I had a rest in the sanatorium for the second time. I have recently returned, my impressions are fresh in my memory, so I want to share them. The medical base is excellent, but there is no ultrasound, but you can go to neighboring sanatoriums. The staff is attentive and polite. I would like to mention the doctor Mainen Maria Mechislavovna as a professional doctor. I am always ready to listen and recommend the necessary procedures. Also all the honey.the staff I had to communicate with.
The coach at the physical therapy, it's a pity that he's leaving.
The food is dietary, varied, I had a buffet.
The room is at level 3+. The cleaning was mediocre. In the bathroom, as the spider web hung, it remained hanging, although it said to be removed (maybe some people don't bother), the water was leaving badly in the shower.
A pool with decent warm water, 29 degrees, with tracks for fast and slow swimmers, a waterfall and a cannon are present. Swimming is free on a ticket from one hour per day. The session lasts 45 minutes.
Dancing is almost every day except Monday, but you can continue at the bar. Special thanks to the bartender Sergey!
The territory is well maintained, large, there is a place to walk. Will I come back here if the opportunity arises, then yes.

The sanatorium is excellent. Price is quality. The staff is friendly. I would recommend taking rooms in the medical building. A little more expensive, but worth it. The food, as in all sanatoriums, is a light diet, but it's pretty good. The pool is great, there will be a fire after the renovation. The territory is large, there is a Playground. Everything would be great, but..... We couldn't take all the treatments we wanted. We couldn't buy almost any at all. Everything was packed to the brim. The staff (nurses) tried, but it didn't always work out well. Why sell so many medical vouchers if there are not enough staff or equipment? In short, they wanted to spend money, no one wanted to take it. This slightly spoiled the impression of the sanatorium.

We are resting now (July 2023). The vouchers were ordered back in January (for 10 days). Buffet meals, it is simply impossible to go hungry, everyone can find something for themselves, even the most fastidious.
There are few procedures, but no more is needed, otherwise you will run only on them all the rest. And I want to go to the beach, and take a walk, and go somewhere... But in addition, you can buy paid treatments.
The rooms are a bit shabby and outdated. But we try not to pay attention to the shortcomings, so as not to spoil our mood))
Swimming pool every day, we go with pleasure.
Bicycles, electric scooters and billiards were rented.
We go swimming to the neighboring lakes, because it is not allowed in Naroch.
From entertainment: playground, children's room, karaoke, disco. They organize excursions. Very beautiful nature.
In general, I like the rest. The price/quality ratio is excellent.

I'm resting for the second time. In general, it's not bad, this year the cost of a voucher is almost twice as expensive, in September 22, I paid 20 t.r. Russian, in May 23, 35 t.r. this is a voucher without treatment, in May there is a buffet, the food is ordinary, canteen, but without restrictions, and this is one of the facts of the increase in the cost travel packages.
For treatment (you can buy all the procedures), but some are not available - how so? I just arrived, and I won't be able to get, for example, a manual massage, it definitely won't be, everything is busy, what should I do, order three months in advance? There are not enough massage therapists, and there are other treatments that are all busy, and it's for a fee.
By the numbers- there are no nets on the windows, and mosquitoes are fat and angry, the lake is nearby and near the lake is something like a swamp, nets are definitely needed. There are new refrigerators in the rooms, they were small that year, now they are medium-sized, and they work much better (cooling).
In my room there is an old-style TV (with a booty), but there are also flat ones, Wi-Fi works poorly, the signal is not always stable.
From the dishes in the room there is a glass, a decanter and a plate, there are no forks, spoons, knives.
The bed is quite narrow, but most importantly, it is not a comfortable pillow, it is impossible to beat it, it is hard, like a flat cake.
Hangers are also not very flimsy, clothes fall off them.
The territory is beautiful, pine trees, many shops, quiet, calm.
There is a large swimming pool with massage jets.
As a result, for the price of 35 tr. plus procedures, even for 10 tr., plus the road from Russia, it turns out to be expensive, most likely I will not come here anymore.
The contingent is mainly pensioners, many are given free trade union vouchers, there are no young and middle-aged vacationers.

