In February 2025, we flew to Egypt, the resort of Sharm el Sheikh. We had a great rest, the description of the tour completely corresponded to reality. For people with light sleep, we recommend choosing a hotel away from the airport, as planes fly overhead with a wild roar every half hour. But this nuance did not interfere with our rest in any way, and we were very happy with the vacation as a whole. Special thanks to Svetlana for her professionalism and support throughout the tour.
I am contacting Nakhodka travel agency again, this time I am making an early booking to Turkey. And I was surprised by the negative reviews about the travel agency and the tour to Greece.
I went on this tour in late August and early September 2023. She jumped, as they say, into the "last carriage." If it hadn't been for the staff and their willingness to help me, I don't think I would have made it. They are so attentive and friendly. We were accompanied both at the visa application center and on the Brest-Greece route (Hanioti village).
I'll start with the border. We did not stand in this long queue of buses, because the travel agency took care of this in advance. When the bell rang, we arrived when the bus was already standing second in front of the barrier. We were very lucky to have escorts: Larisa Afanasyevna and I don't remember the name of the girl who accompanied us home. Everything was clear and well-coordinated everywhere, there were sanitary stops in convenient parking lots with free toilets, and there were plenty of outlets on the bus, and the drivers were smart. The transit hotel in Szeged is quite decent (almost the center) and we had a hearty breakfast. We arrived in Greece at the Victoria 3* hotel early in the morning. Yes, it took 5-7 minutes on foot to get to the Grand 4* Hotel, but we got a free mini-tour from Gaspard, but sorry, the streets are so narrow that buses just don't get there. I haven't seen one in 10 days. The hotel is a bit weak, but I read all the reviews and was ready for it. But the sea is nearby. The escort arranged for breakfast (and it was 6 a.m.) and early check-in. Song… And what a good girl Larisa Afanasyevna was when she helped us get to the bus dry in the pouring rain. We were provided with both "Beads" and passenger cars. Everything is clear.
The only thing we asked was to take into account our wishes and plan an overnight stay at a transit hotel on the way back next year. And... in 2024, this was done.
I'm flying to Turkey with my family this year. By the time we got to Nakhodka with our passports, Angelina (the photocopies were dropped at her disposal) had almost completed the contracts. Well done, saved us some time. We were delaying the confirmation of the hotel reservation and then we came to the rescue. The support service has been activated. And everything is fine with us. And the travel agency Nakhodka has a 5 plus.
We recently returned from a vacation in Greece, went through Nakhodka. A bus tour, we went with a large train with children - that's why the choice fell on a more budget vacation, because an airplane for such a train would cost exactly 2 times more expensive. Everything was according to the stated program - a comfortable bus with air conditioning and a TV, smart drivers (professionals in their field), stops for food and sanitary stops. The hotel itself may not reach its 4 stars, but everything was fine with us - the room was spacious, the air conditioning worked, and most importantly the first line (this was the main criterion when choosing a tour). What a gorgeous sea!! We went on excursions, walked around the village of Hanioti with numerous cafes and shops. Meals, breakfasts and dinners - there was enough of everything! If someone wants more comfort and coziness, this is a plane and tours that cost from 1200 - 1500 for 1 person. For a bus tour, everything was great in terms of price-quality ratio! Thanks for the rest, we want more!!!
We went to Greece with a Find, Director Pavel and his girlfriend accompanied him, he did not correspond to his position, we solved all the issues ourselves, he only pretended. The stops were where Pavel and his lady wanted, and not where people are comfortable and have free toilets. Upon presentation of claims that the hotel does not match the stated stars, and why we were not warned where we were going, he said that he did not sell us a ticket at all, and what did you want for the money at all. Also in Hungary, on the way to Greece, a bus broke down and people sat in the lobby of the hotel in ignorance and waited for information that Pavel should have immediately provided and truthful, and not made up. According to the Grandotel 4* hotel, it does not correspond to the stated stars at all, really 2 * makisimum, the rooms are dead, there is a thin curtain and mold in the shower. Initially, they gave us a room of 2 * 2 meters and assured us that there were no big ones, but we did not agree and they changed us to a larger room. And again, the problem was, the air conditioner did not work, we steamed in the room for 2 days, the hostess of the hotel said that it was fine with them, but it turned out to be a lie, they just lowered the power of the central air conditioner in order to save money. After the claims, the problem was fixed, and this is not Pavel's merit, but purely our pressure on the hostess. After talking with other tourists, it turned out that early booking is complete nonsense in Nakhodka, and it turns out that the tour is more expensive than usual, some tourists were refunded the difference, but many are not, how so? We will not go anywhere else with the Find, and we will not advise anyone. Pavel is recommended to take courses on communication with people and company management, otherwise he will collapse.
