A terrible bank! They only work at 17:00, and 90% of people work until 18:00. Also, the branch and the bank itself do not work on weekends. When do people have time? The service is terrible. I came 15 minutes before closing time and they wouldn't let me in, they said it was closing
The bank itself is well served, the building is just a museum, and the fountain and waiting area are aesthetically pleasing. However, not all staff provides due attention and advice. I came on the issue of a loan for training, the man on the second floor in a tie said to go to another branch, as if there was no place to occupy them with such trifles. Strangely, he was probably arrogant.... because of him, the impression of service fell on the negative, and the bank itself is very beautiful and stylish.
Despite minor and temporary shortcomings, I put a solid five. A lot of banking services, a wide geography of payments, the highest reliability, excellent retail and corporate services. I highly recommend it for conversion operations.
It's clean, there's a sofa. That's where the advantages end. We waited in line at the currency exchange desk for an hour and a half. There are 7 cash registers here. They are not coping. If you don't have an extra 1.5-2 hours to exchange currencies. I don't recommend it

What kind of service is this and why do we need workers if they will not work, but only sit in their pants!!!!
We opened payment cards, spent a lot of time, the service procedure is not well organized, transactions take a long time, the activation of the card took 3 days. ATMs are working intermittently... But the staff is responsive, they help in any way they can.

Employees do not communicate with each other, some say you can make a card for non-residents from them, others say you can 't, then they say only in this branch, you come - and here you can't either!
