A wonderful sanatorium.
We had a rest with the child - we liked everything)
The staff is wonderful, always with a smile.
8 procedures according to the voucher. If there is not enough, you can buy it at will.
The spa is good, the staff is wonderful!
Massage is a fairy tale!
Entertainment events and clubs are organized for children. Very good caregivers.
The staff in the dining room are very friendly. There was enough food for an adult menu of choice. For a child, it is what is included in the children's menu.
The on-site buffet is a small choice due to the fact that many things are prohibited on the territory of the children's sanatorium. But it's not a grocery store either)
The maids clean the room every day, very comfortable rooms.
The bus driver is wonderful.
He suggested everything- he told me when it was time to go see Vileika.
The territory is cleaned constantly, so cleanliness and order!
The only disadvantage is that the swimming pool has not been put into operation.
I really miss him.
The child is already planning when we will go to Nadezhda again)

I rested with my daughter on a family vacation package from June 22 to July 2. Guest house number 2. The room was excellent, the room had a TV, hairdryer, refrigerator, good cleaning, the maids did well. Very green area, lots of all kinds of playgrounds. We were lucky with the weather, we went to the reservoir almost every day, it is 1 km 800 meters away. But the road goes through a pine forest, along the way they still managed to eat blueberries. The food is dietary. The child said it was like in kindergarten. Special thanks to Natalia, the canteen employee, for her benevolence and attentiveness. There are few procedures, but they were a nice bonus. Additionally, I took a magnet on my knee and a bath. The prices are very pleasant for the procedures. Thanks again, we will definitely be back.

I don't know why there are so many good reviews, probably because a family vacation is different from a group vacation for schoolchildren. The food is disgusting and tasteless. The children were always hungry (they were stretched on doshiks, breadcrumbs and sausage). When the meat was given, it was tender, with streaks. The child lost 3 kg during the sanatorium, although his lifestyle was sedentary. Procedures are prescribed mainly: phyto-tea, oxygen cocktail and walking. Physical therapy and massage (free) are very difficult to get. Although there is not much benefit from physical therapy. The children were doing some kind of warm-up on their own (the instructor was just sitting). Children were not allowed on the simulators (why bother with unnecessary problems). During the winter period, there were no special opportunities to evaluate the advantages of the territory. Furniture causes a separate indignation! It's falling apart. Bunk beds are particularly dangerous. The bottom of the 2nd tier periodically collapses (I personally know several cases). This time, there was even an injury (the child arrived in a cast after recovery). INSURE YOUR CHILDREN! After that, the staff persistently tries to blame the children for this. Among the advantages are entertainment events and a school.

We had a rest in December 2023. I liked everything:and the medical base, and the accommodation is comfortable, and the food is excellent. Natalia is a very friendly and attentive waitress, we called her the "sunshine" of the dining room. Thanks to the maid Larisa, she always responded to any requests. The area is very beautiful. We got to the New Year holidays, everything was decorated:and the buildings, and the trees, and the bushes, it was very festive and beautiful. It is a pleasure to walk around the territory in the evening. Our teacher, Lastochkina Lyudmila Ivanovna, did not let us get bored and always arranged interesting classes and events for us. Special thanks to our doctor, Olga Nikolaevna Sokolova. She is always attentive and very competent. The administrator Svetlana Vladimirovna is a wonderful person, she will help in everything and always, thank you to Alexandra Yurievna too.Thanks to all the specialists of the medical building. The school is located in a separate building, where a kind of comfort has also been created. All teachers are literate, and most importantly humane. An excellent children's sanatorium.Comfortable rooms for parents with children in guest houses.The room has everything you need.Clean, warm, cozy, fresh air around the clock. The rooms are adapted for wheelchair users.The children live in separate buildings.Good food for those who do not have enough, there is a cafe that sells a lot of sweets,ice cream,juices,pastries,pizza, etc.The children really like everything.Everything is only fresh.The sanatorium is for children! Diverse.For children, various swings,slides,hammocks,trampolines,stadium,gym,discos,events.For adults with children : cycling, games room, clubs. In parallel with the rest, treatment is underway.Good medical base: thermal, electric , speleo, water treatments.There is no pool! There is not enough entertainment for parents with children. Everything else is great!

A very beautiful place, excellent playgrounds for children, polite and pleasant staff. A great place to relax and improve your health. Of the minuses, this is the work of TV, a maximum of 15 channels, 5 German, 5 children's and the rest of the slag, were often cut down. There is free WiFi, but in places it is weak. The food is delicious and varied, but the portions for children and adults are the same and everything is very nutritionally not salty. Just as the water sports complex will not be put into operation. The sauna is great. There are barbecues, bike trails, and skis. I recommend. Minor shortcomings exist in the organization of recreation according to the mother and child program, the main focus is on improving the health of groups of schoolchildren, others on a residual basis. But I really liked it. And in the summer, it will be a fairy tale in general.

This year, by a happy coincidence, our friendly choreographic team from the center of creativity "Zorka" rested in the sanatorium "Nadezhda" from 10.08-08.27.2023 - a place of amazing beauty!!!
The children returned home under such an impression, a very rich wellness program, everything is organized and thought out to the smallest detail! Cozy rooms, clean, tidy everywhere, excellent varied food, helpful staff, there is a buffet on site where you can always buy a delicious meal to your taste!!! Special thanks to our teachers Olga and Ksyusha, for their precious time that they devoted to each child, for their care, attention, love and kindness to our children!!!
We recommend this little paradise near the Viley reservoir, the children not only rested, improved their health, but also received a lot of positive emotions!!!

