This place opened under out flat some time ago. We wanted to have breakfast this morning so sat at a table (Family of four (Turkish, British and German) with children aged 7 and three). After being intimidated by a worker of theirs we complained about the situation. In the aftermath we have been threatened with physical violance and told that we were not "classy enough" to have breakfast at their place. We had to leave after my wife was concerned about safety of out children. As a resident of Moda and a Turkish born British, I must say this is an extraordinary event and in stark contrast with the usual high standards of hospitality in this neighbourhood. We are surprised to see the confidence displayed by the cafee management in physically threatening a family accompanied by small children and an elderly lady. I hope the recipients of this review will act accordingly to keep the safety high standards of our beloved Moda.

We came with a friend for a Turkish breakfast. April 2025 the cost was 500 Lire per person without meat dishes, 650 Lire with meat dishes, 450 Lire in the vegetarian version. Everything seems to be great, but if there are only two of you, you will most likely be placed on the street, by nine it is not much different from any cafe. For example, we were sitting near the outlined garage. It's probably better to overpay another 500 Lire and go to the seven Hills restaurant in the Sultanahmet area, but there you will see the Bosphorus and the central square and you can feed the seagulls) we were there last year with my husband – we didn't regret it. This year, my friend and I decided to save some money and went for a cheaper option without a view.
