We rented a car from March 22 to 28, 2018 Ford Fiesta, automatic. At that time, there was the best price: 15,000 drams per day + 10,000 drams per child seat on a one-time basis. What I liked: both office employees communicated kindly and simply, gave us a clean car with a full tank, we returned the same one) the deposit was left in the amount of 150,000 drams through the Mir Tinkoff card. The deposit was returned a little more than 3 weeks back to the card. During the registration of the car, I was confused that the card data had been rewritten, as it was explained that the employees would write off the money in this way if the collateral amount was damaged. But in the end everything was OK) the impressions of traveling around the country on your own were excellent) and there is also a bonus for a rented car for free parking in Yerevan in paid parking zones marked in red) thank you :)

We rented a Ford Fiesta in January 2023 for 2 days. Everything was clear, on time and very friendly. We were satisfied with the car, and with its help we managed to see many wonderful places in Armenia. One downside is that we only had two days. The manager was in touch all the time, despite the holidays. The office is located in the very center of Yerevan. We have no problem rescheduling the start time of the lease at our request to an earlier time. Anyway, it was very pleasant to communicate. Thank you very much! We will recommend Naniko to everyone!!!

Everything went great. We took a Ford Fiesta for 6 days: a car with a mile speedometer on the machine in good condition. I drove it more than 600km, no problems. The rent was paid from the MIR card, the deposit was left in dollars - they were returned to us. Issued with a full tank - you also need to return it. People are friendly, always in touch. Thanks!

I really liked it! Booked from Moscow via WhatsApp, without prepayment. The deposit was made in dollars (they were returned to us), the rent was paid in Peace. We took a Kashkai-I really liked it, good equipment, excellent condition. The guys are polite and always in touch. Thanks!

The only review from May 2022 creates an inadequate impression of this service (if you scratched the car, why be surprised that they require payment for repairs?).
I still rented a car, drove 500 km and had no problems with either the car or the staff. The service is very kind, I received comprehensive answers to all my questions. I will be in Yerevan, I will definitely use Naniko's services again.
Tip: be sure to have your phone with you when returning a car. Then, if parking is tight, an office employee will come to you on a call and pick up the car.

We took the car for 3 days under the CTP. No accidents or problems. But when they returned us, they blackmailed us with one scratch and asked for an additional 10,000 drams. It's a very unpleasant aftertaste, very. Keep this in mind

We took a car, it broke down 3 times in 5 days. There is no service, Georgian guys arrive for departure in half a day. We found spare parts and service ourselves at night in a remote village, and changed it. The timing belt clutch has fallen off. We drove another 100 km. The car stalled. The starter broke down, as it turned out later. And again, the service came to us for a day, then they also asked for our spare car to perform their flights. Georgy, an old Georgian who considers himself wildly charismatic, and a young shorty, forgot his name, came to the airport to pick up the car. They didn't give me 50 out of a $200 deposit, while saying that I broke their wrecks. I refused to return the keys, George promised that he would smash my face, but he did not have enough strength, he was already old. At the same time, Naniko, like a true Georgian pseudo-lady, was on the phone and pretended that she knew nothing about the tricks of her crooks.
The result: a ruined vacation, a statement to the Georgian police, lost $ 50.
