I took the sofa. Everything is perfect in the cabin. In fact, it came with folds, a curved pillow and without one leg. In addition, the length was 9 cm longer than the one indicated in the catalog. I decided to return it. I called the number in the warranty card, sent it to the complaint from there, called there, asked to be picked up due to poor quality and size that did not correspond to the declared one (this was important). I sent a photo of the defects to Viber, agreed to redo the pillow and put a leg, they replied that this was a standard stretch of fabric (only in the salon it is not like that and without folds on the exhibition samples). Then there was a whole epic, they told me to write a letter for a refund to the director, sent it by registered mail, left an entry in the complaint. After 3 weeks, the sofa was still at home. I called back again, asked why you refuse to just pick up the product that does not match the characteristics (size), why there is no response to the written request. As a result, the money was returned, but I stayed at home for almost a month.

I ordered a kitchen, it was brought a month later, without a countertop, which is more than 2 meters and it needs to be fitted with a sink and a hob.Then, after some time, 2 weeks or so, the countertop was brought, the corner was chipped. But there was no way out and so 2 months without water in the kitchen. At least I didn't throw away the old stove.They began to assemble- the door was of a different color, one was missing at all, the third was scratched.The result was a trial in Minsk and only after going through the circles of hell did I get all the missing elements of my kitchen.

The store is terrible, the quality of the furniture is even worse.. I ordered furniture in the summer, it was brought for the "New Year"!!! In addition to chips, curved chipboard, and parts of different sizes, three shelves were not reported! Now call again, swear again, wait again, they will feed you "breakfast" again.. In general, I do not advise, although the prices do not seem expensive, but it is better to overpay and live in peace! Learn from the mistakes of others!

I ordered a wall in this store, they brought a wall, began to assemble, but there were not enough parts, a glass door was not put in, after a week of not very pleasant communication with the complaint managers, endless promises, my door was finally found, and only 1.5 weeks later my wall in the hall was completed. The goodies also bought there and again there were swings, I advise you to think before buying in this store, but the only plus of this store is that the same wall only in beldrev costs around 1000 rubles, and they have 690 rubles.

Terrible attitude towards customers. We've been waiting for an order for two months. The sales consultant cannot clearly answer questions, writes messages to Viber, and as a result they were left without furniture.
I do not recommend it.
