Cool studio, master Olesya is very friendly , the most wonderful manicure master! Does everything as accurately and efficiently as possible. She greeted me hospitably. I also want to note that the master does not bother with annoying conversations and adapts well to the client. All her equipment is sterile and her workplace is very tidy. The manicure is worn wonderfully, nothing cracks or falls off. I recommend this master to everyone!

I recently visited and I have only positive impressions!
Firstly, the atmosphere in the salon is very cozy and relaxing.
As for the manicure, Master Eva turned out to be a real professional! She found an individual approach, took into account all my wishes and offered some interesting ideas. I did the job quickly, but very efficiently. The nails looked just gorgeous!
I was also pleasantly surprised by the variety of materials and varnishes. All instruments are sterile, which indicates a high level of hygiene and customer care.

I didn't want to write a bad review and spoil the statistics, because everyone makes mistakes. But this is not a mistake, but a blatant disrespect for customers.
I always go for a manicure + pedicure in 4 hands, not perfect, but just an ordinary average job. There are a couple of craftsmen who do well, but generally average. There were more problems with the pedicure (although, it would seem) - the coating often departed, the varnish was applied unevenly "because well, this is such a varnish." Then the question is, why do you use it? Oh well.
What made me write a review was the ingrown toenail situation.
The nail grew through the fault of the master - the master cut the corners of the nails badly. She left sharp nail spikes on both fingers, one of which was logically embedded in the skin. This is a terrible feeling and terrible pain + discomfort when walking + the inability to wear certain shoes before solving the problem.
I called, described the situation, and in response they almost started accusing me, speaking to me in a condescending tone. Next, they asked me to write to them to "check the chat". Okay, I wrote it.
As a result, I was offered a completely weightless discount and an additional procedure that I do not need. I don't think it's commensurate with the damage that's been done. I didn't need any money or this procedure, and I asked to be re-recorded in the near future to remove the coating and assess the condition of the nail (I would go to their podologist, but alas, they are not in the studio). Additionally, of course, I asked to get a manicure right away, if possible, so as not to waste extra time, which I don't have so much, on unnecessary trips to them. I was told, "we only have a record for 3 weeks." That is, they could not eliminate their own mistake or offer me any solution.
And the most interesting thing is that when I finally canceled the recording and said that I would not come to them again after this situation, I was blocked on Instagram. This is just ridiculous. The studio does not accept its mistakes at all and does not work with objections. As soon as I received a negative review, the tone of the people who communicated with me immediately changed, both on the phone and in correspondence.
Of course, I understand that this is a very ordinary salon, but guys, your communication with customers is just terrible.

In principle, they are doing well, but the organization of the administrators is simply at zero. they cancel your recordings for any reason and even for no reason. There were several times when they said "they couldn't get through," but there wasn't a single call that wasn't accepted. in addition, it has also happened that your record simply disappears, but another person is already in your place, and you are offered a window in 1-2 weeks "out of politeness." when trying to figure things out and demand proper treatment, they simply block and delete the chat.

I did a Japanese manicure there. I liked the very good service, attentive service. However, it's very stuffy in the basement where nails are made. Humidifiers are turned on, which makes the air worse. And while the nails were being done, I had to get up and wash my hands in the sink next to it. It's not very convenient to get up like this, it would be great to clean your hands on the spot)

I don't recommend it to anyone! My wife signed up for the campaign, and as a result – ruined weekends and nerves. In the morning, at 8 a.m., a call rang – the recording was canceled without even offering to reschedule! They said that you need to take your phone at the time. The service is at zero!
The craftsmen are clearly not professionals, it feels like they are self–taught. Sanitary standards are generally something from a parallel universe, dirt is everywhere. And the materials they work with seem to be expired.
Don't waste your time and money on this salon! Take care of your nerves and health!

but the service is pumping up, 1 palette for two floors, you have to wait a very long time, why can't you make at least 1 palette per floor - it's unclear
I also faced an unpleasant situation, I had always done gel polish on my hands and feet in 4 hands before, this time I decided to make a regular varnish on my feet, as a result, not that it turned out to be cheaper, it turned out to be more expensive by 30 thousand and the administrator explained this by the fact that they have a regular varnish is somehow considered separately if I knew, I would also have done gel polish and paid less, no apologies or polite explanation of the situation, and they also asked "do you lack money or something"
It's not a question of money, but of relationships and customer orientation, it's unpleasant
