I liked the room visually, except for the bathroom. There was a weak water pressure and even a little rust at the very beginning. The feeling that the water has not been turned on for a long time is probably an accident. I am thermophilic, and for me personally, the air temperature in the room was cool. Otherwise, there are no arguments. The girls at the reception are very nice and helped me - they provided me with a personal mobile phone, although they are not required to do so. I can't say anything about food - I didn't go to breakfast. Parking is paid, but very cheap, it seems, about 100 rubles per day (Russian rubles)
This is my second visit to this hotel. The first one was in the 90s.
I must say right away that everything has become much worse. No one is watching the development and renovation of the hotel at all!
I took 2 nights in this hotel on October 23rd. I spent the night with only one of them.
The hotel is from the 90s and during this time everything has only worsened due to the lack of modernization of the hotel.
I arrived at the hotel at about 22-30 and immediately, what caught my eye, there is no reception in the lobby, as before. He was moved to an inconspicuous room, which still needs to be found because there are no signs. Parking the car is still a quest, because the entire parking lot is rented to local residents. Of course, there is no security in the parking lot. I had to look for a guard for a while to figure out where to put the car. Since I arrived late and was on the road all day, I naturally wanted to have a snack and counted on the bar or restaurant that were in this hotel. I was told that neither the bar nor the restaurant are open!!! The bar is open until 18-00 and THAT'S IT! The only thing we could offer was waffle chocolate bars! Moreover!, as it turned out, if you are late for breakfast (like me), then they will not sell you coffee or (respectively) even for money! you will not be offered anything to eat!!! I had to take 2 waffle bars again and go to the city to look for where I would still be able to eat food after a day, not bars!
Upon entering the room, you will be greeted by a slightly shabby door with an ancient lock from the interior door, which must be opened with care so that it does not fall apart. In the room you will also be greeted by furniture from the 90s. But these are small things! You can live if it weren't for one thing!..
There is NO HEATING IN the rooms!!! No, the pipes and radiators themselves are there, but they are colder than the air in the room! Accordingly, the floors are generally icy!!! If you want to take a shower or just wash your face, you will have to open the faucet and drain the water for about 10 minutes so that hot water goes instead of cold. I went down to the reception and asked to turn on the heating, to which I received the answer that it was not and would not be. A kind aunt advised me to turn on the air conditioner for warmth and keep warm from it!!! Okay, I went to turn it on, but it barely blows and does not fulfill its function... I opened it, it turned out that the filter is clogged with age-old dust and therefore the air conditioner does not blow!!! and belches out the exhaust of dust that the guests breathe!!!
The next day I found another decent hotel and left this institution. The money was not returned to me for the services I did not receive and for not living for 2 nights, of course...
A good Hotel for this city, better than Belarus) a single room of the 1st category and then a bed and a half ) the room is spacious with repairs, the bathroom is also spacious) the breakfasts are delicious, nutritious and a choice of two menus!
The rooms are Soviet, the well-established smell of old furniture, the carpet is stained, the bed creaks, there is no drinking water in the room, the general impression of poor-quality cleaning did not leave me all night in the room. Breakfast...I didn't appreciate it, because there was a cockroach in the plate with scrambled eggs. I stayed hungry. The staff is very friendly, polite, will answer any question.
The rooms are clean. The furniture is tired, but it is maintained in working order. The plumbing is old, but of high quality, it works properly. Excellent water pressure. Parking at the hotel is under the camera, everything is fine. The breakfasts are great, but coffee could be richer)) in general, it's very cool for your money, we'll come again.
The reception is friendly, the rooms are clean. The rooms are spacious and there is a TV with almost 200 channels. Breakfast is included in the price, usually two menu options. The car will be looked after at the paid parking. Perhaps this is the best hotel in Novopolotsk. There is a "celebrity board" in the huge hall. In general, well done!
A good hotel. It's warm and clean. There is a restaurant. The breakfast is delicious, included in the room rate. Parking is 3 rubles a day. The staff is friendly.
Everything is simple in the Soviet way, clean, the staff is friendly.parking is paid, prices are very reasonable, delicious breakfast .The locks on the entrance doors need to be changed and there are more conveniently located sockets.
We were very warmly welcomed, despite the fact that we checked in at one o'clock in the morning, we were fed 😍 The hotel is warm, there is something to compare it with ✊ We felt like in a country house 👍 The view from some rooms on the river is just decent, in summer most likely the head will fall off. In winter, an ice drift was observed.
It's not a bad hotel, but the rooms already require cosmetic repairs. A nice bonus in the form of included breakfasts and a park area on the territory!
An economy class hotel, with the disadvantages of an old renovation. There is a restaurant, breakfast is included. The rooms are clean, the service is good, the staff is responsive to requests and wishes.

the hotel is good, there are several breakfasts to choose from (it is better not to take scrambled eggs) billiards, although there is only one kettle per floor
The most luxurious hotel
Top for your money, even better
I will definitely come again
The staff is friendly and very sincere
The rooms are huge
The breakfasts are delicious
10/10
We stayed at Naftan for one night, passing through. Friendly staff. The rooms are large. The kitchen is on top. The disadvantage of the hotel was that the elevator was not working. It is difficult for people with disabilities to climb and descend stairs.
A good hotel, neat rooms, for a strong four.
The only thing was that it was cool in the room, although the batteries were hot (the muzzle came from under the window frame).
And I would also like a more substantial breakfast included in the price, a kettle in the room, or a cooler on the floor.
In windy weather, the wind howls in many rooms, it was a little chilly at -20.
There was no toilet paper at check-in, and it did not appear during cleaning.
Breakfast is so-so.
It is unclear what to pay for in the parking lot, no security, not even a barrier..
Not an expensive, not a bad hotel for 2,800 rubles of the Russian Federation or 100 rubles of the Republic of Belarus, I got a spacious room with everything I needed. There is Parking for cars for 3 RB rubles per day.
It's cold in the hotel, it's not heated...
For breakfast you have to go through the first floor to another wing, the elevator on the other side of the restaurant does not work...
In general, first I fell down the stairs, broke my head, and then I caught a cold and got very sick...
There were 5 nights on New Year's Eve ...
Otherwise for a C grade...
A hotel with a large number of rooms. We stop on the way to the sanatorium in Belarus and back. The rooms are different. It is quite convenient to stay overnight. There haven't been many guests in the last three years. There is a restaurant. We went there for breakfast, quite well. The staff is friendly. The room is clean, the bed linen is good. In general, it is suitable for an overnight stop.
Do not come when the heating is turned off and the building is getting cold, or in the area the hot water is turned off in the summer. Management does not understand that absent customers could have paid for the boiler in the basement a long time ago. They probably work just by holding their positions. Doors with broken locks are not noticed..
Otherwise, it's good, the restaurant is inside and there are a lot of empty spaces
For Belarus, this is a top five, if of course you take a suite. The prices are reasonable, of course there are disadvantages in terms of the lack of a phone with reception, but in general it is not bad.
A very good hotel, restaurant, located in the center) or in the middle of the city, near any shops, bus stop, Parking for cars. Large surrounding area.
The rooms are large, modern, without frills, but everything is there. It's very cold in the bathroom. The breakfasts are so-so. And I didn't like the food in the restaurant at all. It's better to get to the Narodny.
Not a bad hotel 3. Such a room for 49 rubles.
A kettle is provided free of charge at the reception desk.
The parking lot is very close.
There is a shopping center nearby.
