The hotel is good, a large well-groomed green area, special thanks for the cleanliness, I have a special pickiness about this, but there is nothing to find fault with, the pool is clean, they take care of it every day, room cleaning, change of linen towels, bathrobes are clean, they change often, it's nice to use, everything is ironed, as if only from packaging. The room has a comfortable large bed, a spacious bathroom, and a magnificent view of the sea and mountains from the room. I recommend a general massage at the spa. By the way, the spa also has a swimming pool, it is ideal for those who freeze to swim outdoors in bad weather. The Swedish food is decent, you will not stay hungry, it is better than in Turkey and Egypt, the dishes are clean, the tables too, there was not enough variety of desserts, but these are small things. The restaurant and bar are decent, the alcohol is imported. For improvement: we need a beach bar. I would like more entertainment, especially in the evening.

We rested for 14 days from 09/15/24 to 09/29/24 in building No. 3 with a baby of 7 months.
We were in Abkhazia for the first time. In general, we were satisfied with the rest.
Positive:
1. Nature. It's just a delight! Cypresses, eucalyptus trees, palm trees, air, turquoise sea - we definitely did not expect this from the Black Sea coast. Upon arrival, we were literally shocked by how beautiful it is around.
2. The hotel grounds are surrounded by greenery, lots of shade, clean, it was a pleasure to walk with a stroller. And you can also go for a walk next to Amra, there is a park there. The pool is clean, there were enough sun beds.
Now about the hotel itself) as they say, "shtosh".
3. The room is not super-duper, but we had a huge balcony overlooking the sea, and we fell asleep to the sound of the waves. The bed linen is clean, fresh, the plumbing is working.
4. Room cleaning for 4, towels and linen were practically changed every day after 2-3 days. The bathroom was poorly cleaned.
5. The restaurant on the pier is also on 4, very friendly, the desserts are delicious, the view is cool) it's nice to sit in the evening. The food is not restaurant-level, of course.
Minuses:
1. NUTRITION. There is a choice, everything seems to be fresh, hot, but it's the same every day. There is no variety at all (cutlets, stewed meat, some kind of fish, breaded chicken, stewed vegetables.. It's like a dining room in the truest sense. For 250 thousand, I would like something else) but there is also a plus - we did not get fat)
In general, food is a problem for the whole of Abkhazia. We also visited other establishments, including Gagripsh - and also all some kind of canteen.
2. The administration is very unfriendly. No one was rude to us, but they didn't smile either, although we were always polite. The spa is very bad at the reception, in order to sign up, you need to make an effort and somehow even ask for it. I liked the procedures themselves (the mandarin and laurel program and the massage from the cosmetologist).
3. A paid cot in the room (1000/ day), which was not warned at the time of booking, although we ordered it.
4. There is no ramp in the third building. If you are traveling with a child, this is important, you will carry the stroller back and forth through 2 stairs.

We visited in August 2024.My husband and I are thrilled!The territory is surrounded by greenery, palm trees and various flowering shrubs, even grapes are growing.We had a room in the 4th building.Spacious, clean, with sea and mountain views.The room is cleaned every day, linen is changed every three days.Mines.water is brought to the room every morning.Many thanks to the maid of the fourth building.She is very pleasant, polite and hardworking.She is always in a good mood and responds quickly to any request.The restaurant is decent, buffet style.The range of dishes is varied.Everything is always fresh and delicious!Fruits are plentiful, eat until you burst!The waiters are very friendly.They are so nimble, they quickly clean everything, wipe it and have time to wish you a pleasant appetite.Great.The pool is always clean, cleaned every evening.There are a lot of sun beds, which is no small matter.The restaurant on the pier is certainly expensive, the cooking is not very good, but you can go once.But the restaurant in the grove is something.An assortment for every taste.Alcoholic drinks and cocktails of any kind, as well as non-alcoholic.And what kind of barbecue is made there!You'll lick your fingers!Any dish can be prepared on request!Yes, in the fresh air!There is a large gazebo, there are small bungalows for company.And live music!There are such performers,!talents!In general, it is very tasty and very fun!Behind the pool is the embankment and the long-awaited sea!The beach is always clean.There should be more sun beds, because strangers from other hotels come to the beach.The umbrellas are beautiful and big.The shower and locker room are great.Rescuers are always on duty.The receptionist also employs attentive and polite people.They are always good-natured and will respond to any request.In general, we really enjoyed everything!There are no disadvantages!We had a rest, splashed in the pool and in the sea, tanned ourselves and ate delicious food that we didn't even have time to go to spa treatments, indoor pool, cedar barrel, various massages and much more.But we still have that ahead of us, because we have already booked trips to this boarding house for the month of August-September 2025.We're thrilled, and that's why we're coming here again.It is in this building.So, for those who are going on vacation, I highly recommend it!It is in this boarding house!You won't regret it.There are also different excursions, and airplane flights, and boat trips and all kinds of bananas.See you later, dear "Nart"!
