I like the location, there are a lot of things nearby. To the sea at a leisurely pace of 30 minutes in a straight line. The park is a 5-minute walk away. There is a pharmacy with a Russian-speaking pharmacist at the exit from the Cite.
The cite is well cleaned, the territory is well maintained, there are two playgrounds for children. Decent neighbors.
But there is a big problem with parking spaces: the complex is in demand, many apartments live permanently.
