I came to make a card of this bank in the Samarkand branch in Karasu.

The staff seemed incompetent to me
One says we are opening accounts for non-residents, but there is no plastic card at the moment, come back later.
A week passed, I came, another employee turned over my documents, called somewhere and said that I had to go to Tashkent, they would open it there.
I have a question..
Where is the logic at all!?
I live and am registered in Samarkand.
I couldn't get through to the main office, I was 18 in line, I waited until 13 in line for 30 minutes and hung up!

Initially, after moving from Russia, I was looking for a reliable bank where I could safely invest money and do card manipulations.Everything seemed to be fine... until those hellish 4 days passed☠️
The problems they had in the system, but
they sent them to all possible options, they say your phone is all Beeline, you have no money in your account and all sorts of crap in addition!
On my endless calls, I had to listen to the melody of waiting from one operator to another, 4 days full of ass and no solution!!!
And the most wonderful thing is that I was transferred to the Bukhara branch, where instead of listening to my complaint, the girls discussed their issues in Tajik🔥
How many system failures there were before, I kind of brought it all down saying that this is Uzbekistan, but perfectly understanding and devaluing other banks!!!

A terrible bank. The pandemic is over, and they work on the principle of call and an employee will come to you. In fact, the floor of the bank is never at the workplace and they can't check this bank, because the owner is a son-in-law.
