We rested in "Natalie" from 17.06.-24.06.24 . I am still writing a review during my vacation. The territory is very good , there is a lot of entertainment ( Playground, table tennis , basketball court ) , the pool is excellent , large and clean. Pools are cleaned daily. Friendly staff, they will always solve any problem immediately. The dining room is good , the food is delicious , we were always full ! There were no problems with the intestines throughout the rest) I recommend visiting this place!

We were unlucky in terms of animation. there were few vacationers and she was not there, we entertained ourselves. But it's not even bad, we had a rest from the crowd of people, at first it seemed to us that we were alone in the hotel, just like at the sea, the whole beach is at your disposal (there are 7-10 people on the whole beach) Beach pebbles need special shoes. The food is normal, breakfast (cereals, cereals with milk, sausages, sausage cheese, pancakes, butter, sour cream, condensed milk, ketchup mayonnaise, boiled eggs, tea, coffee) lunch (two types of soup, either chicken or meat, rice, potatoes, pasta) dinner (chicken, liver, chicken hearts, fried fish, pasta, rice, potatoes, green peas, corn, pickles, herring, we did not stay hungry. I would like to add fresh vegetables and fruits. In the village there is an empty and pleasant beach nearby, but boring, it is better to go to Ldzaa or Pitsunda. Good water in the room. There is a village shop opposite. Minuses: There is nothing interesting around, village and village. I don't want to walk on the territory, the paths are poorly made, the playground is small, there is nothing to see. It can be seen that the territory is not monitored at a minimum, although there are staff. There are nails sticking out in the pool, the daughter pierced the inflatable circle and was scared. The breakfast does not change, the quality is so-so, there are no pastries, no fruits. It gets boring to eat only pancakes and porridge. The "bar" could also diversify the menu, add pasta at least. The room has never been cleaned. The furniture in the room is as cheap as possible, it is not even clear why, such furniture and decoration will not last long. The curtains are too small for such huge windows, the light makes it difficult to sleep. The room itself is made completely clueless, a large square room with a minimum of furniture, weak air conditioning (we also had a remote control that did not work). Separate beds that cannot be moved normally. A small nursery with a double bed, the cardboard door to it does not close and looks directly at the double bed. I don't know what the point of such a decision is, two or three normal isolated rooms could have been made on this square, there would have been a normal family room, and not this square misunderstanding. And it seems to be a four-bed room, but the table is very small and there are two chairs. There is a bathtub in the room, but there is no plug, and there are no nearby shops either, no advantages from the bathtub. There is no Internet connection, electricity is sometimes turned off, and the TV is malfunctioning. There are inflatable water slides on site, but they do not work. There is a garden, you could make gazebos in it and offer dinner, but there are none. You can't take a dog with you, but there are two big dogs walking around the territory.

In general, a quiet, secluded place with swimming pools, the possibility of swimming in the sea, entertainment. There was not enough baths, saunas, perhaps with a vat of cold water, with hourly payment. Boiled egg.Pancakes.Chicken soup. For dinner, one stuffed pepper. There are no fruits, only apples picked from a nearby tree. There was not enough coffee for guests, the usual coffee is the most 3/1 in bags. There is a juice machine, three departments. Two of them are just water. One juice compartment was also missing. Sometimes even the porridge was not enough for the guests. The kitchen is explained by the fact that they give little to buy. The room is not bad. Big. Lock the doors with a key.Someone might come in at night. We and others have had such cases. One of the guests had had too much alcohol and was looking for a place to live. The towel was changed by themselves, after 4 days. No one did the cleaning for 12 nights.

We were checked in immediately at 6 a.m. and all thanks to the married couple Marusa and Konstantin, it was so sincere and pleasant!!!The room is gorgeous, huge and bright, the children have a separate room and a large bathroom!The territory is just space, it 's closed !Three swimming pools with sun loungers, music playing , trampoline ,swing ,football field ,dining room indoor and outdoor !They take you to the sea twice a day and bring you back, thanks to the responsive driver, who always waits for everyone and stops you at the store on the way !In the dining room, everyone is friendly and kind, thank them very much for the food: always porridge, pancakes, cheese, omelet for breakfast; at lunch, two soups to choose from, buckwheat, pasta, potatoes, fish or meat, chicken, vegetables always, and there are no words for baking + 2 kg from vacation!Everything is always warm and fresh!There are few people on the beach, it's gorgeous, spacious, the sea is clean , but you definitely need aquashoos and heavy pebbles !Vladimir Moskovsky comes on Sundays: he arranges contests, dances, and sings to the guitar in a bar on the street.Children and adults are delighted! In the part of the hotel, the food is TERRIBLE, they just save on everything, they don't add butter to the porridge, margarine, apples from a neighboring apple tree were from fruits for 2 weeks. Soups are cooked ON WATER, it is impossible to eat. Kharcho just lived up to the name. The beef that was cooked by the sole. The water where the morses are, like a cooler, is taken from the tap. We found out about it when we came down with a fever. And yes, it's a complete lie that the hotel writes that breakfast lunch dinner is at the hotel, for dinner they will bring you a glass of kefir and a cookie. All gentlemen.As a result, we ate at another hotel!!!!!!!!!!!! Oh, and the meal time is also disgusting. DEAR owners, I really hope that you will read this review. We left first for half a day, and then for the whole day. The sea was clean for one day, the waves were otherwise calm. There are few people, there is a cafe on the shore. There is always a place to buy food and drink. On the way to the sea, we pass a patch with shops, when we drive from the beach, you can ask to stop, buy water, food, etc. The service at the hotel is good and not intrusive. The child was delighted with a two-story bed and excellent swimming pools.
