We stayed at the Narcia resort hotel in June 2024.Sooo enjoyed the rest, the beach is excellent within walking distance (3-5 minutes with a wheelchair), there is a shuttle, rarely used. The food is also good (varied and affordable), alcoholic beverages are available, and drinking water can be obtained at any bar. Special thanks for the room, with a sea view. The animation is not bad, but there is one big disadvantage, it is NOT all in Russian. Russian music was played 3 times all day. My 4-year-old daughter really liked the "free" ice cream, she ran after it on her own) There are Russian speakers at the reception, I was very pleased.There is a queue of friendly girls in the store on the 1st floor, who also speaks Russian fluently and accepts payment with a MIR card.There are many shops, pharmacies near the hotel, and a bus stop across the street, but we didn't go anywhere) In general, we liked everything, we dream of returning in 2025, and if we were given a room with a sea view again, we would not hesitate to book a hotel now. ❣️

We rested for 8 days at the end of October, the weather was magical , the gorgeous Mediterranean Sea , a sandy beach ,good food , a large selection of meat dishes as well as fish dishes, not particularly for fruits , but we still managed to try watermelon and tangerine , for alcoholic beverages I want to say everything was arranged by many different cocktails ,white wine , pink good but not it would hurt to add champagne , the rooms are small but compact , the most important thing is clean , cleaning every day , a visit to the cleaners , a good kind atmosphere , kind and caring staff , animation at the highest level , in May 2025 I will come back to this hotel .

The daughters of 20 years went to the show every evening, they were interested in what happened not in every hotel)) We go every year. We definitely recommend the hotel! One moment upset the Germans - the tables were decorated and the bartender gave out beautiful cocktails , the Russian cocktail with the same name looked like a mess😕

We rested at this hotel in early September 24. We chose a hotel in the Side area because we haven't been there yet. The choice of the hotel was chosen for a vacation with a child . The hotel is not big. But there is everything you need and even more. Water park, foam parties, animation. Perhaps they didn't even see a lot because they were often at sea. It may not seem very convenient for someone to find a hotel on line 2, but we did not suffer much from this. It is possible to return to the hotel in the afternoon for lunch in the heat and not comme il faut. But first of all, you can also eat at the restaurant on the beach. Or go to the hotel by Shuttle, which runs between the beach and the hotel every 20 minutes. There is plenty of food in the hotel. In the first couple of days, it doesn't seem like much, but then you find out what's where and what's served. And you realize that this is already too much. You won't have time to try everything. The hotel is not bad, but there are nuances. Convenient location - 2nd line, but next to the sea - literally 5 minutes on foot (there is a bus). There are many shops, pharmacies and other infrastructure. The food and drinks are decent. One thing is that there is practically no territory. If you are not a fan of walking along the alleys and sitting on the grass in a shady place - the hotel is not bad. Look carefully at the description and photos of the rooms - so that you don't swear and complain later!

Nice hotel, clean and tidy, good varied cuisine. Normal room cleaning. The beach is not far away, we walked for 5-7 minutes without any problems. I didn't like the hammam, it was cold, but there is a sauna, on the counter in the hammam, the colleague is concerned exclusively with imposing an expensive massage. The gym is very poor, there is a minimum of exercise equipment, some of which are broken. And almost no one goes to the gym and hammam. It is perfect for families with children.

We were at this hotel with my husband at the end of October. The weather is just gorgeous, it's not hot or cold. Always comfortable, water +24 the hotel was 100% loaded, mostly Russians and Germans. A budget five, but the rest was super. The room was in the main building overlooking the pool. Cleanliness and cleaning for 4. Very varied and high-quality food. Fish, chicken, lamb, vegetables, fruits, various side dishes and of course sweets.... Sufficient choice of alcohol. With tips, everything is always there everywhere))) the water park worked, but since it was behind the building in the shade, it was cool for me, but my husband and another teenager were fine. In the summer, this is a great bonus when the water park is in the shade. We turned on the slides in the pool a couple of times. There is a pastry shop, ice cream all day in any number, a beach bar and food at lunchtime, many stayed for lunch at the beach bar. In the evening there is a children's disco and some kind of performance. Magicians, fire shows, DJs, and dance groups were invited. In the afternoon we played dartz, on the beach of Bocha. According to the general impression, it is clear that the hotel guests were satisfied with their stay. And we didn't want to leave. We miss you and often remember this comfortable vacation.

