I want to share my impressions of the salon.
From the very beginning, I was pleased with the friendly staff — they greeted me with a smile and offered me tea or coffee. The atmosphere in the salon is very cozy, which makes the process even more relaxing.
I chose a range of services, and the craftsmen showed high professionalism. They listened carefully to my wishes and offered advice that really helped me choose the best option. The result exceeded all my expectations!
It's nice that the whole process was clean and tidy, and only proven and high-quality materials were used.
The prices were also pleasantly surprised — they are quite reasonable for such a quality of services. I will definitely come back here again and recommend this salon to everyone!

I still want to leave my impressions of the last visit to the Nailberry studio. Because everything went wrong, not at all the way it used to.
My entry was the last one. They called and asked me to come an hour and a half earlier, I went to meet them, I came. I did not have a coating removal service, because I expected that the salon would remove my work, which was cracked after 2 weeks, for free. Moreover, the master is the same one who performed the previous pedicure. She was unhappy with my claim. Then she sat the whole procedure with the same dissatisfied face, she was in a hurry to finish it faster, it felt like I was delaying her. The treatment was done hastily, but somehow it hurt in places. In general, the whole pedicure procedure with removal took half an hour and as soon as I left, the master and the administrator went home, it was Sunday evening after all....It's a pity that the studio has deteriorated so much, I'm unlikely to go back there again. I will try to get good service and quality elsewhere. I think it's even cheaper

Or a meeting with the administrator. Or an offer of water, rather than the phrase "you and yours, I probably won't offer you anything." In other studios, they bring candy to their coffee) in thekitchen, for less money, they massage up to the elbow) a pedicure for 40 minutes is generally a bomb, because the device can be processed very quickly without much attention to detail. My favorite nail salon. I have been coming here for several years, during this time I have tried several salons and craftsmen. And my favorite craftsman in this salon is Katya Gvozd. She does the perfect manicure and pedicure, after which the cuticle looks great for 4 weeks, and not like a terry towel.
