I would like to thank all the staff of the Nairi medical center, especially my attending physician Zakaryan Samvel Chubarovich, who is a doctor with a capital letter. Just a big bow to this man who performed a gastric resection on me. Thank you.
Extremely negative experience of going to the neurologist Mary Yagubyan, as well as massage. I suffered from chest pain with a deep breath, made an appointment. The doctor sent me for an X-ray, and then said that it was my scoliosis and sedentary work, and tense muscles caused pain. She sent me for massage and kinesiotherapy at the same clinic. And she also told me to buy an orthopedic pillow, which I did.
Each appointment with the masseur lasted 10-15 minutes, then 5-10 minutes of kinesiotherapy, and now I'm already outside the office door. To my sensible questions, why the massage is so short, masseur Maher threw up his hands and said that I was prescribed a massage of only two zones, as well as that the secret is not in the duration, but in the quality. There was no improvement.
At the second appointment with the neurologist, I reported that there was no dynamics and the massage did not help me. At first, she reproached me for not doing kinesiotherapy, and then she said "What am I going to give you a new back?"
To my questions, what else can I do, she answered irritably, "Do you want to say that I'm not treating you well?"
After that, I did not appear at her again and went to a neurologist at another clinic, who immediately determined that I had intercostal neuralgia and prescribed medications that helped the next day.
I don't recommend it
We came to get vaccinated.
We signed up in advance for a certain time.
We were sent to a live queue, there are people there, all sick, someone with a lung X-ray. Wild coughs, snot to the floor, feverish children.
I brought a healthy baby for vaccination. There is a huge chance that we will grab everything. Nothing is ventilated, it is stuffy and there is no separate office for healthy vaccinated children.
And why record for a while if they are sent to one office in a common queue🤯
I'm terrified.
After 20 minutes of waiting in a crowd of sick people, I decided that I would not wait any longer and left the clinic.
Upd after 3 days: got sick
I really love this medical center, I make an appointment in advance through the call center. I've never sat and waited in line, the waiting time is 15 minutes maximum. I am very pleased with the medical staff
They vaccinated children against chickenpox here and went to an excellent surgeon (they gave an injection into grandpa's knee)- the clinic is frankly not cheap, but the specialists are good and the atmosphere is pleasant. Children were vaccinated on insurance, pediatricians are very attentive, vaccines are imported
Signed up for 11:30, accepted at 12:00. They sent me for an ultrasound, and then I had to go back to the doctor. I stood in line for an hour and a half. People who came later let me go ahead. After that, the doctor left. The assistant said that it was necessary to wait another 15 minutes, because the doctor was called somewhere. It's been three hours since I've been waiting for a doctor.
I came at 11:20, now 14:20. More than three hours for consultation with one specialist. If you're not in a hurry and you have money, you can go, but I didn't really like it.
There is a reception desk where everything is always shown, which is a huge plus! (there are clinics where even this is not available, and the prices are the same).
I signed up for a neurologist - Ermina Samvelovna. The reception was on time. Everything is clear and to the point.
Minus: there is confusion with the offices. Doctors have shared offices and work according to schedules. It's not always clear where your doctor will be
Recording by time? Haven't heard.
I signed up for 10.30, waited an hour, had to leave because I didn't have time to hang out there all day.
The reception is conducted by someone else, some kind of left-wing people are constantly walking. The offices are not closed even during the inspection.
The facade is beautiful, but the inside is a complete mess.
The prices of our services are overstated.
If you are a pensioner with money and a lot of free time, then maybe this clinic is an option. In other cases, look for something where they take it on time and do not charge exorbitantly.
I should have read the reviews before coming here. But I always thought that reviews were written exclusively by those people who, I apologize, "got too much" (purely my subjective opinion), due to the fact that they were not so accepted at the reception. But after reading the reviews, after I got to this medical center, I understand that people were right. I signed up for a therapist, the receptionist did not even tell me the name of the doctor, only that I first need to pay (15 thousand drams!!!!). No-question: said-done. Thank you, there was a nurse on duty near the offices, she took my ticket and told me when to come in. After getting an appointment with a therapist (I had a pinched facial nerve, I Googled it on the Internet), she actually said nothing that she would not do anything without an ultrasound scan. I just took my temperature and examined my throat. Next, she arranged with the ultrasound room for me to be admitted today (thanks for that too). I ran to the registry again, make an appointment for an ultrasound, and again pay (10 thousand drams!!!!) And wait for me to be called. In the ultrasound room, the doctors who took pictures of me immediately said that my nerve was pinched! And the therapist did not understand this from my symptoms! And he says that everything is clean in your picture (it was clear to a hedgehog) and sends me to a neurologist, who also needs to pay 15 thousand drams for an appointment and plus do an MRI of the brain, which costs, for a minute, 80 thousand drams!!!!! Thank you for writing the recipe at least! It was necessary to put ivs on. With this recipe, we went to another medical center, where it was 100 times better! So draw conclusions after that!