The staff is responsive and speaks excellent Russian, there is a sufficient amount of entertainment, unobtrusive services and very good cuisine. I rested in October, the room is clean, cleaning and changing towels every day, you can ask for a bag for a beach towel at the reception, food is 3 out of 5 points, I took a tour of Side was not impressed at all, they do not give drinking water, you need to take it with you. The beach is nice, sandy, there is a bar and food. It takes 3 minutes to walk to the beach, you can take a transfer - we recommend it with children. There is a water park.
High-quality food - meat, turkey, kebabs, beef, chicken, lamb, fish, fruits, a lot of everything. Drinks, we tried everything at the bar))) and always like cucumbers the next day. There is a starbucks at the hotel! Everything in the hotel is clean. The rooms are spacious, there was a 2-room room with a view of the water park.

Ideal for families with young children: a whole water park for children under 10 years old somewhere, with a shallow pool, a whole complex of carousels, I've never seen this, trampolines, climbing walls, slides, rockers... awesome! The kitchen is great for everyone: they surprise you with something every day. The sea is perfect for kids again: sand and a gentle shore. I was vacationing with children from May 9 to May 18, 2024. I liked everything!!! There weren't many people. The beach is a leisurely 5-minute walk away. Wide beach, gentle entrance. The beach bar. I was catching the Internet everywhere. Great food, entertainment for children: slides, game rooms, attractions, indoor shallow pool (130cm). Hammam, I went for peeling and the first massage! Great! The old town of Side is 8 minutes away by minibus for 25 lira/1$. The price-quality ratio is super good (two adults and a child for early booking 165 thousand)! There was a nice room 1505, with sea and mountain views. Large balcony with table and chairs.

Also, in the late afternoon we like to walk along the streets, passing numerous bazaars, cafes, restaurants, meet cats, admire the cleanliness and landscaping. All this is mixed with the aroma of spices – magically. Friendly Turks, even if you don't buy anything, but just pass by: hello, how are you, have a nice rest)), and if they know Russian, then you can have a nice chat and even offer to drink a cup of coffee.
This year we have specially learned a magic phrase in Turkish Ellerine sağlık [ellerin saalyk] — Health to your hands! This expression shows how important it is in Turkish culture to respect the work and work of other people. You can't imagine how surprised, but with what joy you received these words from us. The faces were glowing, although we may have distorted the language, but they understood us.
We arrived at the hotel around 14-00, just in time for check-in. We got the keys to the room, we had a room with a Jacuzzi on the terrace. Everything worked in the room, the bar was full. On the first day, I was delighted with the room and especially the fact that it has a Jacuzzi on the terrace, but as it turned out, we tried it once and didn't want any more, since we were going to the sea, and not lying in the room) Here little kids lived nearby, they were happy to bubble in the Jacuzzi))
We had a capsule coffee maker in our room, along with coffee capsules. That was very wonderful. The coffee is very delicious.

Animators, watched them – well done. And you have a procession with drums, and acrobats, and an inflatable slide in the pool, and a foam party, water entertainment, something else was in the amphitheater, we did not go, but we heard.
Reception work is good, they help quickly in case of appeal, but they do not speak Russian (Turkish and German), we used an interpreter. Only one man speaks Russian, in my opinion, the senior receptionist.
In the restaurant, the waiters, nimble, quick, formed out of thin air, well done.

