. No one is watching this or asking for a room. Whichever way you go, it's still through the restaurant. You can sit down again to drink juice or coffee. Well, or alcohol. Any drinks are always available on the beach. We took a cheaper standard room, settled with a view of the pool without any additional charges. Kettle, safe in each room. The room is large, there are 2 large beds and 4 pillows for two of us. We took a taxi to Soho Square, we caught it just on the road for $3. They say it was possible to take a minibus for pennies. The hotel itself is located just on the waterfront. In the evening, everyone uses it to go to the Naama Bay center, where all the shops, restaurants, entertainment venues, local Fixed price. But there are small shops and pharmacies closer, on all sides by the beach. We read reviews, took mosquito repellents with us, but there was no sign of them. Room cleaning is mandatory every day. Tea, sugar, 2 bottles of water, shower gel, soap and shampoo were always replenished. They left $2 (sometimes) to the cleaner for the whole time. The sea is beautiful, there are a lot of fish. It is better to buy masks at a local market that cover the entire face with a tube. It has a valve, you can breathe and the view is good. There is a free sightseeing tour from the guide, we went. The rest is up to your choice.

The hotel is located on line 2, you have to cross the road to the sea - although there is a pedestrian crossing, no one misses it. The hotel needs renovation and more staff, it is sorely lacking. At breakfast, 2 employees and tables are cleaned, and plates are brought and the coffee machine is supplemented, respectively, you will have to wait everywhere until they are free, there are always not enough dishes, soup plates are in terrible condition - chipped all over the edge. Similarly, cleaners do not have time to clean the entire room stock, at best cleaning every other day. Towels are rarely changed.
The bar on the second line does not give wine for some reason, you can only take it when you are drunk.
The food was modest, the choice was small. The savings on everything are right in the eye! They won't give you many pieces of meat, they'll count how many glasses you take, they won't give you too much, even if you take on the children! 2 in hand)
The beach is crowded, there are not enough sunbeds, we even had a fight over places on the beach.
There is one beach bar for both the beach and the pool, although there should be a bar by the pool, but it does not work. Since there is only one bar, there is ALWAYS a queue for it. I do not recommend using the SPA services at the hotel, the amount is charged immediately for the course, but they do well only the first session when they need to sell) then they take little time and do not try very hard, do not waste time and money!

Once there was a grilled chicken, we put 1 piece)) The fruits were watermelons, melons, dates., oranges. Only black tea, cheap coffee from the vending machine and upi powder juices. Napkins of 1 piece per person and no toothpicks at all😆 Of course, the food is monotonous, it gets boring quickly, but you won't stay hungry for sure, and moreover this 4 * must also be taken into account, the staff is friendly, the room was changed without a breakdown when an infant started screaming at night behind the wall. The room is spacious, a TV with 3 Russian channels, a balcony overlooking the pool. Cleaning every day, of course, the floors are not washed, just swept, the crib will be made, towels will be changed, water and tea will be reported. By the way, there are 4 pillows per bed and they are very chic!! Down jackets and a blanket too, the mattresses are comfortable, the air conditioner worked properly. The animators are very funny, there were no events in our building in the evening, like there was a 5 * across the street, but we didn't go, the center was a 15-minute walk with markets. Vinishko was poured without problems in the evenings at dinner, they did not regret it, there was only beer and cocktails on the beach (like alcohol with juice, heavy)
There are a lot of Arabs, sooo, like those days when we were just the two of us in the whole Russian hotel. In general, it is very good for this price

It was in the middle of April. In general, the hotel is normal, cleaning, territory, reception-everything is quite acceptable. Food for 4-. There is enough of everything, but of all the dishes, rice is the best. Their rice is always super delicious. All kinds of meat and fish offered by the chef are exceptionally dry. In short, food can't be washed from hunger, but you can also please your taste buds well, once every two days. There was not enough fruit. Desserts are so-so. And yes, no local alcohol. Bottled water only. I didn't drink anything at all at the hotel, not even beer, but everyone who was with me on the same plane from our hotel was "pumped" to varying degrees. Someone was sick of suffering on the toilet and someone just had a stomach ache. Don't wait for a miracle, buy alcohol yourself! The extra 30-40 units are not worth the crossed out before the rest. The hotel is just terrible....The service is zero.....I am very disappointed....to give such money away and see such a terrible attitude from the staff of this hotel.it seems that I came there for free.....I do not recommend it.The sunbeds are in terrible condition, almost all are broken.

The only advantage of the hotel is a large green area. And then everything is very bad - the bathrooms in the rooms are dead, the food is very modest, to put it mildly, no animation. And the main disappointment is the sandy beach - in fact, a fenced paddling pool with a depth of one and a half meters, packed with people. You can't swim out for buoys, because everything is at the mercy of banana rollers.
I stayed at the hotel for less than a day in May and moved to another one with an additional fee. I do not recommend it!

With regard to the hotel itself, there are a lot of reviews about the monotonous food, so it is, the choice is not big, only apples, bananas, melon, persimmon, grapes from fruits. Alcohol is terrible!)) I didn't believe the reviews on this score, but it's really impossible to drink it! if you want normal alcohol, bring it with you! Because in Egypt, only in dutik we saw more or less familiar alcohol, but the price tag for it was 3 times higher than in stores in Russia. The rooms are tired but clean. The card from the room was constantly demagnetized, every day we went to change the card because we could not get into the room. The staff is constantly doing something, the lawn is being cleaned, trees are being trimmed, cleaned. Everyone is polite and friendly. In general, everything is normal) Summer in the middle of winter is priceless!