As many have written here, everything is bad here with the organization and respect for the time of patients. Recording the appointment time for the OPS is a statement, you will be accepted in the order of the queue, and then if you can figure out who the nurse is here and give her your number. The offices are not closed during the reception, the courtyard is clean, strangers come in while you are telling complaints. Gynecologists are all inattentive, in a hurry to go nowhere, the examination literally takes 5-10 minutes. Sometimes, they took extra expensive tests without even saying what you already find out after the fact when paying at the checkout. One day I came to see Laura, and he was in surgery, sit down, they say, wait an HOUR. I advise the clinic to decide whether it is private or public: make days for people strictly by appointment, and make days on a first-come, first-served basis. Otherwise, neither to yourself nor to people!
I've been here several times, I liked the way Lor Torosyan works, neurologists are not competent (in my opinion), the queue for sonography is from 9 a.m. to 12. Everyone seems to be working, well, how can you drown in queues?!
probably the best clinic in Armenia!
there were no queues, I waited only 10 minutes for the reception, the staff was good, professional.
I am grateful to everyone!
The prices are high!
The neurologist didn't help me in any way, she said to do an MRI of the head and neck, and then I'll tell you everything
What kind of nonsense is this?
The buffet there is not bad, it is even delicious :)
I went to another neurologist and he helped me with the pain in my head.
Disgusting. 11:45. The appointment is at 11:30, there is a girl in the queue with the same record and a queue of patients with an appointment earlier. And the doctor hasn't come yet. The assistant said that he was already coming and would be able to receive me at 11:10 (he would take all the others for 5 minutes). They asked to pay for the service before the reception.
I am not very happy that I made an appointment with a therapist, they signed me up and told me to go to the queue, there were several people there, my turn came, I went to the therapist and she said that my turn was only in 50 minutes, and no one had warned me about this before. That I was registered for a certain time.
Pros: everything is in one place, from analyses and 3D images to complex operations.
Cons: endless queues.
I did septoplasty - to fix the septum, clean the sinus, remove the osteoma - 900,000 drams. 200 of them were covered by insurance.
I have contacted the doctors of this clinic several times. I don't like the attitude. The reception quality does not match the price.
At the last request, the doctor herself wrote her phone number on the prescription for possible questions from my side.
Today she called to clarify the treatment, on half of my questions she interrupted me with a dissatisfied remark, saying that she had a client sitting ...
and did not answer the rest of the questions. She didn't even offer to call me back when she got free.
Neurologist Baghdasaryan K. F.
I also visited Liana's neurologist (I don't remember her last name). She prescribed incorrect treatment and refused to answer additional questions.
An excellent clinic, I would say that this is the best medical center in Armenia. I read reviews here about queues, etc., I didn't see anything like that there. Only positive impressions remained.
Chronic cough and sore throat have been bothering me for a long time. I paid 15,000 AMD for a visit to the otorhinolaryngologist Gor Gnelovich Ananyan. The appointment lasted 3 minutes, 2 of which I described the symptoms. The throat examination lasted no more than 5 seconds. The medicine was already prescribed by a nurse, as the doctor ran away on more important matters. Of the 4 prescribed medications, one turned out to be seawater, the second was an iodine solution, the third was a mixture of vegetable oils, and only the fourth looked more or less like a medicine. After the prescribed course of treatment, neither the cough nor the sore throat naturally went away.
First aid will be provided quickly, the medical center is well equipped, the staff is qualified and friendly.
It so happened that I applied to Nairi na Paronyan twice for first aid, both times I was quickly provided with it.
Thank you very much!
A very unpleasant situation happened today. I hope that the administration will respond to this review and shed light on the situation
- I made an appointment for an examination and ultrasound to a gynecologist
- I arrived in 10 minutes, waited for half an hour
- I went to the doctor, they told me to pay, I went to the cashier
- it was 4 minutes before the cash register closed, but they refused me, they said they were leaving and I had to go to another wing
- I came to the other wing, waited for about 20 minutes for the person to figure out what needs to be done to accept the payment
- I paid for it, returned for an examination and an ultrasound to the doctor
- the doctor was not there. The doctor went home, as the nurse informed me. The nurse took the tests and that's it.
It turns out that I signed up for an ultrasound and an examination, they sent me to pay for an examination and tests without ultrasound (they did not tell me that ultrasound was not included in the amount), but in the end the doctor did not conduct the examination, but went home.
Time and money were spent without result, the experience is extremely negative, I did not expect this in this clinic.
It looks modern, good. Fresh renovation, looks like an expensive good clinic, but there are nuances:
1) doctors without masks, without gloves, can cough in your back during examination. How do they not get sick of xs themselves
2) nobody wears shoe covers, there is no control over this
3) on the ground floor there is a dining room, XS where to wash your hands (and in my opinion no one washes them here)
Doctors leave the impression of being qualified and attentive
Ultrasound is also top
The only thing is that the registry is sometimes stupid and they recorded it once for the wrong day, which they said
I was booked for an ultrasound and an appointment with a doctor, I was late for an ultrasound - they took me without delay, then the doctor took me even before his time, everything was neat and friendly
Ent is terrible. I prescribed kagocel (!!!) and a set of sprays and syrups for the nose and throat to a person with an inflamed ear. At the same time, he did not conduct a normal study and diagnosis.