Room and cleaning!
Two days later, the closet door fell off, they took it to repair and returned it only a week later)). The curtains were stained red, more like paint. Towels! Dear mom, they are gray, as if they are washed with black socks, they are also terribly old, they do not absorb moisture, but scratch the skin. There are a lot of caps in toilet sets, but there are no ear sticks and cotton pads, there is no body lotion after washing. I remind you that the hotel is ultra.
During the 11 days of arrival, we asked for cleaning and changing towels only three times. Three times we left a tip. And... the towels from the floor were returned to their original places, without even bothering to at least fold them neatly. The bed. Not changed a single time! Of course I'm glad that our bed looks so clean, but at home I change the linen once a week, and here ....About cleaning on the terrace, I don't say anything at all, as I realized that they clean it only after the guests leave, but once it rained and it washed the canopy, from which all the dirt flowed and it was only possible to "fly" on the terrace. There were slippers, but they were issued only once and with such cleaning they were gray.

The hotel is designed for 1200 people, there are 200 sunbeds on the beach, do you think there were enough places for everyone ... alas. And if we also consider that some occupied sun beds according to the principle - two for us, one for bags and two more in the shade, if it suddenly gets hot (we, when we watched it, were just freaking out), then the deficit was huge.
Also, I had a shock: beach boy goes around collecting garbage from the tanks and if there is liquid in the tank (as it turned out to be fetid), then he pours it right at the sunbeds. Not only is it unsanitary, but it also stinks like a garbage dump on the whole beach, carried away by the wind to the beach snack bar. Bags of garbage, he made up at his "shelter", and they stank! Enjoy your rest and appetite as well.
A restaurant, it's not a restaurant, it's a dining room. They prepare lunches and dinners so that vacationers just stuffed their bellies and that's it. Yes, you will not stay hungry, but you will not get pleasure either. Ambush with sweets, well, everything is not delicious, once there was a dessert that I love, but it was clearly made from expired cookies, bitterness and cherished, beee. Baklava may have been delicious, but I don't eat it, it's sweet and greasy for me.
I understand that the hotel is designed for Germans, you understand it right away when the whole staff tells you guten tag, but the Germans themselves, it's just something incredible. At night, laughing, singing, breaking glass, moving tables and chairs. And so every night. Until 4 am. And this is the norm! Yes, the Germans pay tips to everyone and everywhere, so their behavior is not forbidden. They throw candy wrappers, stubs, glasses just nearby – where he stands, lies, and threw it there, and it all spreads around the territory. Falls into the pool. And with the cleaning in this hotel, as you understand, everything is not strained… There is really one cleaner, if you suddenly gape, then he will walk over your legs with his mop, but what ... everything is normal, there is no figs to stand here and click with his beak.

There are many advantages. They feed a lot, often, you will not stay hungry. We really liked the breakfasts. The hotel has a water park, a pool with slides, several pools, a paddling pool with a slide for small children. The reviews say that the territory of this hotel is small, this is not the case. There are shops in the hotel, a lot of things were bought there. There are also many shops near the hotel. The ancient city of Side is nearby, it takes about 15 minutes by minibus. We liked it there.
There are, of course, small disadvantages: they do not know how to cook potatoes, either undercooked or undercooked. I didn't like the squid. Mussels and shrimps are delicious. But, someone didn't like the seafood. I didn't like the service at the Ala Kart restaurant, they are in a hurry. They bring food quickly, put it on the table, don't even look where they put it, they put it right on our phone. Well, the phone was not damaged. Once we had lunch at a restaurant, we took carbonated drinks from the bar, and I came across a small glass in one of the glasses. Well, the children did not drink from this glass.
There are a lot of negative reviews about room cleaning. Yes, there are disadvantages. We have never had our bed linen changed in 8 days. This is not allowed for a 5* hotel. We met other people: the water in their shower did not go away, only after 4 days the problem was fixed. Yes, and in a 5* hotel there should still be disposable soap accessories. I really missed it, and especially the hair conditioner. We bought our own shampoo and washing gel... I can say about the staff that they are not bad, there are very friendly and funny guys. I did not like that the vacationing Turks do not know how to behave, they climb everywhere without waiting in line
The restaurant demands that the waiters bring everything to them. If they do not bring them, they are scolded right in front of vacationers. An unpleasant picture... I believe that all vacationers should be treated equally. Once we saw two waiters quarreling, one slapped the other. This is unacceptable for vacationers.
I really liked the beach. He's just wonderful. We went by shuttle or walked. We had a good rest. The only thing is, I'm going back to my native St. Petersburg, the fourth suitcase has not returned. Not a bad hotel. It doesn't pull at 5*, but it's a confident four. Everything seems to be a little "under-". Cleaning is done, but the sand remains in the room, there is water in the shower, but it is problematic to adjust its temperature, the rooms in the anex building are very small, and as many write, the repair was done by a blunder. The cocktails are delicious if you're lucky with the bartender. There is a lot of food, mostly delicious, but the grill is often burnt. But that didn't stop us from enjoying our vacation. In general, they did not come to sit in the hotel. The beach is gorgeous. Of course, the sun beds are occupied from the night, as I understand it, so we would have gotten somewhere in the last rows, but they just threw things to us, they themselves hung in the sea. The staff is very kind, both in the restaurant and the maids, all friendly. The hotel is very child-oriented, there seem to be more of them here than adults. Keep this in mind, it's noisy here)))))