I liked the sanatorium. We booked a two-bed two-room room. The room has a refrigerator , TV Room, mini kitchen (dishes, kettle). The set of procedures is standard (the doctor chooses according to the list available to her, depending on the disease), you can additionally take other procedures for a fee. The pool is 25 m every day of arrival. The food is delicious and depends on the purchase of a voucher: if it is social (allocated for free) - ordered (portioned according to the selection), if it was purchased through a trade union (partial payment with your own funds) - buffet (in my opinion it is better)

A deer ran straight to the house.A 6-year-old child did not get into the deep pool.The water smells strongly of bleach.You are on your own in the pool.The instructor appears for 5 minutes and disappears.A cleaning lady is sitting in his place.There is no medical worker there or it is not clear according to the state. The buffet is cabbage, beetroot, carrots, separately chopped.If you want a salad, cook it yourself.Incomprehensible goulash cutlets are made somehow.The cherry on the cake will be served to you with store-bought pancakes with an incomprehensible filling, which you have bothered to defrost and reheat. Our most favorite sanatorium. Very nice rooms in the main building. Just wonderful suites on the 8th and 9th floor. Lake Naroch is visible from the balconies. We visit Narochanka both in summer and during winter holidays. One of the disadvantages is breakfast. If you suddenly take a "weekend tour", then breakfast is quite meager.

Dust has not been wiped for years, mold in the shower, dirty old covers. When you say, please remove the cobwebs from the window, no one even listens, waved a rag, vacuumed and all the cleaning, and the room is one of the expensive ones. Somehow the management needs to pay attention to this. Dirt in the rooms spoils all impressions of the sanatorium.

Room cleaning rarely happens, after you start to complain about her absence, once every three days the garbage will be taken out and cleaned. The buffet is very far from a real buffet, a choice of a maximum of 2 dishes, chopped vegetables, mainly cabbage, cucumbers and boiled beets and a complete absence of fruits. There is practically no children's animation, in the evenings there is a disco for adults in the bar, on weekends until 2 a.m., those who go to get enough sleep and get up early are clearly not here.

We had the honor to rest in the sanatorium "Narochanka" for a week. I hope that this review will help not only future vacationers decide on the choice of rest, but also the participants of this "event" to draw certain conclusions.
You can get to the sanatorium with the flow of people. Many people say that the queue at the reception left indelible impressions in their memory (which inspired some speeches and songs from the stage), then we remember it with warmth, because this is one of the few places where we wanted to return. You will be met by a nice girl who will tell you where to go and even if you get lost out of habit, a polite guard will show you the way and even take you to the destination himself. Probably, if you reflect, then events are perceived as a carrot and stick method, first you are given a carrot, and then you get to your room. No, do not think anything bad, if you do not look at the stains on the curtains, the torn edge of the beds, the dirty balcony, the stains on the bed and the mattress, which has seen so much that it shrank into itself in places from what you saw, then in general you will be satisfied, and if you also dreamed all your life to return to the times of the union you will definitely not regret that you decided to visit this particular sanatorium. Oh, yes, the only wish...do not forget to take toilet paper, because you may have to spend some time searching for this treasure, and the road may have been long and you do not have this time, so think about yourself in advance.
Next, you will have an appointment with a doctor (although for some the expectation of this pleasure is delayed until the next day) and then you will check how much luck favors you, you have two ways: to get to a doctor who interrogates for a long time and painfully (but we only know this by hearsay), or to be in the hands of a professional who should just look at you and understand everything (and you can only forgive him). If you have some kind of pathology, it is better to tell everything right away as in confession, at least then your conscience will be clear and even if some procedure comes out sideways to you, it will not be your silence that is to blame. Also, my advice to you is to prepare in advance and independently study the list of procedures, their indications and contraindications in order to offer options for your leisure time, because the rescue of drowning is the work of the drowning themselves. And yes, it is also advisable to find out in advance what the vacation commission is now, because there is a chance of a sleep-food-sleep treatment regimen.
However, if you were not satisfied with your schedule and you wanted a different procedure, then do not worry right away, it is quite possible that the staff themselves will decide what you need more and change both the appointment itself and its localization.
But what is pleasant is the desire of the staff of this institution to remind us of our beautiful native language, and to show all its beauty to guests coming from abroad, so do not be surprised if, while waiting for your partner or waiting for the procedure, you can again hear such sounds native to the heart and even enrich your vocabulary. "Qi chuesh? Look at you, the one over there, over there. Bachysh? Yes, yes, Yana. Habalka. The hour of Jan peraputal... Hi idze, robits, do you want me to put a sabe on your shoulders? But do not be sad if, after all, you turned out to be the hero of this situation and missed the procedure, and the staff reported that time had passed and there was no way to return it, perhaps this conflict can be resolved if a cutlet or bun from lunch or dinner was lying in your purse. Of course, there may be a different quota, but what the hell is not joking with!) The attempt is not torture :) But in general, as one employee said, "it's not your fault, but the system" (then, of course, there was a series of gossip about the local hospital and, in general, life stories while the procedure was being performed, but I don't think it's interesting to you, and maybe you'll hear it all yourself). Patients who want to make their vacation eventful and unforgettable (to some extent, it turns out to be done anyway), employees who already have to take twenty people, and then there's you with your paid services. In general, here are a couple of tips that you have learned from your own experience: 1. Being on the "turmanium mat" procedure, of course, relax, but do not forget about the time, because hope for others, but do not mess up yourself, and in general it is not the job of a nurse to observe you, along with your procedures, time and schedule. 2. But when visiting the baths, come in advance, because time is strictly monitored here and if you did not go to the water treatments, then the holy place is never empty and there will always be someone willing (on or off schedule). Come five minutes before the procedure (otherwise you will be like us standing and making excuses that for the first time and did not know how to do it at all). 3. Remember that if you are prescribed aromatherapy, then take sunglasses or a blindfold, because in addition to aromatherapy, a disco is attached here.