I had terrible pains, I couldn't react adequately, apparently the doctor decided to take advantage of it.

Nice doctors, a new building, but with records and queues a terrible mess. There are special problems with queues in the ophthalmology department. I was often admitted an hour or more after the appointed time. If you value your time, I advise you to look for another place
Very good laboratory assistants, cool staff for vestibulometry. This is where the miracles end and the fairy tale begins: the tale of tatol indifference. You cannot make an appointment with a specialized doctor through the registry, you need to call his assistant, she tells you the dates when you can make an appointment and you need to call them to make an appointment. When hello to you, you pay separately for an appointment with doctors and separately for the appointment of treatment. My doctor was late for the appointed time, and when he entered, he put it out and went to the laboratory. I had to wait some more. Total indifference compared to the Vardanan. The story is not kept or the doctor does not watch it. Every time we met, he retold the previous episodes. I'm not going there anymore.
We visited a gynecologist, an optometrist and a gastroenterologist. The doctors are polite, the equipment is modern.
but
Despite the fact that the recording is kept on time, in fact it was possible to get into the office 30-40 minutes later, since there is a live queue. And this organizational carelessness spoils the whole impression.
The gastroenterologist also told her husband with stomach pains that he had an "Armenian disease", and further research in Moscow revealed that he had gastritis.
It's a disgusting clinic. Organizing everything is some kind of trash! Do not go to the ophthalmology center here, and do not bring children here if you value your nerves and time. All over the world, to get a prescription for glasses, you need to come to a doctor and one doctor will look at your fundus, measure the distance between your eyes, and select diopters. Here you will first have to take measurements from one nurse. Then fill out forms in other offices, drip into the eyes in the third, and go to a real doctor in the fourth.. the queues are terrible, everyone is fighting. I have been to this clinic 3 times, I will never go again. Oh, yes, there is only one pediatrician for the entire clinic, they are in a real madhouse. You will never be accepted by time, a regular appointment with a pediatrician will take an hour (you will have to sit in line all this time), and it will take an hour and a half to write out a prescription for glasses (their eyes were checked in advance a couple of weeks earlier and you just had to write out a prescription). Another point - if you were with one optometrist and God forbid then got to another - that other one will tell you who knows what tests my colleague took, this is not enough for me, I will not give you a prescription, everything needs to be buried again. This is such a "wonderful" clinic. I also liked that after an hour of sitting there and the doctor's refusal to give us a prescription, she said: No one told me you were coming at all :D lol just! And yes, we checked in at the reception. This is such a mess. If you don't respect yourself, then you are definitely here.
I visited Lor Levon Rafaelovich Torosyan. He examined, explained everything, prescribed treatment — a professional, attentive doctor. The clinic is clean and modern. One of the disadvantages is the long wait. I signed up for 16.15, the doctor took me at 17.00, as they wrote here earlier, someone constantly comes in with nurses without waiting in line.
I have been to this clinic with several doctors. In general, I was satisfied with the services, with the exception of one VERY UNPLEASANT case.
I really do not recommend contacting a plastic surgeon. After the operation, I had complications (in the form of an infection). The doctor, upon learning about the problem, stopped contacting her, attempts to make an appointment with her through the registry and through her personally did not lead to anything. I had to go to another clinic for help.
It is unpleasant that the Nairi registry also did nothing to solve my problem.
The most incompetent clinic in my life, even in Russia free clinics are better. No one knows anything, doctors do not know how to open sick leave and I wait 1.5 hours for closure. Horror
A good clinic with professional doctors.
I didn't have to wait, I was accepted on time.
The clinic is located in a good location.

In general, it is one of the best clinics in Yerevan. They say that it is one of the most expensive and elite.
But for this level there is one disadvantage - you have to wait a long time. If you sign up for an MRI at three o'clock, then you will have to wait an hour somewhere.
The level, it seemed to me, is about the same as the CM clinic in Moscow. Give or take.
Excellent medical center, excellent specialists and equipment. A great ultrasound girl and a gastroenterologist. If you need surnames, I'll share them in a personal account.
The queues are endless.
The reception staff provides untimely advice, chat with each other at the workplace, and eat.
After the queue, I went to the doctor, the doctor stood up after a minute of my stay in the office and said that she needed to do an ultrasound to another person. She left me in the office and left. When she returned, she talked on the phone with the patient about her personal concerns. The organization leaves the best.
Prices and quality of services do not correspond to each other.
I give stars for clean toilets and finishing of the clinic
It's been a long time coming.
The price is only with the doctor and we will not tell you it on the phone, but please give 15k drams for a consultation.
