Administrators do not know how to work with clients. To the question "is your build-up included in the price?" They replied that they were coming in. However, a lady came out on the spot and said with a pretension in her voice that actually this master does not do this. How this could be understood by the WhatsApp avatar for a client who goes there for the first time is a big question.
The work is done poorly - the base peeled off on the third day. The "repaired" nail lived exactly to the house and broke down safely at the same moment.
The administration does not warn you if the master is not ready to start working with you at the appointed time. As a result, I had to wait almost half an hour after the appointed time for the master to start work. But they shout to the client in all social networks about the inadmissibility of tardiness.
The equipment of the "studio" is morally outdated, you have to hold your hand almost in the air, the lamp should stand only where it is convenient for the master, it is stuffy in the hall, it is simply impossible to sit on chairs.
The masters do not ask permission at all before applying any creams or masks to their hands - they had to pull out their hand almost by force, since there was a recent cut on the palm, and they did not want to get a cream with an unknown composition on it at all. After the session, you will be cornered under a lamp and they will start taking pictures of you (only your hands, but nevertheless). Taken aback by the audacity, I did not have time to object to this behavior by saying that the master had already taken half an hour of my time, firstly, and secondly, I absolutely did not want my hands to be photographed.
In general, the quality of the work does not match the price they are asking for.

Хороший салон, чистый уютный. Мастер сделал маникюр немного долго по времени, но очень тщательно. Время согласовали сверхурочное:)) салон уже закончил работу. Большой выбор гель лаков, просто огромный. Педикюр не сделала, так как нет мастеров.
Конечно, рекомендую. Работа администратора отличная, но могли бы предложить педикюр на другой день, больше клиентоориентированности не помешает салону. Скидок и программы лояльности не предложили
