I've been going to the salon for two years. We are always customer-oriented. I do manicures and pedicures (gel polish). During the visit to the salon, favorite masters appeared. I go to see Tatiana. It always works very quickly and efficiently. It was also pleasant and useful to get advice from her as a professional podiatrist. Now I choose a shoe model and size based on Tatiana's recommendations. Always a pleasant atmosphere, almost homely) there is a drink menu, books, very comfortable upholstered pedicure chairs (like business class on an airplane :), pleasant music and smiles of the staff. I am very glad that I discovered this salon for myself - there are always places (a lot of free time to choose an entry). It feels like you are coming for a service and everyone sincerely wants the quality of the service to be at its best. Master Tatiana (I do both manicure and pedicure) is an excellent conversationalist and a professional in his field!
Before that, I went to another salon for a long time - and the main reason for leaving was the lack of service (the recording is difficult to transfer and the master did it reluctantly, as if she was doing me a favor and refused the service). Everything is here for the client. I sincerely recommend it!

The salon is neat, the receptionist girl with long curly hair (did not ask her name)Wonderful, BUT!!!We're going to the salon to get a service.So I categorically DO NOT RECOMMEND the pedicure master TATIANA to everyone!!!The processing of the fingers was done too quickly, the master was in a hurry, she was in a hurry, she, in principle, did not care about the result of her work, when asked to polish the skin around the nail, she received surprise from the master, i.e. shaggy skin around it is normal for her.Everything was done as a result of uncoupling- I do not understand managers who take such armless and indifferent "specialists" to their jobs....And it is very interesting who writes positive reviews to such employees, only if they themselves or on request.And the cherry on the cake- the master does not know how to paint his nails with varnish!!!from the word Completely😳at first she ruined my nail polish, smeared it on my nails and around, and in the end she says that she does NOT know how to paint - and this is in a salon where trained people should work!, and my varnish is bad (Italian)I've been painting with it for many years and no master has complained, especially since it's always fresh with me, and my nails are not like that, so it won't go away.
