Nice and fresh food and very friendly staff. Authentic ingredients make the experience completely different. A must be place in Yerevan.

Very expensive, which can be justified only by location. Personnel is nice. Design is fine. Espresso is okay, but not good. Etc, etc. But there is one looming and unforgiving BUT:
Pizza base makes every bite of it a saddening experience. Dough is for khachapuri, not for pizza and slightly, but noticeablely undercooked - wet, but just barely not raw.

Nice pizzas & tiramisu. The food came fast. Slightly overpriced. Waiters only speak Russian and broken English, or no English and no Armenian. Strange as this is Armenia not Russia.

Very tasty pizza, large portions that make you overeat, pleasant atmosphere and literally the BEST tiramisu I've tried in Yerevan. The only drawback is that the staff slows down a bit (they asked for napkins, they brought them only the second time), but otherwise no complaints!

The food is delicious, I liked everything in general, the must-have here is a napoletana dessert with lemon, a recommendation!! I also liked croissants with different fillings for breakfast, mashed potatoes with truffle oil, and different pizzas.
Of the pizzas, the devil didn't like it.
I also didn't like tiramisu, it's terrible here, much lower than average :(
But overall I liked the place!

We've been here twice so far.
The first time everything was so good that we were pleasantly surprised: polite waiters and fast delivery, very tasty dishes, cozy atmosphere, cleanliness and comfort.
For the second time, the strange behavior of the waiters was annoying: they ordered two coffees, as a result, they brought one, and instead of the second, a coke with a glass, which for some reason the waiter knocked very loudly on the table. We managed to stop the waiter from opening the bottle. The second coffee was brought, and thanks for that.
Then, for some reason, another waiter brought the menu again and began to lay it out.
It's fine so far, I hope our impression won't be spoiled further.
I recommend taking caesar salad, it's great.
UPD: it is still our favorite place, we have tried many dishes and so far nothing has disappointed us in the dishes, except for the half-frozen sashimi. I recommend pizzas, ribs, tea and desserts

However, I would like to add: if we don't see our waiters, we basically don't go in, because a couple of times we were served by a man in tattoos and his work and attitude leave much to be desired. I'm already silent about the fact that he mumbles under his breath not the most flattering comments towards visitors and even his colleagues. It is not clear how such a guy got into this nice place at all, he clearly spoils the whole atmosphere with his behavior.
UPD May: well, Napoletana was not a cool place for us for a long time: at the end of March, they greatly raised prices (from 1900 to 3200 per caesar), changed the staff, and also changed the recipe and size of some dishes for the worse. There is nothing more to do here, for the same money there are much more interesting places in the city

An absolutely terrible place!!! For the beautiful design (the only advantage) there are mold on the buns, very small portions, clumsy waiters who confuse orders all the time (Really! Every time!), tap water and other disadvantages. The place made the worst impression, never set foot here again. I swear, I'm not a competitor, but their real client... already a former one... forever.

The food is great! We ordered 3 types of pizza: with arugula and prosciutto, capriciosa and with burrato cheese (we recommend additionally seasoning with olive oil, salt and pepper to taste - it will just blow your head off). All pizzas are very tasty, the dough is thin, and there is a lot of filling. They took pink wine and karkade tea - they were just as delicious. The service was fast and excellent.

We ordered a chicken sandwich. When they began to cut, there was a small beetle. Apparently he came with a lettuce leaf, everything happens. The sandwich was replaced, they apologized, but the appetite was spoiled. In good establishments, in such cases, they make a compliment from the chef to smooth out an unpleasant impression.
Taking into account the rest of the reviews about hair in food, I do not recommend the establishment.

The pizza is delicious, and so is the tea.
When the menu arrived, the waitress answered "yes" to the question "is there any beer" and left. Pizza and drinks were brought quickly, but the bill was waited for about 15 minutes, I had to call another waiter. 4 stars for lack of service. There are no complaints about food)

I really liked the pizza and carbonara. Nice interior and price tag. Good service and fast serving of dishes. All the nuances of the ordered items are discussed, the waiters give recommendations. The only thing I didn't like was the bruschetta with salmon, but everything is subjective here too. I recommend you to visit.
UPD. We were here for the third time on January 29th - we ordered two cocktails and pizza. As a result, we waited for more than 30 minutes, drank all the cocktails, but did not wait for the pizza. They went up to the waiter themselves, who said that they hadn't even started cooking it because they forgot to punch it. After being asked to bring the bill in this case, they waited for more than 15 minutes, and also had to figure out what was the matter on their own. The sediment is extremely unpleasant. The day before, they came for lunch, instead of the unfiltered beer ordered, they brought the usual one, the dishes were not removed from the table, the waiters also had to "catch" themselves.

There is no service. More precisely, there is, but disgusting. The waiters don't come up to you until you call out to them. Towards the end of the work, they all show how ‘glad’ they are that you came…When the waiter cut the pizza, he groped one of the guests, to which he reacted by giggling and saying ‘I'm sorry, it's a mussel’…
It's a pity for the chefs and their work, because the food in the restaurant is delicious, but the service devalues everything.
Fortunately, there are other delicious places with the best service, so I don't set foot here anymore, and I won't advise anyone.

We went to a pizzeria tonight (31.10.23), and we were served a barely warm pizza with buratta cheese. In this restaurant, she is one of the most expensive. The result is a complete disappointment. We went to this restaurant earlier, we were 4 times in six months, but today's cold pizza delivery crossed out all the advantages that were previously. And it's not the waiter's fault, it's the cook's problem, since the pizza was brought to us literally 5 minutes from the moment of ordering. Three stars are for past achievements. It is a pity that such negligence to the visitor is possible.

We came in by accident, because the interior reminded me of my favorite, the best Italian restaurant in Moscow, which unfortunately closed due to sanctions. I really liked it here! There is a cool wood-burning stove here, we took two pizzas: a Margarita for me, a Mortadella with pistachios for my husband. Very tasty. The dough can be slightly modified, but it's great! I will come again to try dessert and tea, and I like to drink coffee only in special coffee shops :) Now I'm going to go on foot to find a good coffee

One of my favorite places in Yerevan. Everything is delicious that you don't take: I recommend pata Carbanara, pizza with arugula and local desserts (they cook themselves). There is something to feed the child. I heard that this place is accredited by important Neapolitan bigwigs.

I went in for dinner and ordered pasta, which turned out to be very tasteless. Although I often go to the cafe and recommend it to all my friends, but this time I was very disappointed. The pasta was so greasy that after two spoonfuls I couldn't even handle it. And she wasn't an aldente, although the waiter asked me before ordering which pasta to serve. In response to my feedback, the waiter suggested that I wrap the pasta with myself. But I refused, because I have no one at home to torment with tasteless food. After the incident, I do not want to return to the institution, because you can eat tasteless food in many other places!
