Ivan came with a buyer to evaluate my Geyer 1921. During the inspection, without asking permission or warning, he began to move 300 kg. the tool came off the wall and left a scratch on my wooden floor (neither Ivan nor the buyer apologized). The meaning of the manipulation remains a mystery, because the distance between the tool and the wall of 8-10 cm allowed other specialists who came with potential buyers earlier to evaluate the back wall of the tool using a simple phone backlight. The severity of the damage to the floor became apparent only after the movers took the tool away a few days after the assessment. Only the supports for 2 of the 4 tool supports were saved from other damage. My request to contact me (transmitted through the buyer) to resolve the issue was ignored. Over the past 7 years, my instrument has been watched by a total of 5 tuners and 2 professional pianists, each of whom said something new about my Geyer, so it is not possible to evaluate Ivan as an expert. The review is based solely on the damage caused
