Pros: very convenient location. The sights are right next door. For an early check-in at 7 a.m., they charged $ 6 per person. The water pressure in the shower is good, the water is hot. There is a fan, but it is weak. The breakfast is a buffet, but rather modest. There is soap and a couple of bags of shower gel, but if you are a woman, then take all bath accessories with you. There is a veranda on the second floor, where you can sit in the evening with the company. Cons: the beds are quite hard. The doors of the rooms overlook the indoor courtyard from here there is good audibility.
Excellent location, the tourist center is almost 10 seconds away. From the terrace there is a view of the old town. The rooms are clean, have air conditioning, Wi-Fi, uninterrupted water. It is not entirely clear why a window from the room to the corridor is needed, it is a little uncomfortable. There is a rather modest breakfast (it seems to be the most modest of all breakfasts on a trip to Uzbekistan)
Positive:
- the very center, to the Kalyan minaret and Lyabi house 5 minutes on foot
- cozy terrace with a nice view
- good breakfast
- clean rooms
- responsive staff
And everything would be fine if not for one moment. The owner requested 50k soums for a transfer to the train station, said that it was difficult to call a Yandex taxi at 5 in the morning. I really hope that I did not deceive, because I even took the bomb at the train station for 35, and Yandex comfort costs 25.
And in general, tourists are often beaten the price of x2 or x3 from the price for locals.
So I recommend buying a local SIM card and using Yandex.Taxi.
We were settled in this place, trying to correct a mistake with a double booking and giving the room a super-duper suite with an appropriate price. In fact, it looks more like an operating room with a view either to the street or to the courtyard. There was no light bulb in one of the bedside lamps. The pillow on one of the beds was in strange spots (although it was replaced without question). The bowl of the soul is "tired". Before arrival, the beds were not checked, there was a black hair on each, and exactly one per bed. In principle, there are fish for fishlessness and cancer, but not for that kind of money. A terrace with views of the local flavor in the form of courtyards of nearby houses. Of the advantages, there was only a delicious breakfast. It's good that after spending the night we moved to the hotel originally ordered, which turned out to be a 5-minute walk away.
The location is excellent) with a nice terrace and staff
But the rooms are very modest, in principle, it was expected for Bukhara and guest houses.
The TV does not work in the room, cleaning on the third day, very hard beds (but as I understand such beds in almost all Uzbekistan, except hotels)
If you want a kettle or extra water, you can go down to the 1st floor and dial there.
I really liked the hotel, the pleasant and courteous staff. The host is courteous and attentive. Clean, warm. We were in early March.
I would like to note the view from the terrace separately. Coffee in the morning with a view of ancient Bukhara is a fairy tale!
Labi House with its authentic restaurants and artisan shops is within walking distance.
All the sights are nearby.
Great hotel. Conveniently located. Good hosts. The rooms have everything you need. The location is beyond praise. You live in the old town. We exit the pedestrian zone along the main street. It's straight across the square. It's a 15-minute walk down the street to the market. Immediately on this street there are two establishments on the left without a Teahouse beer. It's better on the right. There's beer and everything else. The lamb is just a "dump of the head" the prices are humane. Not to be confused with the cafe for tourists at the mosque of 40 columns. There are a lot of tables there. Inside and out.
The hosts are hospitable, the water in the rooms was not very hot, I had to wash under cool water, but in such heat, it was the best thing. There are air conditioners. There is breakfast, in general it will go, everything you need, eggs, sausages, sausages, fruits, bread. 3 minutes walk to the minaret, there is a terrace overlooking the minaret. Initially, we booked another hotel, but just before arrival, our reservation was canceled, since the previous tenants did not leave, we had to go here, in general, price-quality, 4 rooms can be supplied. Wi-Fi is also available. Another disadvantage is that there was a construction site around, but walking around the city, it feels like there is a construction site everywhere at every hotel
A cozy hotel in the center of the old town. Friendly host, delicious homemade breakfasts. The only drawbacks are the lack of a window to the street. There is a window to the patio and reception, but I wanted to get some fresh evening air. Of course, there is air conditioning, but the window was still missing. Otherwise, everything is fine. I recommend.
A small hotel in the heart of the old town. Comfortable rooms, efficient and friendly staff. Good breakfasts. Walking distance to the main attractions.
The hotel is very pleasant and clean. This spacious room features a TV, air conditioning and a bathroom. The kind owners of the hotel thank them very much. Delicious breakfasts in the morning. Pancakes, scrambled eggs, sausages, sausage, cheese, vegetables, etc.
