This was a wonderful place to stay for the first time. A very tranquil and unique setting of guest homes. The owners were exceptionally friendly and ready to help with anything. We will be returning.

By choosing this particular place to relax, I was looking for a comfortable and peaceful place.
The reality completely coincided with my expectations!
There are three houses on the territory. One wooden house with a view of the Neman with panoramic glazing, the second is also wooden in an ethnic style very interesting, the third is a two-storey brick house with several bedrooms, a living room, a large kitchen and terraces.
There are also two gazebos with mangalas on the territory, one larger, the other smaller. There is a sauna with access to a terrace with a large table for outdoor recreation.
The territory is very well maintained! Comfortable atmosphere, fresh air! There is also a small private beach! By the way, the tan on the banks of the Neman turned out to be unrealistically beautiful! All the grass is perfectly mowed! There are very beautiful large pine trees around. The view is amazing! It's even a little fabulous somewhere.
We had a rest in the middle of July.
We arrived very late, almost at night. The hostess welcomed me cordially. By the way, she prepared very tasty pancakes for us before our arrival!
Also, the owner of the estate cordially offered a motorboat ride along the Neman! The views are amazing! The beauty of the wild nature is incomparable!
It seems to me that the owners of the estate are very fond of their native and beautiful places.
I highly recommend this place to those who want to get away from the hustle and bustle and reboot!
Personally, I will definitely go there again!

As always at a height, we rested here for the 3rd time - for my wife and me, this is a real "place of power", which is provided primarily by the owners of the estate, and only then by the surrounding grace of nature. Everything is at the highest level, everything is clean, everything works as it should. The bathhouse is just a delight. God, and what silence there is (and no bridge repairs interfere if you have peace of mind), and what a starry sky, and what nature is around!!!
We will definitely return to this amazing manor!!!

It's just a great place! We have rested there with the company 4 times already, we have not found a better one yet. Very responsive and friendly hosts, beautiful nature, comfortable and beautiful houses. You can take kayaks, swim along the Neman. I highly recommend it!

We had a great rest, the place is wonderful!!! Nature, atmosphere, conditions. Everything is very good. Thanks to Oksana and Valera! There were 10 days in July 24, I didn't want to leave. We received a charge of positive emotions, improved our health, barefoot on the wonderful grass from home to the shore!!! The water is warm, we swam in the Neman every day. Everything is GREAT!!!

Very cozy, colorful atmosphere of the house and terrace! There is a large area where you can walk. Everything is clean and comfortable both inside and outside the house! For an additional fee, you can steam in the sauna, which also left a positive impression!

Beautiful apartment. There is no need to go. Otherwise there will be too many people. When we need to settle down ourselves... There won't be any seats. It's better to live in other places. we went to nature in peace and grace, and listened to the noise of construction work, we had enough for two days. Instead of apologizing for not being warned, we were also called arrogant, as we asked for a discount for the construction noise, which lasted from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. As the owners put it, they are used to, but this is how to treat vacationers who pay money and not a small 160 rubles per day. They gave us a discount of 40p in total and then with a fight. The owners are only rowing money, they don't care about customers and their comfort, if you want to stay, you want to go back kilometers if the construction noise doesn't suit. The owner generally said that he would not give us anything for the price, the hostess conceded. The place is great if you do not take into account the repair of the bridge nearby, the service and, most importantly, the spitting attitude towards the client. Good luck to everyone! Moreover, there is no Internet at all from the word and almost no communication, this is information for business people who need communication any day. Cons: the washbasin leaked, the shower water did not drain, the tables were sticky, the lighting was dim, there were no dishes or tiles in the summer kitchen, cook as you want, the owners are absolutely not interested in customers. And of course the noise of the construction site. Positive: It's a beautiful place.

A gorgeous place, very beautiful. We booked a house for one night, at this time we stayed for two. The house has everything you need, a comfortable bed, a shower and toilet from each house, a microwave. The most interesting thing is in the interior, in the details, it is not ordinary and there are a lot of small details. There is a table and chairs near the house and you can admire the orders. There is a river nearby, in summer you can swim there. The owner is a very nice person.

This is the best place!!!! We travel here regularly as a family and we will continue to do so! There is a large house - suitable for a company of 8 people or even more. 1 Guslar house (our favorite) - good for a family of 4 people. And the most unusual house is a dugout for two. Everything is done with a soul, very cozy and beautiful. Each house has a fireplace, kitchen and bathrooms. You can order food from the hosts, I especially recommend cheesecakes for breakfast!!!

A wonderful, great place. We have been traveling here for 5 years. It's beautiful, on the riverbank. There are bicycles, kayaks for rent. The hostess feeds you a great breakfast. You can write a lot of things, but it's better to come and see everything.

We are very glad that we found this place to stay overnight.
On the territory there is a 2-storey house and a separate guest house and ........ a real dugout in which we spent the night. How beautifully the owner did EVERYTHING with his own hands. BEAUTY.!!!