We were in Narsia from September 1-7, 2024.
Everything is brief and in order:
1) transfer
We were taken from the airport by minibus. The last ones were dropped off . Considering the stop at the store, we got there in 1h15min. They took a big bus back, but it took the same time to get to the airport.
2)the number
They lived in the main building. The room is rather big . But the furniture is worn out. There was a dent in the bed. Apparently some fat man slept for a long time.
Every morning, the bathroom drain stank of sewage. The battery started working 5 minutes after switching on. There is a TV , but it was not turned on . There is a safe. 1.5 euros per day .
They clean it up for three. The dirt is smeared more .
3) the sea
It takes 6 minutes to walk to the sea. We arrived early , by 8 a.m., there were a lot of beds available . (If you come by 11, then of course everything will already be occupied). The sea is great. The beach and the entry into the water are sand (without stones) . The entrance is very smooth. An ideal place to teach a child to swim. There is a bar by the sea where you can have a normal lunch.
There is a shuttle service from the hotel every 20 minutes if you are too lazy to walk
4) food
You can eat around the clock. In a restaurant or in snack bars, but the cuisine is monotonous and very spicy. Especially soups . Ice cream is served every day from 13 to 20 hours.
5) the territory
The territory of the hotel is small. There are 3 pools, 2 of them with slides. We haven 't bathed in them , but the chlorine stinks noticeably .
6) Entertainment
Animation every day. Diverse .
There is a water polo in the pool. There is only a side on the beach. There is no volleyball.
You can take a bus to the ancient city in Side. It takes 15 minutes to drive . The fare is 30 liras per person.
At 14:30, music starts yelling at the big pool every day, worse than in a nightclub. So if you want to take a nap after lunch , you won 't be able to .
In general, it does not pull 5 stars .
Normally, the rest was not spoiled, of course, but we would not go to this hotel again.

There is a balcony, there is a dryer. The hotel has a beach, you can walk nearby by bus, the schedule in 20 minutes takes tourists regularly. The beach is clean, the employee on the beach keeps order perfectly, there are no cigarette butts, plastic sun beds, without mattresses and pillows, bar drinks are free for hotel guests. The sand, the approach to the sea is gentle, the sunset is beautiful and open. In the evenings, artists sing, dancing, entertainment until 23x. The guests are Turks, Russians, Germans, Poles. I really liked the hotel, cleaning every day, there is always soap and shampoo in large quantities. The buffet is simply delicious! The tables are bursting with food. To the sea 5-7 minutes on foot, and 2 minutes by bus that runs there every 10 minutes. The beach is clean. The hotel is always clean and tidy, there is an indoor 24-hour swimming pool and a buffet.