The location is very convenient. The ancient narrow streets of Bukhara. The main attractions are within walking distance.
The location is beautiful, the very center, everything is within walking distance, a good breakfast.
Cons: the room is tired, the smell of sewage from the bathroom, additional fees (city tax 20% and the same amount of tourist tax) keep in mind.
Very nice hotel! Excellent responsive staff! Everything is clean and tidy! At home ! We were very satisfied!
If we come to Bukhara again, we will definitely stay there, because the location is very convenient!
I recommend it!
Right in the center, close to the main attractions. If you enter the old town from the hotel, then the fortress and the main square are on the right.
The hotel is modest but friendly. The price-quality ratio is 100%.
The owners are responsive, and you can change their money. There are no complaints about the number, if you do not build high expectations. The breakfast is modest, but it is there. There is an Internet connection. There is no TV, only cable, not terrestrial. There is no news to watch. Movies don't pull well. It is interrupted.
Staying for 1-2 nights is fine.
Great hotel. All attractions are within walking distance. The friendly staff even helped to arrange the delivery of medicines at 2 am. Well, the terrace is a great time for evening gatherings.
We were delighted with this hotel.
Very good-natured hosts: they offered to meet us, but we arrived by Yandex taxi, told us where to eat delicious food, where you can go.
The room is spacious, clean, large, with a window and air conditioning, the linen is snow-white.
The breakfasts were delicious and hearty, and food was always brought if it ran out.
The location is perfect. On the 2nd floor there is a terrace with a view of the city, you can relax there.
The only thing was that the mattress was a bit harsh
The staff is very attentive and courteous. Excellent location in the very center of Bukhara. Walking to the best places. Clear. The standard is poor noise insulation, but this is a business🤷♂️
I also note that the water is not hot, for whom it is important, pay attention. The best place is price-quality - service!
A micro-hotel in the heart of the old town, near one of the shopping domes. The owner meets you at the airport if necessary and delivers you to the hotel for $ 5. 8-10 am breakfast, the host goes through the rooms and invites you. The composition is as follows: 2 types of cheese with 2 slices, 1 circle of sausage, porridge, scrambled eggs from 1-2 eggs, sausage, tea, bread. Well, some things may change/be added. It's fine, I think. The rooms are located in a building surrounding the perimeter of the courtyard. Everything in the room is practically new, clean, as well as linen and towels. In the room: bed, 1 chair, table, bedside table, TV, air conditioning. The bed does NOT have a table lamp and an outlet (I noticed 3 outlets in the room). In the bathroom there is a shower corner, a hairdryer, a toilet, a heated towel rail. Everything is clean. The room is warm. The owner, if desired, can also provide transport or sightseeing services, for example, delivery to Samarkand or Khiva. The average is $50, but check when booking, he will send you a list of services. I think this hotel is a good place to stay. Well, the reviews below are also informative, read them.
Clean, quiet, snow-white linen, good mattresses. The entire old town, as well as the Ark Citadel, park and market are within walking distance.
Special thanks to the host for his hospitality!
Nice clean rooms, kind hosts, there is coffee, located in the historical center. But the most important thing is the terrace and the view that opens from it. It's just a thrill! The price is not high. I recommend it!
Nice hotel, friendly staff. Convenient location, close to the main square of the old town. There is an entrance for a taxi, which is very convenient since it is forbidden to take a taxi in the historical part of the city and not every hotel can be reached by car. There was a slight confusion with the booking, but the administrator quickly decided everything, and we were satisfied
The family-run hotel is located within walking distance of the attractions.
The Deluxe room is nice and clean.
The staff is very quick to respond to guests' requests.
The breakfasts are hearty.
Good value for money. Very close to the sights.
Hospitable hosts. They go to a meeting in everything.
Money can be exchanged at the hotel.
The rooms are modest, but everything is there.
You can sit on the terraces - drink tea, smoke.
There is some view from the terraces.
The terraces are accessible on the second floor.
Very authentic. The room was on the 2nd floor. Everything is fine. The breakfasts are normal. Tasty. The terraces are certainly great for evening gatherings.
We drank coffee there on the terrace, it was delicious, the pork was on the sand. The price is affordable, but as a hotel I can not say, we lived in another
On Booking, the hotel is presented as Nabibek Terrace (we didn't like the photo) and Nabibek Boutique (where the rooms are after the discount). It was the boutique that we booked for our group (7 people). As stated on the Booking, the boutique is renovated, the rooms are more expensive.
What is the fact?
It's the same hotel. There are children working at the reception who obviously don't know anything. The manager was called, he pretended that this was the first time he had heard that they had 2 hotels.
