I ordered a Napoleon cake for my grandmother for her 85th birthday in November, as it is her favorite dessert. Often, when I bought this cake earlier, it was either dry or very greasy cream.

We met the Master of Napoleonic Studies 4 years ago, we can say by accident, at least it seemed that way to us.
