I do not advise anyone to relax in this sanatorium. The treatment is at the worst level. There are not enough staff. That's what happened to me when I got up from the bath after the procedure. There was no anti-slip mat in the bathroom. There was no staff to help me get up. That's what happened...

I can't tell you how to go to the sanatorium in general, I only signed up for an MRI scan there.
I liked the attitude in the MRI room itself, before the procedure everything was explained clearly and politely. At the end of the procedure and after payment, a disk and a written conclusion were issued. The cost of the procedure was quite satisfactory.

I liked the sanatorium very much. Small, cozy, with friendly staff. The check-in was quick, although there was a problem. There was no information on the website that only non-working pensioners do not pay the resort fee. The standard room is small, everything you need is there: a refrigerator, a TV, a mirror with a dressing table, a wardrobe. Very good Wi-Fi. I took the hair dryer from home, it was not in the room. Towels were changed, the room was cleaned every day. I was pleased with the dining room: the food was very tasty and varied. Every day fruits, kefir, sweets. The menu has not been repeated once in 10 days! The medical base is very decent, but we had a minimum on wellness vouchers. I paid for a massage. I was very pleased with Natasha's work. Basically, we were going to relax and see something new for ourselves. The nature around is very beautiful, pine forest, it breathes well. The city itself is small, the main street stretches for several kilometers. There are many shops along it, which is very convenient.

The staff is polite and knows their business. The rooms are clean, everything is fresh, only the renovation would be updated. The kitchen failed on the 1st day : they brought raw chicken. I took off the star for the kitchen. So far there has been an isolated incident, I hope that the chefs will improve. And so everything is on the level.

We had a rest in August 2021. If the theater starts with a hanger, then the sanatorium starts with the administrator. And when you are warmly welcomed, you want to relax in this place. Many thanks to the administrators, medical staff and maintenance staff. Everything is at the highest level. And the cook can safely give a Michelin Star to everyone, thank you so much for a great vacation.

The sanatorium itself is good, a lot of procedures, very well fed, good staff, but the rooms are already in a deplorable state, every year it gets worse and worse, the furniture is finished off, it blows from the windows, it is clear that nothing is being done to improve the entertainment, only one tennis table, killed over the years. Apparently, the administration does not care about this.

The food is too big, and it all depends on what kind of cook it is today, everyone takes the food to the room, puts it in a container because they can't eat everything!!!good service for 5,building,room, but no pool! little.there is little time to visit, employees still go there, 10 people are crammed into a small pool, vacationers pay money for the pool and employees with husbands and children also come, what should they pay for?The elevators are old, rattling, shaking!

We have been vacationing for several years in the Naftan sanatorium, but now we will look for another one. The head doctor changed and it got worse. Everything is aimed at servicing employees of Naphthan and Polymer plants. So I do not recommend this sanatorium for rest and treatment for my own money.