We were all settled, OF COURSE, in non-renovated rooms.
It took a very long time to figure it out, as a result, only three girls were transferred.
Taxes were also not included in the price, they were found out only upon check-in, the tax was 40% of the room price.
For less money, we lived in Tashkent and Samarkand in a hotel with a cool renovation, clean pool, amazing breakfast.
We didn't like everything:
- hard mattresses and pillows (many hotels in Uzbekistan have already started using soft mattress pads);
- wild audibility! Doors with huge slits;
- terrible breakfast. It was announced from 8, at 8:30 it was no longer hot! And they didn't bring it! In fact, they ate a pancake each. They asked to bring vegetables, the man cut one cucumber for everyone (!!!). I didn't even remember about tomatoes.
Cheese and sausage are very cheap.
Instant coffee only. There's nothing to eat.
Other guests asked to update the compote, but they were told that there was no more, there was only juice in boxes. And this is 30 minutes after the start of breakfast. What remains at 9-9:30 in the morning?
Plus, Hotel 1 has a location at the gates of the old town.
Very nice Hotel, thanks to the host Genady. The hotel is located in the heart of the sights, and it corresponds to the kalarit of Bukhara, the terrace on the second floor where the breeze blows and you can drink tea is just great, were 05/06/2013.
I recommend bypassing this institution. In January 2023, he booked a room for May 2023 for his 70-year-old mother. When booking, I asked for the possibility of early check-in.THE RESERVATION WAS CONFIRMED.4 days before the trip, NABIBEK sent an email offering a paid transfer.I agreed. In 3 days, the owner of the hotel, Rustam, wrote that early check-in was refused. It was very unpleasant, but in less than 1 day, at night, I receive a message from Rustam that he will not be able to check in, since he has no available rooms!! Moreover, Rustam suggests that I cancel my reservation myself through the booking site (obviously, in order not to pay possible fines myself) I am shocked to leave a 70-year-old man on the street at the last moment and offer to cancel my reservation myself, flying into fines.I regard this fact as cheating from Nabibek - they probably rented the reserved room to others during the May holidays.
If you do not want to stay outside at the last moment, do not contact Nabibek and its owner Rustam.
We stopped at the hotel as there was a free suite at the booking. But we were told that the room was occupied. They put me in a triple room with no windows, the room is bad. In the shower, the water was running on the floor. We were told that if the suite was not occupied, we would be relocated. We have registered a suite through a booking service. And they wanted to move to another room. To which we were told to cancel the reservation and stay in a bad room. By the way, the hotel confirmed the reservation. It's very strange. The next day we were offered coffee and cocoa at breakfast. We agreed, in the evening it turned out that coffee for tomorrow was paid and we were charged 50,000. In the morning, we were offered to move into a suite and pay an additional 300,000. We refused because the price for drilling was lower. We could live in a suite for the money we paid, but we were offered to pay extra. We were very upset by this behavior. We stayed at the hotel for 2 days. On the second day, they did not have breakfast, they specifically wanted to offend the hosts for such terrible behavior. I hope this deception and greed will return.
P.S. coffee was not worth the money!
The only advantage is in the old town. The rooms are old, the walls are cracked, the water is warm. The breakfast is good. The mattress is like concrete.
I liked everything:cleanliness, level of service, attention to customers, delicious breakfasts. I advise those who are going to come to Bukhara to stay here. From the terrace of this guest house you can see old Bukhara 👌
The advantages are the location in the center of Bukhara, a terrace overlooking the minaret, where you can sit in the evening..
Cons - there are no windows in the rooms, at all) the rooms are tiny, the mattresses are terribly hard, there are no pillows. And audibility! Text messages coming at night, the neighbors can hear everything). The hotel wakes up at 7 a.m. That's all. You won't be able to sleep at all, but you know everything))
The location is very good, friendly staff, but the mattresses are just wooden, the back is breaking the next day, in fairness, I was in 3 hotels in Bukhara, the mattresses are the same everywhere...
They are tricked into coming to this hotel in order not to pay a booking fee. We booked another hotel (Barn), upon arrival there were no places in it! We were asked to cancel the reservation and were taken here, where we got the last room, which stank.
A wonderful hotel, with beautiful views of the old town and the Kolyan minaret with terraces, delicious breakfasts. The nicest family keeps the hotel clean and cozy
A wonderful family hotel! Plentiful breakfasts, clean bed linen and charming hosts - what could be better! I sincerely wish their business prosperity and I will be glad to visit this wonderful place again.
