I was in the salon for the first time, manicure + monochrome coating service, master Diana;
Positive:
- Elena is a very friendly and courteous receptionist
- Convenient location
- I managed to sign up day in and day out
- The manicure was done in 1 hour and 37 minutes
- The manicure is well done (attached photo)
Minuses:
Master Diana is completely unfriendly and does not know how to express her thoughts politely.:
- I did not introduce myself and did not find out my name.;
- I came with a coating that I made myself, it's not good and the shape of the nails also leaves much to be desired, so I turned to the salon, and when I started talking about my wishes, Master Diana rudely replied that it was impossible, she did not build up the corners of the nails and was silent.… I say positively, okay, what can you offer me? The master, again with a poker face, said "we need to cut everything off at the root," to my objection that I did not want to go down to the root, I wanted to keep at least the minimum length, the master abruptly began to answer that it was the only way and in no other way. I do not deny that my wishes were unrealistic, but this can be explained politely and in a gentle way. I had thoughts of leaving at that moment, but since I needed a manicure urgently, I decided to stay.
- Then there was silence and abruptly, Master Diana disdainfully asked, "how do you get your nails done?", perhaps Master Diana always communicates with everyone like that, but it sounded very arrogant. I started answering how I was doing, but Master Diana was silent))))) The purpose of the question is still unclear to me.
- After some time, Master Diana again disdainfully asked, "What's wrong with the cuticle on two fingers?", I answer, "I don't know," and Master Diana says, "it's wrapped inside." Silence. I think, well, OK, and what does that mean? What is the meaning of this information? I ask the master myself. That is, as a client, I had to extract information from the master and figure out why she was asking this, and even in this form?
- In the final, master Diana silently dripped oil on the cuticles of her fingers, put a wet cloth in my hand, said "that's it," got up and started packing. I was sitting at a loss, what should I do now? In all the salons I visited earlier, the craftsmen rubbed the oil on their own. Okay, maybe that's not the way it's done here, but to say, "please rub the oil and here's a napkin for you to wipe your hands after," that wasn't the case. I had to think of everything myself.
- When the manicure was ready, did Diana ask me if I liked it, if everything was in order? She just got up from the table and left.
Due to the unfriendly attitude of Master Diana, there is no desire to return to the NailRoom salon, for 70p I would like to receive a kind attitude, not neglect and a look down.
There are no questions for the administrator Elena, she is a very nice girl!
Always a beautiful manicure. I have been wearing it for 4 weeks without a single detachment. I trust the hands of only the masters of this studio! Thanks, girls!
I've been going to this salon since March of this year. I really like the sincere approach and care
The work is always of high quality, you can always ask to buy new colors or materials, try new techniques. I also really appreciate that they work with my long nails, not all studios are able to do this and take on such work. I recommend it!
