The tables are dirty, the waiters don't have time. We have to ask for everything ourselves, right down to the napkins, there were none on our table at all. The table was wiped for us with the third request. We asked for tubes, the waiter brought them to us holding them in his hands, without even wrapping them in a napkin and put them on a dirty table. Of the three plates that were brought to us, two with a battered pile. Such seemingly petty facts affect the overall impression of the institution.
