We decided for ourselves that it was better not to work with them. We found another real estate agency in Alanya. We have chosen a suitable option for ourselves. After that, Ruslana called and said either you work with us or we will break your deal. As it turned out, according to Ruslana, the large developers of Alanya are motivated by them, and despite the fact that we chose the right option, which this black company of realtors did not even know about, they somehow punched us by name and get into our deal with their commission. Ruslan also began to scare, if we buy real estate in Alanya without them, then they will arrange problems with documents. So, another agency and I have chosen an option for ourselves, this black real estate company somehow finds out about it and breaks the deal. At the same time, not only did we not have an exclusive agreement with a black real estate company, there was no agreement at all!!!!
