I've been to the facility before in 2018. From that day to this, the lack of care is very obvious. There are situations such as peeling in the dome in thermal pools, deterioration in shower faucets.
If I were me, using glass January in kitchens is a safety weakness especially in families with small children, vacuum cleaners should definitely be in condominiums, hoods are not enough and there is a lot of food smell coming out of the houses.
The facility has a very nice Jul'ji and it is clean, but the call to prayer is not heard from the houses and rooms, it is very nice to separate the garbage. Definitely use the grocery store much better quality products than the grocery stores you know are sold at very reasonable prices that are not exaggerated at all. In wet volumes, I hope you will meet those who are respectful and know thermal manners, because although there is a swimming pool, those who make children swim in the thermal pool, those who make proper use of the bonnet, etc. There are many disadvantages that are not the fault of the facility.
It may be preferred because there is not much space in this concept, but the quality must be improved, otherwise it will not be on the list of such preferred ones in the long run.

In general, the facility is beautiful in appearance but outdated,the sofas,beds and pillows in the room where we stayed were quite uncomfortable,there was a cold water outage during the day, a hot water outage in the evening,the valve through which thermal water flowed was defective,we forced it open by pressing but could not close it, they could not come immediately despite our notification, the water flowed in vain for more than an hour.the phone was out of order when we left,they fixed it when we told them,I'm so sorry, but there was a smell of urine in some parts of the facility and in the bathroom.the employees are working, please,the food was good, but the tea after the meal was paid,it was not a pleasant situation as if the whole facility was left to tea money.Friday Saturday Sunday paid off, we were going to return, but we left on Saturday evening, despite the fact that we had paid for it.

We were pleased with a place where we could go and enjoy as a few families. In general, everything was clean everywhere . In the sections in the spa section, sometimes not all of them were open, if one place was open, one place could be closed. We went during a quiet period, so I took advantage of every area, it was a pleasant vacation . The comments said the water was very cold, so I didn't know exactly what temperature to expect in the pool part, it's not as cold as it's said, you already get used to it when you enter, so that the pool can keep a person alive a little, if you want hot water, you can use the thermal pool, it was very hot there. The employees were very friendly and interested, I even entered the thermal department with my 2-year-old daughter, but because chlorine is not put in thermal pools, there is a high risk of infection in babies and children, they said we don't allow it to enter and warned nicely, I think it was a nice approach, and I also thank that staff because I saw that he was the only one who warned. Friday Saturday evenings the cafes, the dining areas were nice, there was live music, it was enjoyable. There is a paid playground only in the indoor area for children . It might be nice if a free playground was created for children inside, it was too cold outside, we couldn't use the swing slide children's section outside.