So that you do not weaken from such a busy schedule, the kitchen staff will work on your energy reserves. Here you will be taught to be independent and attentive. But you certainly won't stay hungry (and as mentioned above, you won't leave others hungry either). The staff of the canteen takes care of the environment, so all products find their reuse and what was called carrots in the morning will turn into a Sunny salad in the evening, and perhaps in the morning into carrot cutlets. So if I were the Ministry of Natural Resources and Nature Protection, I would not leave these people without a reward. However, arrive on time, because being late for five to ten minutes from the start of the meal is punishable by empty slots. So the buffet is a buffet, and no one canceled the portion. Be vigilant and have time to grab your piece, otherwise, perhaps someone else will be fed with it, although perhaps supplies will still be made for the evening, because, as one vacationer once said, "only a glass of cold vodka is missing from this set," and the absence of this hot drink is easily corrected by visiting a store that is located a little further from the store.
Probably, I would like to highlight the pool separately, a place where everyone returns with trepidation in their soul, here you will be greeted with warmth, a smile and will not forget to joke so that the rules of safe behavior on the water will be remembered for a long time. In the midst of the ongoing chaos, you feel at home here, even despite the periodic absence of the watchful eye of the owner.
Looking at all this text, the words of the doctor come to mind: "well, what do you want? You're only here for a week," but it turned out that there was so much time that there was a desire to leave a day earlier.
But fortunately there are exceptions to the rules - employees who still make you involuntarily think that this is not one of the fairy tales of the brothers Grimm and still good characters and endings exist.
P.S. my advice is, when you are in the room, close the door to your room, because even though rarely, but still it happens, a maid unceremoniously flies into the room and starts furiously asking how long you are here (apparently the frequency of cleaning your unit depends on this, and in our case it turned out to be once a week.) and begins furiously mopping the floors. So, in order to protect you from curious cases, be on your guard. May the force come with you if the neighbor on the block decides to try the local smoked fish, because you have the only garbage can and it is located in the sanitary unit.