I would like to express my gratitude to the team of employees of the Nakhodka Travel Agency. They promptly, competently, accurately prepared and accompanied me to a trip to Greece. I was very pleased with my vacation in Greece from June 9 to 21 - good weather, clean sea, 4-star Grand Hotel, 2 meals a day. I have traveled around Europe by bus a lot, I can compare and understand that there may be road problems. This is fully compensated by the very affordable price of this tour. Pavel, who accompanied the tour, competently and promptly solved the emerging road problems, from which no one is ever immune. The so-called "minuses" on the road turned into "pluses" - they spent half a day in Belgrade instead of two hours according to the plan and evening, night Budapest instead of the hot daytime, and an additional half a day in Greece to swim in the sea. The passage of borders does not depend on anyone, everything is tolerable. Pavel personally tried to solve all the issues that arose, thank him, good luck in your work. I am waiting for new tours from Nakhodka, see you on the tourist routes. Sincerely, Tatyana Filatova.
Where to start…
It all started with arriving at the border at 12 o'clock. We crossed the border in the Belarusian direction after 3 a.m., and the adventures are just beginning. After passing the border, there was a sanitary stop, everything was generally fine, but the guide or as he is called by them, the <accompanying> person does not decide anything except collecting money. Upon arrival in Szeged, the walk that they were obliged to take did not take place, referring to the passage of the border. The walk was prescribed as mandatory .
Upon arrival in Hanioti (Greece), they checked into a hotel declared 4 * , and in fact 1.5 -2 * maximum.
To put it briefly, this is a fiasco.
Thanks to the Greeks for smoothing out the situation.
But our adventures didn't end there. Budapest and overnight accommodation were waiting for us ahead. We were checked into a 3* hotel. There are no complaints here, transit hotels usually always take simple ones. But! These hotels should cover basic needs (to go to the shower, toilet and spend the night). There was no water in some rooms. Sorry for the details, the toilet couldn't be flushed properly. After going to the shower, there was water in the bathroom for a while. Ahead of us was a guided tour of the city. We had to travel to the city by public transport (tram and metro). Fortunately, we were accompanied by a guide here, but they threw us back in another place, somehow explained how to get there and sent us on our own. How? How can you leave a group of tourists in another country without knowing the language and send them on their own by public transport? We had to take two trams (7 stops) and a subway (6 stops) back.
The city tour was not organized properly. The group was about 30 people. There was no microphone or headphones. The tour is almost inaudible, there were no stops for photos and buying souvenirs. So it turned out, either you take a photo or you listen to the tour. Next, according to the plan, we had free time and a boat trip along the Danube. We got to our pier on our own with an "explanation" of the route by a guide.
I really enjoyed the walk. There was even a small bonus – a glass of champagne. Only on the ship was the excursion really heard.
To summarize.
1. We were abandoned in Greece at 4:30 a.m. at the 3* hotel, we had to walk to our 4* hotel (no one warned about this in Brest).
2. We were abandoned in Budapest (after the tour, get to the hotel as you want).
3. It was prescribed that there would be a comfortable bus with sockets and an emergency toilet. The driver had only one outlet, and the toilet did not work at all.
If you want a stressful vacation, you will definitely find it.
And I will never go with the Find again.
It's a pity that you can't put zero stars. Everything described above is true - the total savings of the travel agency on everything. Wi-Fi on the bus is only in Poland, then the travel agency is expensive. The air conditioner works only in one half of the bus, when asked to adjust it, the drivers throw up their hands - such a bus. The transit hotel has non-working air conditioners and refrigerators, and there is no hair dryer. The Budapest tour, which is included in the price, lasts 15 minutes, then if you are not interested in a walk along the Danube, you need to return to the hotel on your own by three types of transport. The food at the resort is more than meager, the room stock leaves much to be desired - ants and mold in the rooms. But the Aegean Sea is beautiful, but this, of course, is not the merit of the Find.
If you are planning your vacation, this travel agency will definitely not help you with this. The Nakhodka travel agency is not responsible for anything, just an intermediary who takes the money. We chose this travel agency because we wanted to get to St. Petersburg with children from Brest by train 051- 052 this train was even listed in the tour program, I note the only train, everything was agreed by the operator Alena even called an intermediary in Minsk, her husband already ordered tickets from Brest to Minsk from Minsk to Brest at the end of the tour the tour. 2 days before departure, we find out that we will be returning on a completely different train. The Minsk - Brest tickets are not relevant and we have to spend another 2 hours in Minsk before the next train. And all they could offer us was to cancel the Tour. And their contract is generally a separate topic that we will deal with in the future.
