The hotel is in a real cave, authentic design everywhere, kind and hospitable staff, the room was taken by the Sultan, it is of course very high (you get to the door already out of breath), but with a Jacuzzi and something like a balcony overlooking an equally beautiful terrace and mountains in the distance. The breakfasts are delicious and served in a traditional style for these places, it looks just wow. I highly recommend staying here, at least for a day, to feel like a "caveman" and this incredible atmosphere. It was also nice to receive small souvenirs from the staff at the check-out, thank you very much.
Cons - the location is far from civilization, there is practically no transport connection, you need to rent a car or take a taxi for space money 🫣
An interesting hotel, located far from the sights, you will not see the balls there, it takes 20 minutes to get to them by car, parking is difficult to find, if you use Yandex Navigator, it will lead you to such a wilderness that it will be scary to go there. There is no one at the reception, you need to call, there is no connection with the reception in the room - you need to call, the food is mediocre, the menu is small and not tasty, the breakfasts are not bad, the rooms are old and half do not work, cleanliness is very lame, next to the hotel there is endless barking of dogs all night (it looks like a kennel or shelter), in large rooms stylized as a cave, there are no air conditioners, it was lucky that it was already cold at night, but I had to sleep with the windows open and enjoy the barking of dogs. In general, the hotel is 3 stars by 3 stars.
The hotel is good, if you have a rented car, refuse all tour services. Order rides on the balloon through booking or in person - it's cheaper this way. The hotel is only for relaxing and eating, all the services that are offered are more expensive.
Very mixed impressions.
Atmospheric, the staff is quite contact (about this below). Getting to the room is frankly far away and difficult with a bag (it takes 3-4 minutes to walk up the stairs and through the Halls to the topmost room). There is no elevator. Ask the staff to help carry the bag.
Tomorrow is atmospheric and normal. Beautiful view.
They will be especially careful when choosing rooms, they have different nuances: for example, in my case, it was necessary to climb the steep stairs in the room to the toilet / shower.
Now about the cons:
The administrator, I don't remember his name. A guy, about 30 years old. He was a contact, then not at all.
On the first day, I offered a balloon flight for 175 €, on the second I found it in the evening for 110.
Because of him, I had to move to another hotel: after the balloon flight (you get up at 4 a.m. (!)) I wanted to sleep until lunch, I had to move to another room that was chosen the day before. But the administrator made a whole scandal out of nowhere: he began to aggressively attack that he needed to walk for a couple of hours, then he would move, as if I was just stopping by the hotel, and not prolonging my stay. If I had said calmly, I would have stayed at the hotel, but his tone spoiled the whole impression, I asked for a refund and changed the hotel.
Nuance: there is a cough in the hotel, there is mold in the room (look behind the sink - it's game, of course). When I moved to a hotel not in a cave, the cough passed overnight.
I don't recommend it. With this shoal, as luck would have it.
The hotel was built in a cave. We had a holiday like a fairy tale. The rooms are clean. Jul. It's hot. Breakfast is another good one. The staff is friendly. We Loved It