We had a vacation with my husband in June 2023. The room was taken by the most expensive - apartments. This category of rooms has a view of Naroch. The repair is designer, but poorly done. The wallpaper is glued anyhow, overlapping, with gaps and is already peeling off. The ceiling is not whitewashed once, the laminate is also laid with gaps. There are dirty curtains in the room itself. There was a storage of bottles from previous guests of the room under the washbasin. There were two dressing gowns, both torn. The shower drain was barely working. There was almost no water flowing from the shower stand, it was also clogged. There are no complaints about the Jacuzzi. There were also 4 sets of towels, old but clean. The cleaner washed the floor once a week and took out the trash three times. Of the advantages of the room: a comfortable sofa and bed, the presence of a hair dryer, ironing board, hair dryer, beautiful view from the balcony.
The area near the hotel is small, unkempt, there is no infrastructure, the store is almost always closed, there is no pharmacy, no ATM, no entertainment. It would be possible to make trampolines, bouncy castles, cars for children. They just poured sand on the beach, there are no sun loungers. There are no volleyball courts. There is no adult entertainment. In the evenings, only karaoke and disco. She entertained herself with trips to the territory of neighboring sanatoriums. There is a gorgeous beach on the territory of the Priozerny sanatorium (5 minutes walk). I went there to get a tan. A 30-minute walk away is the village of Naroch, krynitsa Kupa, catamarans, boats, outdoor cafes with milkshakes, ice cream balls, soft ice cream, and everything is several times cheaper and tastier than in the sanatorium. There is also a Euroopt store with a decent assortment, where you can buy everything that is missing. I also bought strawberries and cherries at the market.
The pool is modest. In fact, the simplest pool. It has neither pros nor cons.
The food is quite varied. But tasteless. I'm used to eating everything without salt, but with a variety of spices, and here there is no salt, no spices. But sugar, butter and mayonnaise were not spared. The food was generously filled with mayonnaise and fat. There was no pepper in the pepper pot on the table.
There were not enough vegetables and fruits for breakfast. For breakfast there was always sandwich slicing, boiled eggs, cottage cheese, jam, sour cream, sometimes they made cottage cheese casserole, omelette, cutlets, sausages, chicken and porridge, pasta. Oatmeal and millet porridge are quite decent. I haven't tried the rest, I don't know. The omelet was very tasty, but it was given only once a week. The casserole is sometimes delicious, and sometimes it fell apart. Also for breakfast there was tea or heavily diluted coffee, hot milk.
For lunch, they already gave sliced vegetables, salads, two or three types of soups, two or three types of side dishes, chicken, meat and fish. Soups are tasteless, broths taste like greasy water. Of the side dishes, only mashed potatoes were delicious. I took mostly vegetables and poured gravy over them. After all, the vegetables themselves were overcooked, without salt and spices, and it's impossible to eat them just like that. I liked the fish under the vegetable coat from the hot one, but the coat was filled with mayonnaise, which had to be removed. Goulash is more or less, the pieces of meat are large, but the taste of stew from a jar was probably made from some kind of homemade stew. At lunch, there were yogurts on the table, one for each. From drinks: compote or mors.
For dinner, the same thing, but without soup. There were yoghurts, a bun or a gingerbread on the table.Drinks: tea.
The staff is quite friendly. But there was no one at the reception at the right moment.
The procedures in this sanatorium are modest. And all vacationers order treatments in neighboring sanatoriums. Mostly in the Satellite.
Alas, there is no desire to return to this sanatorium.

A good sanatorium for relaxation from the hustle and bustle of the city and recreation in nature. Delicious three meals a day, good rooms, constantly modernizing and improving conditions. Responsive staff, decent service. The pool is more than enough for simple swimming.

The territory is well-groomed, more or less calm, if you don't count the weekend arrivals, when people come to drink and yell drunkenly.
The food is an outright table scoop. I visited the USSR factory canteen like a time machine. Bread and paper cutlets, watery mashed potatoes with lumps, an incomprehensible kind of fish, all from different pieces, over-dried - you can go on indefinitely. Anyone who lived in the USSR and visited factory canteens will understand me.
The rooms are kinescope!!! square TV sets, all the furniture is rubbish, according to the maintenance staff + Soviet times.

Now medicine - we came to the sanatorium.
The procedures are difficult, everything that is at least a little popular is clogged up and cannot fit into the schedule. The doctor who prescribes the procedures treats you on the principle that you say what you want, I may prescribe it. To get advice or, from our experience, to offer you something - no, we do not know how and do not want to. The one who distributes you according to the procedures prescribed by the previous doctor will definitely forget something or confuse it and then will look surprised and send you to the first doctor, and he will return, like he did everything right, it's his fault... And so on in a circle.
The store on the territory worked strangely, sometimes less than it should, then it did not work at all. Not according to the schedule, but as it turns out. The assortment is not rich, but in my opinion it was enough. Not far away, Mitur 10 on foot there is a shop outside the territory
The bar is a scrap price tag. The quality of the kitchen is terrible, I ordered French fries, so they cooked it in unheated oil for a lot of money, boiled potatoes instead of fries.
The lake - no one tells anyone that swimming in it can catch a disease. Thank you, at least we made cabins with showers right on the shore, there is a chance to have time to wash everything off. But instead, a woman was resting with us, who caught this filth.
Entertainment - there are none. Just not.
Karaoke, like a disco, a TV series, money in the hall and a self-made holiday a la I think that the artist, give something to someone with the forces of vacationers - does not count. No normal person will consume it.

2. Terrible food! The format has been changed to a buffet! The cost was increased - the result is 20 minutes after the start of dinner - there is nothing to eat!
To the question - will there be more chicken! The answer is - there are more cutlets! Take it before it's disassembled!
3. Attention! 7 nights costs 1800 rubles for two in early May! Out of season.
4. Sub and autopsy - the doctor does not accept! Then why take the payers? For 300 rubles a day, this is without treatment!!!!
That's all! And the medical staff and procedures are very good! But don't set foot there anymore!
If you want to make money, then create conditions! Previously, it was at least not offensive and a week of 700 rubles and it is clear what to demand for this money! But 1800r sorry, that's good money for 7 nights. 250 rubles per day is almost like the Robinson club.