In general, the sanatorium is good for children. It is located in a pine forest. Well-maintained large territory, multifunctional play areas, clubs, a good sports area. A swimming pool is being built. Excellent living conditions. The food is without frills, simple, dietary. The medical base is a little unable to cope with the number of vacationers. All the staff is very friendly. It's a long way to go to the Vileysky reservoir. Everywhere there is a barrier-free environment, but it is not easy to get to the sanatorium itself if there is no car, the bus is only official for employees according to the schedule, and a taxi is 25-30 rubles.

The medical base is very weak:applications of dirt (there is nowhere worse), well, since the MFA permit, mom also wants to get at least some treatment for this, I came there, but even for a fee, the problem is to get those meager procedures that are there.The child got sick, the doctor prescribed berodual, and they make a pulmovent, which does not help us, since the child has bronchial asthma, I said, but it turns out they do not have berodual, and if I did not have it, what would they do if he started to suffocate.They forgot to make a procedure for the child, he spent 30 minutes in swimming trunks in the locker room, if not mom, then maybe they didn't remember about him at all.
3. Promised bike rides.During the entire stay, we were 3 times, they don't give us a rental (in short, this is something)
4. A very important SCHOOL is something, children should not get up and leave during lessons, the time of lessons and treatment should be divided in an organized way.Let it be 3 lessons of 30 minutes, but without running around, and not as it was, they got up and left.Especially these are children from schools, they just didn't go there in principle, like they have treatment, and they themselves are sitting in the phones in the medical building.

I really enjoyed relaxing with the class on 30.01.23-02/23.23 in the sunny house, everything was very well done, one of the disadvantages is that the door in our room was skewed and everything we did in the room was visible through the crack and the two-story beds on the second floor on one wing were low and constantly bumped our heads, but this is not critical,that's just cleaning there, of course, not very much,our room was cleaned normally only once these days,the rest of the time we washed the floors and swept ourselves because it was impossible to find it,the children themselves take out the garbage,there is a shoe dryer and a clothes dryer on the floor, a toilet with a bathtub on the floor, a separate milking boys and girls, another of the disadvantages is the sockets under the ceiling,so take an extension cord, the food in the dining room is not bad, but pickles and cutlets for breakfast, sorry, it's somehow not very good, the staff at the hydrotherapy is excellent, everyone is kind, I don't know the rest because the procedures were mostly there, teachers Cool!they explain everything clearly and get along well with children. We rested at the end of July 2022 on a family vacation package together with a child of 3.5 years, 8 days. We were placed at the Vilia recreation center, the scent of pine needles is in the air, it's not hot, you could pick blueberries right on the territory of the base, there is a free trampoline) We went to the procedures, to the dining room and to the playground in Hope. Unfortunately, the children's playground in the sanatorium is not designed for young children, there are many different swings, slides, trampoline, bungee and much more for children aged 7+, the child lacked a banal sandbox. In the dining room, those who were fed in a separate room on family vacation vouchers, the food is delicious, the portions are quite large, from the 3rd day there is a customized menu. The staff is friendly and friendly everywhere, special thanks to the girls from the dining room and the spa. The room at the recreation center was small, but quite cozy, a shower, a toilet in the room, a basin for washing clothes, a small pull-out clothes dryer over a heated towel rail, 3 towels were given for each, a TV, a hairdryer, a wardrobe with hangers, a bedside table, a table in the room. Next to the room there was a meal room, where there was everything you needed - an electric kettle, a cooler with water, a refrigerator, an iron, an ironing board, dishes in the cabinets, a clothes dryer. A lot of children with disabilities, with and without parents (from boarding schools), have a rest in the sanatorium, a barrier-free environment has been thought out for them everywhere. There is a steep rope park on the territory of the recreation center, we have not visited it ourselves, but the place is very popular. If desired, you can go to the beach at the Vileyskoye reservoir, although on foot and with a small child it is very far 1800 km in one direction, there are a lot of algae in the water. Wi-fi pulls badly, there was practically no MTS signal at the recreation center, and A1 communication and Internet were fine, the situation is a little better on the territory of the sanatorium.
Take mosquito repellents with you, they just jam in the evening.
I can't compare it with other sanatoriums, because this is the first one I've been to, but I still recommend visiting.

I was on vacation with my family. The accommodation is comfortable, a TV, a small refrigerator. The cleaning of the rooms is weak, I had to do the cleaning myself. There is a public Wi-Fi that works intermittently. Nutrition standards. There is a menu to choose from. There is a sauna for a fee, bicycles can be rented. A large stadium with a football, basketball and volleyball field. It is almost impossible to knock out procedures for adults, or rather they do not want to prescribe, although my entire vacation is paid.

The teachers are excellent; the teachers at school are kind, responsive, make contact; they feed normally; there are a lot of procedures; I really liked the fact that there are a lot of swings and they are unusual, such as big steps; the rooms are renovated, although the beds are wooden and can easily break; the forest and the atmosphere are generally something with something.
